Njut av ett dopp, stå-up paddle board, kajakpaddling, cykeltur eller vandra runt punkten för att upptäcka en spektakulär dyk- och snorklingreservat, ”Stillwaterâ € ™ är så centralt för allt, allt du behöver göra är att parkera bilen och allt är till hands.

â € ˜Stillwaterâ € ™ är en enda våning hemifrån och har allt som din familj kommer att kräva inklusive kaklade öppen planlösning vardagsrum med en split system omvänd cykel luftkonditionering, stor platt-TV och DVD, matplats med utsikt över vatten till strand och strand.

Fullt utrustat kök med stående spis / ugn, mikrovågsugn, kyl / frys i full storlek och matlagningsutrustning. Â Badrummet har en dusch, toalett och fåfänga i glas och huvudbyggnaden erbjuder en intern tvättstuga med toppmaskin och torktumlare.

Sovrum ett är placerat på framsidan av huset och erbjuder utsikt över vattnet och ger två enkelsängar, sovrum två är centralt med en dubbelsäng, sovrum tre är också utanför huvudområdet vardagsrum med en enkelsäng och sovrum fyra har en enkelsäng plus en tri våningssäng (dubbel under / singel ovan) och ligger på baksidan av huvudhuset.

Den luftkonditionerade granny-lägenheten som endast har kylanläggningar, är perfekt för äldre tonåringar eller storfamiljen. Den är helt fristående och ligger på baksidan av huvudhuset och erbjuder ett kök med ett litet kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, bänk -topp miniugn med 2 x kokplattor plus matplats för 4 gäster. Â Huvudsakligt sovrum med en våningssäng (dubbel under / singel ovan) och en enkelsäng och TV. Â Badrummet, intill sovrummet, har en insteg i glasdusch, fåfänga och toalett. EN

Det finns en täckt balkong utanför granny flat med uteservering och en gas BBQ på g��rden.

Fastigheten har en plan uppfart för två fordon och en liten carport, parkering på gatan är endast betald parkering.

Another enjoyable stay

This is the 5th time Ive stayed at the property in the last 6yrs and once again it was very enjoyable. Whilst the overall condition of the property has gradually gone downhill a bit the location and price cannot be matched. Located directly opposite the beach its the perfect summmer location.

Location, Location, Location

Excellent location, walk to town or the club. Walk across the road for a swim or a fish. Some of the bed could do with an upgrade, but other then that it was great.

Weekend away

Overall, it was a good experience. Location was great. The house needs a bit of work though, a few things weren't working properly. The lawn could have been tidied up prior to guest arrival.

Lots of beds

The location was awesome directly opposite the water. Short stroll to Nelson Bay and nearby marine lookout with spectacular views. Heaps of rooms and beds with a self contained unit away from the main house. The property is old and a bit run down, but for the location price and size it was awesome. Will return.

Fantastic location

This house has a fantastic location with beach across the road. Shops and park are walking distance. House has plenty of space and several toilets, which is handy for big groups. Kitchen was a good size. Only downside was furniture needs an update and a few creepy crawlies here and there. Apart from that kids and adults had a great time!

The location is great but that’s about it. The house is out dated, there were cobwebs, cockroaches and rat poor in the house itself. Parts of the inside and outside have fallen off and not been fixed. Not enough cutlery to accommodate the beds. Mattresses had springs coming out of them. Mould in the bathroom in the main house, holes in the wall, really dusty. There was no fridge or cutlery in the granny flat.

Great location

This property is old and in need of a lot of repairs It would benefit from a decent broom a dustpan and broom maybe an iron and the cleaners doing a better job and a little freshen up maybe some air fresheners But we had a great stay

Perfect location. Old house.

The house location is wonderful. The house is old while the kitchen, bathroom and air conditioner work well. Defects and suggestions: lots of furniture are broken. Too many insects in the house and granny flat. Sleeping beds are dirty. We understand the listing does not include linens, towels and paper rolls and we successfully manage them. But they will be a real value to the guests, very useful to the tourists. It's the difference between the accommodation and the camp.

Perfect Nelson Bay location

Basic beach shack with lots of room for a large group of friends or family in a perfect location within walking distance of shops & amenities, only a few steps to the beach.

Good location but house was worn out

Good location with just across the road to the beautiful beach but house was worn out and old. Most of the light bulbs and lamps were not working. We were excited that there was an Granny flat available with separate kitchen, aircon and TV but unfortunately TV has no antenna attached, aircon temp was not adjustable, curtain broken, bathroom light bulb not working so we couldn’t stay in the granny flat. Good thing about the house is they have many bedrooms. Other than that, the kitchen has no dish washer, living room floor was floor tile with small rug in the middle and quite cold for kids to walk around. We went at winter time so definitely house was not suitable for us. This would be a very lovely house if the owner willing to renovate and redecorate the house since it’s situated at such a perfect location. Neighbour was a bit noisy as they have a few units next to the house.
