Great family spring break beach trip !

Had a great spring break with grandkids and family ! Love this house ! Great bedrooms , plenty of bathrooms and you can tell whoever owns this house is a cook , great kitchen … would definitely stay here again , thanks for letting us rent your house !

Such a Sweet Place!

Did a friend getaway and spent three fantastic nights here. We would have loved to have stayed longer, it was so wonderful. Clean, well-equipped, and clearly cared about. Some highlights we loved were the hot tub, high ceilings, open concept, fireplace, cozy throw blankets, game table, tv room, windows everywhere, beach view and short walk to roads end. Thanks for the great stay!

Another great stay!

Was a great stay we really enjoyed our weekend. Our cars battery died when we where trying to leave and the friendly property manager stopped by and gave us a jump. Would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend

We had the best weekend while staying in this house, there is so much open space and room for everyone. Enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The view was beautiful and the hot tub was amazing.

Overall good experience

The experience overall was good. Location was great. Photos a bit misrepresented of the actual property. Very well stocked home. Fridge went out and was out almost 24 hours before they finally got someone out to repair after multiple calls and messages. They did make it right eventually. Would stay here again

Graduation party

The location and property were amazing. It would have been nice to have a hose and mop available on the top deck, there are a lot of pigeon's and they pooped on the deck, a lot, and with no way to clean it up it was hard to enjoy. But everything else was amazing. We would definitely book with Meredith lodging again, they have a lot of beautiful property along the coast.

A beautiful home with a great view

This home has it all, I mean everything you could possibly need. In addition to all of the amenities, the home was truly beautiful and so comfortable. The ocean view was spectacular! The highlight of the trip for my 5 year old grandson was the friendly doe in the backyard. We were coming back from the hot tub and she was not more than a few feet from us. We will definitely be staying there again.

Surprise Engagement

My friends and I needed a place to all stay to help with one of their proposals. We not only love the house and where it was located but that it fit all of our needs. It was so easy to check-in and out. We had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to leave. We had such a good time we have decided to make it an annual stay. We want to thank the property managers as we really enjoyed our stay.

Lighting upstairs was inadequate in the living area. Stairs were very long for youngster, & oldster. Beautiful view, easy access to lovely beach.

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house we beautiful, better than the pictures! very clean and well cared for, we had an issue with some lights and the management staff was very helpful and polite! and the neighborhood was amazing, we will definitely be coming back!

The Mill House

My family just stayed at the Mill House over Fourth of July weekend. It was such a great house to rent. It was fully stocked on everything you could imagine you would need. Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Hot tub was outstanding. Lots of games, Xbox, and tv's in every room. We had ocean view from the 2nd level of the home. I would recomment this home to all. I will definitely be staying there again!! Thank you!!!!

Nice clean house in a Quiet neighborhood

Everything was very well organized and clean apon arrival. The house didn’t dissapoint. The home is a short walk to the beach and is located in a quite neighborhood. Great views from the top balcony and a short drive to knoll trail head, casino, and grocery store. Only complaint is the door to get outside to the hot tub is located in the rear bedroom so anyone that wants to use it has to either go around the front or wall thru someones bedroom. This was a small thing. Everything else was amazing. Much appreciated!

The Mill House was perfect for our two families. The kitchen was stocked with every gadget, pan, cooking essential or spice that you might need. We cooked, baked, grilled, ground coffee, made frozen drinks etc! It was perfect. The house also has plenty of great books, games, movies, beach chairs, and a lovely hot tub. The neighborhood is beautiful and cozy and the walk to the beach is really easy and fun. We could also whale watch from the sunny, upstairs balcony. We bought wood from Safeway and made a fire for smores on the beach. Just the perfect stay. So thankful for all the thoughtful touches at this beautiful beach house.

Last Summer Getaway

The house is so pretty and has a great view! We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect and the house is so close to the beach. The perfect getaway. The only thing I would suggest is updated instructions for the tv. It would also be great to have some instructions for the grill gas hose hookup. But we made our dishes in the nice cast iron skillets in the kitchen. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, utensils and even a large spice selection. The bed was very comfortable too. We loved the lighting options in each room. The lamps create a nice warm ambiance. I loved the attention to detail to have books, binoculars, blankets and beach chairs. We will be back.

Perfect experience

The house is as pictured. Better, even; the photos do not do justice to how close the ocean is. The kitchen was amazing, with plenty of pots and pans, knives, plates, and even spices for our various cooking projects. They also provided towels and beach toys, which were very much appreciated. The hot tub was delightful, easily fitting four adults with plenty of space to spread out and relax. About the only downside would be the beds. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, but the adults weren't fans of the mattresses on theirs. It's definitely a mileage may vary situation though, and we are definitely thinking about coming back in the future.

Not very clean

The house is cute and a quick drive to the beach but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The downstairs walk in shower had hair, dirt and grim in the tile as well as the drain was clogged and didn’t allow for water to drain properly. The hot tub had scum and sand in it, so it was only used once. The gas stove top took awhile to get working and we had to turn off the fireplace in the living room in order for it to work. We showed up to check in at 3:58 (check in is at 4) and the cleaners were still there and were not very friendly. Definitely frustrated with the cleaning fee and hot tub fee considering it was in the condition it was.
