Tradewinds är en hög uppgång som ligger på vackra Orange Beach, vita sandar och vacker panoramautsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Detta är Penthouse enhet ligger på 12: e våningen. Enheten har en stor klyfta front balkong där du kan njuta av soluppgången och solnedgången!

Oavsett om du njuta av shopping, äta ute, golf, djuphavsfiske, eller nattliv, är Tradewinds ligger till någon aktivitet du njuta. (BTW, Gångavstånd från "levande agn). Great Trip

We enjoyed staying at this property. It had everything we needed. The view was great. The accommodations were good. The owner was easy to work with and communicative. What we liked best was the ease of getting to and from the beach. We would stay here again! Thanks!

We are a family of four with two small childern 3 and 6. We had a wonderful time this is the perfec spot!! Great location, easy access to beach. We enjoyed every min. We will be back and would recommend. Thank you best vacation we have had.

Neither Hot nor Cold

The place to stay to get away for a few days close to the ocean. One thing we liked was the beach was not crowded. No really big condos on one side and a string of small beach houses on the other. Easy to find a quiet place to relax. Also relatively inexpensive.

Great Location - Enjoyable Stay

Enjoyed over a week here. Communication with John was great. Quiet location, beautiful beach and great view. Decent condition condo. You will need a parking pass for a $30 additional fee during stay as security checks and places warning tags on cars, purchased down the street at the management office.

Perfect spot!

This condo was the perfect size for our 2 adults & 2 teens. A nice and seemingly quieter part of Orange Beach with a nice pool. We would come back for sure!

Excellent stay!

The room and condo complex were wonderful! We loved the heated pool, though the pool code had changed from what was in the listing. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would definitely come here again!

End of May getaway

Fabulous unit with a beautiful view! We truly enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The beach was not insanely crowded. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

Condo is located in an excellent location and has amazing views up and down the beach ! Everything was as described in the listing and the owner couldn’t have been better to work with or accomadating.

Building is clean and seems secure

The only complaint is the WIFI isn’t very good. If you plan on needing it you might want to bring a hot spot. The bed was comfortable.

Tradewinds - Beach Condo Review

We recently stayed at Trandewinds Condo for a short trip, and while it served its purpose overall, there were definitely some areas that could use improvement.The Not-So-Great:Check-in and parking were a bit of a hassle. We were told to purchase a 30 parking permit from security, but when we arrived, the security office was empty. After going back three separate times, we finally found someone there—only to be told it was cash only. That would have been very helpful information to receive in advance.As for the condo itself, it felt dated and lacked some basic comforts. It wasn’t the cleanest or coziest space—we would have appreciated extra/throw blankets for the living room, but none were provided. The furniture wasn’t particularly comfortable, the AC unit made a loud humming noise anytime it ran, and both toilets squealed after being flushed. These small annoyances added up over the course of the stay.The Positives:The location was great—easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and activities, which made getting around really convenient. The views of the beach and water were beautiful, and it was nice to wake up to that each morning. While the condo itself wasn’t anything fancy, it was a simple space that worked for our short visit.Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly place in a good location, but just go in with the right expectations and come prepared.

great condo

property was great, however VRBO gave us the entry code to the unit and pool code, however, they failed to give us the unit number. After a few phone calls to VRBO we finally got an agent that contacted the owner. The owner called us and gave us the #. The owner was great; will stay there again.

Not the cleanest

Other reviews mentioned it could use a deep cleaning and they aren’t wrong. But knowing that going into it I just really wanted an ocean front balcony so that’s why I chose this property.

Beautiful view

The view from this 12th floor room was amazing! However, only two of the four chairs on the balcony were usable, the seats were busted out of two. There was only one remote control for both the living room and bedroom tv. Multiple light bulbs need replaced in the bathroom and bedroom and the stove eye catch pans are in great need of cleaning. The shower could use a deep clean as there is black mold in the grout lines. Pillows throughout were horrible! Ultimately it seems the condo is just given a “once over” and could use a deep cleaning, ie sweeping behind doors, in closet, especially laundry closet, cleaning ceiling fans, etc… in the end Lysol makes things feel less germy and the beach is better than work any day. I would definitely rent this unit again.

View great but ….

Checked into our condo excited but the first thing I noticed was how it needed a deep cleaning. I called the owner, who was very nice and he sent a cleaning team over to take care of the problems. They swept the floor to get all the sand up, and dusted the fans off. Then they left. I would’ve appreciated a more thorough clean when there is dust on the walls, mold on the shower curtain, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. the stools in the kitchen are too high for the countertop so they cannot be used. Dishes and silverware are very cheap. Pillows are disgustingly dirty. Towels are thin. For the amount of money that I spent on this trip I am very disappointed. Would I stay at this place again? Absolutely not. It needs updated. The photos make it look nicer than what it is. The best thing…the ocean view.
