We just came home from our stay at Observation Point. The place is wonderful. Exactly as described. We completely enjoyed hanging out on the deck, literally, overlooking the sound. The house is adorable and well appointed. We hope to be back soon!

Love coming here. This year marks 5 years. Small, but open floor plan, and you can’t beat the location. Hosts are excellent, and the house is always clean and well stocked. This is a no brainer for our family of 6. We squeeze in and enjoy the time together! Thanks again Tom and Miranda!

Tom and Melissa were very helpful! The house was wonderful…there were a few minor very minor maintenance adjustments we would have made but the scenery was worth it…it’s lived in ya know! The cleanliness was great, the ease to fishing was great, the neighborhood is quiet…I loved the dogs in my walks…everyone is friendly.

Located in a quiet neighborhood and has the best sunset views. Home is comfortably furnished and the second best feature (views are best!) Is there's only one set of stairs.

This is the third year we stayed at Observation Point. That should tell you how much we love it. The Sound Side is right outside the balcony and has a dock for a boat. We took our boat the first year we stayed. The ocean is 15 minutes away. Plenty of places to eat, a Food Lion 20 minutes away in Avon. God willing we hope to be there next year. The owners are easy to reach and quickly respond.

The house is beautiful with breathtaking views and great proximity to the water. The dock and garage were just what we needed to fish and for my little one to play in the sand in the shade. Communicating with the owners was a pleasure. We’d love to come again!

Beautiful sunsets

This was my second stay at Observation Point and it was a great place to relax and kayak. The place was clean and well stocked, the sunsets were spectacular. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Loved this house, the location was perfect on the water, the neighborhood was very quiet, the beds and pillows were fluffy and the place was very clean.

Christmas away
