Dessa lägenheter ligger i familjevänliga Surfside Beach-community, och har nyligen uppdaterats och inkluderar täckt parkering, en pool och tillgång till stranden bara några steg över Ocean Blvd S. Njut av lugn morgon på den stora uteplatsen som dricker kaffe medan du tittar på soluppgångar över horisonten eller nattklubbor som lyssnar på kraschar. Vi kanske inte är fastighet vid stranden men vi har turen att vara tvärs över gatan och har utsikt över havet ut mot horisonten och bara några steg till ingången till stranden.

Sovrummet har queen size-säng med privat tillgång till uteplatsen. 2: a sovrummet har en lägre våningssäng i full storlek med tvilling på toppen. Lägenheten är perfekt för antingen en romantisk tillflyktsort för två eller för vänner eller familjer att samlas för att njuta av allt som en strandsemester har att erbjuda.

Fullt utrustat kök inkluderar Keurig kaffebryggare. Badkar med dusch / dusch har också uppdaterats med ny fåfänga och toalett med stolhöjd. Det har en öppen planlösning matsal och vardagsrum med tillgång till uteplatsen. Uppdateringarna inkluderar nymålade väggar, nya lyxiga vinylgolv och en 43 "HD-platt-Roku-TV. Dessa lägenheter har en inbjudande och lugn känsla. Gratis internet och kabel ingår.

Sängkläder och full uppsättning handdukar tillhandahålls för registrerade gäster. En staplad tvättmaskin / torktumlare samt ett strykjärn och strykbräda lagras diskret i en garderob för din användning vid behov.

Dessa lägenheter ligger mellan två bryggor ... mindre än en mil, båda hållen, till Surfside Pier och Garden City Pier. Minuter med bil norrut till Broadway på stranden eller söderut till Pawleys Island. Amazing property

Would Stay Again

The property met all of our expectations. It is a very short walk to the beach - perhaps 100 yards at most. Being on the third floor of the condo building meant climbing steps with the luggage; however, it provided a very nice view of the ocean while on the balcony and even in the living room area. While a bit on the small side, it provided enough room for the four of us in our group.

Great stay- great host. Reviews speak for themselves. Amazing communication, hospitality and unit. Second row from the beach- across the street from grocery and up the street fromAnything else you could ask for. Clean rental, we loved the back porch with the little balcony bar to sit at in the evening. If we are ever in the area again - this will be our first place we try to snag. Extras were aplenty- board games, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floaties etc. in house laundry was a huge plus. You can tell the unit and the people who stay in it are a priority. Thanks again for a great week.

GREAT LOCATION!

Excellent access to beach and pool was refreshing.Beach cart was perfect to head over to the ocean.Super communication from Norma-including a recommendation for Conch Cafe-10 minute walk and notice of a kite fest in Surfside. Try the Calamari. Nice walk to downtown Surfside. Definitely try the Pizza Hyena (I call it Happy Hyena) and the mexican restaurant. Condo was perfect for our needs. Stairs for me not a problem

We loved this place and loved the area it was located. The property manager was the best. She was very very helpfully when ever we needed her. If just myself and husband would stay again again for sure. Next time if whole family comes we would just need a bigger place the only reason why.

Awesome vac! Location and condo were great!

Condo was just steps from the beach, 2nd row, and had a good view between houses. Was so relaxing sitting on the balcony reading and listening to the ocean. Very comfortable, clean and had plenty of amenities. Will definitely visit again!

Wonderful location and Property

This was a beautiful place, easy to get to beach access, great views and Norma was a wonderful host. Home was laid out very well and we felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and was close to grocery and restaurants. We would definitely come again!

Perfect Getaway

Condo was perfect, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need…from beach stuff to things needed to cook..This was one of our favorite places we have stayed over the years between Myrtle down to garden city beach… location was super quiet because it was just far enough away from all the madness in Myrtle during bike week… we already booked to stay here again before leaving… host was awesome very quick responses and helpful…and made us feel at home

Owner of the condo Joe Cicero and I have been friends since high school. Both of us are from New York (he from Queens and me from Brooklyn). Joe has been living in Santa Barbara, CA for many years and owns multiple properties there and in NY. I moved to the beach in 2017; Joe purchased this condo in Jan 2019. Since I now live in Surfside I happily agreed to oversee the renovations and rentals. Joe and I share a common goal and that is to ensure our renters have a lovely experience when staying at the beach. We achieved priority status because of the 5 star reviews received. The proximity to the beach and the spectacular view of the ocean to the horizon was definitely what attracted Joe to purchase the condo.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Beach access is right across from the building (literally steps away). It has a large pool (opens Easter weekend to the end of September). Only 9 units of which only 4 normally have rentals during the season which makes for a very quiet and peaceful environment to relax.
