View was good but the balcony door from the master would not open at all and the door from the living room was difficult as well, every time the master toilet was flushed it made a loud whining sound, lights in master kept flickering, cable and internet went out on 3rd day, other than that it was a good stay for our family, access to beach was great and property was secure. I appreciate the supplies such as the wagon, chair, and kid toys for the beach.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad the view, beach access, and the beach supplies (wagon, chair, kid toys) were helpful, and sorry your stay at Forest Dunes 1702 didn’t earn a higher rating. We take feedback seriously and have shared your notes about the master balcony door, the living room door, the master toilet noise, flickering lights, and the cable/internet outage with our maintenance and tech teams so they can be addressed. If you’d like to share any additional details, please message us through Vrbo so we can follow up. Thank you for choosing Luxury Beach Rentals.

Location was amazing. we might be a little high maintenance so that it why we are giving it 3 star , it wasn’t luxurious by our standards . Just pretty standard accommodations. Nice view tho !

The stay was amazing except for one thing. The sound proofing in the ceiling and walls was the worst in a condo we have had. We could hardly go to sleep some nights because people walking around above us and talking around us in other condos. Just simply walking around could be heard above us. We have never had that in any other condos we have stayed at.Besides that it was a great location, facilities were good, great price. But we wouldn’t stay in this condo again because of the noose level.

Room was in need of update… a lot of outside rust and wear on outside and patio. Problem was in the service provided. We had no internet or TV for the duration of the stay. Staff or host was aware of the problem and provided a lot of lip service but no real attempt to resolve the problem. After days of lip service … that we would be compensated we discovered in the host check out instructions that it is their policy that they would make no attempt to resolve ANY mechanical or problems that you incurred in their unit upon your stay! Well that certainly is clear. Be aware this business/host takes no responsibility for running a business!I have never stayed in any property where they take no responsibility for their whole operation and they are proud of it. SHAMEFUL!!!

Fabulous Beach Vacation

This is a great place to enjoy the gorgeous beach. Access to the beach is so quick and easy and we loved having our meals looking out on the beach from the room. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there is actually 2 and 1/2 bathroom so that each bedroom has it's own bathroom too! We loved our time there.

The condo was pretty nice, had a wonderful view from 17th floor. Pools were clean and not crowded. A bar and grill is located on the bottom floor and even though I only got to eat there once it was very good. The folks that ran it seemed like good people. The parking garage is a little tight, but not too bad. The best part about it is the beach access…. So easy…. Even though it is across the street, you have a crosswalk, not much traffic and bam you are on a non crowded family beach.

Great location

Perfect location for us, directly across the street from beach yet close to many of our favorite restaurants. Views from condo were awesome. Only issue was being in a building with about 150 units and only 2 elevators both on same end of building. On another positive, on site restaurant/bar was great with friendly service and reasonable prices.

Family Beach Trip

The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. Beautiful views. We had our 3 young grandchildren with us and I don't really like them on the balcony so the floor to ceiling windows were perfect for the kids and my nerves. The location was perfect and family friendly. The only complaint is the wifi and cable didn't work the whole time. I contacted the host but nothing was done. Hopefully they addressed it after we left.

Location can’t be beat!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The best part was the proximity to the beach! It was such an easy walk right across the street!! The water views from the condo were also absolutely breathtaking! The TVs had all the streaming channels, for unwinding in the evening. The cookware was well- stocked. My kids loved the lazy river and hot tub! We had a great stay! Pro tip: park on the 4th floor of the parking garage for direct access to the elevator.

Forest Dunes Family Vacation - 3 Bedroom Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 days at Forest Dunes. We received a text our condo was ready early Monday afternoon. It was almost 1:00 pm. We arrived at 6:00 pm. The toilet in the master suite was not flushing properly. My husband plunged the toilet several times before retrieving a bar of soap out of it. He thought that might have unclogged it. However, it did not. We had to request maintenance to come out. Even after maintenance addressed the toilet issue it was still having issues the next day. It started working correctly by day 3. There was blood stains on the sheets in one of the guest rooms. There was a left over coffee filter with coffee grounds in the coffee pot. These are the only complaints. The condo itself was perfect. Great location, great views, friendly and helpful people. We loved the pool area and bar/grill. We are grateful we had a place that accommodated the whole family.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the condo's location, views, and amenities — and that it comfortably accommodated your family. It’s great to know you loved the pool area and grill as well! We do apologize for the trouble you experienced with the toilet. We appreciate you reaching out during your stay so our maintenance team could assist, though we’re sorry the issue wasn’t resolved immediately. We’re glad to hear it was working properly by day three. Regarding the other cleanliness concerns, such as the coffee pot and bedding, we were not made aware of these during your stay. Had we known, we would have sent our housekeeping team promptly to address them. We rely on real-time communication to ensure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible, and we always encourage guests to reach out with anything they notice. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back for an even smoother experience in the future.
