Villamare-enheten på andra våningen har vackert uppdaterats för att matcha dina förväntningar! Köket innehåller anpassade skåp, apparater i rostfritt stål och bänkskivor i granit samtidigt som de är fullt utrustade med nödvändigheterna i hemmet. Köket öppnar upp till matsalen och vardagsrummet i lägenheten. Matsalen har plats för sex. Vardagsrummet är smakfullt inredda med ett modernt men ändå bekvämt tema samtidigt som man delar vackra trägolv med hela lägenheten. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, skinnstol och ett eget badrum med eget badrum. Master-badrummet består av en dubbel fåfänga i granit och stor klinkergardusch. På den andra sidan av lägenheten är gäst sovrummet med sina två, ja två, king size-sängar tillsammans med ännu ett eget badrum gäst badrum. Gästbadrummet har en granitfänga och ett kaklat badkar och duschkombination. Villamare-komplexet består av en inomhuspool som värms året runt tillsammans med en stor utomhuspool och spa, grillplats, mötesområde och till synes oändligt utbud av solstolar. Det centrala läget gör det enkelt att komma åt flera av Palmetto Dunes bekvämligheter som Robert Trent Jones och Fazio golfbanor, Tennis Tennis Center, Alexander's Restaurant, The General Store och The Dunes House Oceanfront Bar and Grill. Du kommer ner i hissen och ut till stranden på några få minuter!

I enjoyed that it was close to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrival instructions could have been clearer. Arrived in dark and spent quite a bit of time trying to find condo. Instructions could have been upon entering complex turn left for building 2. Enter unit from garage. Our guest had to have and item overnighted by UPS. Guestbook instructions were to have it sent to office at Palmetto address. Did so then alerted office of arrival, only to have them tell us it should go directly to our unit. Was able to have address changed before shipping but book needs to be revised. Tub drained too slow. Got worse by last day. Caulking on tub need to be re-done, looks dirty. Checkout instructions said to put garbage at a certain location but no indication where that was for our unit.

The facilities at Palmetto Dunes we enjoyed most were the updated pools, the bike paths, pickleball and golf. The "sharing box" in the garage was great, we were able to find a couple of chairs and boogie boards which was great!Pros: The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Kitchen is nicely updated, and the appliances all worked great. It was so nice not to return home with a ton of laundry! There was plenty of dinnerware/utensils/cups. Having 2 balconies was nice. Cons: Issues with the cleanliness of the condo upon check-in were quickly remedied once we reported them. The furniture is the condo was outdated, heavy, and included lots of glass (may be an issue with small children). The beds were not comfortable at all, mattresses very thin and extremely noisy. Pillows were "older" and some were stained. The AC worked great in the living room, but not as strong in the master bedroom- but a fan did help with that, especially at night.Overall, condo was as described and we had a great stay at Palmetto Dunes!

July 4th Family Holiday

I would suggest checking the water pressure on the kitchen sink but other than that, we loved it!

In fact we've rented the unit again for next year. That said, there are a few items in the unit that should be addressed. The bathroom door in the guest bedroom is not properly closing and should be re-hinged. The shower in the master bedroom should have a curtain or door placed on it. It's impossible to shower there without flooding the bathroom floor. We had to shower in the guest bath.

Great Stay!

The dining table chairs could use updating and if you have little ones be aware that the dining table and coffee table are both glass.

Winter guest at Villamare

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit for 3 months in early 2022. We were generally satisfied with our stay, the unit is nice, good furniture, updated bathrooms, the location is great, Villamare is awesome. Unfortunately we had an issue with the television, which is small and outdated and situated on the wall near the ceiling. We tried several times to get the management company to talk to the owner about replacing the tv with no success. Otherwise we were satisfied with the responses to our issues. The unit is ok for short visits, not recommended for longer stays.
