Huatulco Best Kept Secret

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's first visit to Huatulco and stay at Sueno Real-Buena Vista. I highly recommend vacationing at this treasure of a destination. The property is beautiful, with spectacular scenic ocean views and very secluded, Yet, minutes away from beaches, shops, dining and entertainment. No rental car needed, taxi's are available around the clock and with fares only a few dollars each way. The property accommodations have all the comforts of a home away from home. Plus, it's a private gated community with on-site manager and staff plus security guard. The team at "My Huatulco Vacation" are very professional...they provide many services to clients. From handling the rental contracts, they also booked our airport transfers, purchased our groceries prior to arrival, and booked our private boat and fishing excursions. Huatulco is a kept secret, this is a rustic and low key destination with some of the best scenic bays and beaches we've seen in Mexico. The friendliest local residents and amazing dining experiences, plus one of the cleanest towns on the coast, locals take pride of this. Do your homework and book, let "My Huatulco Vacation" do the rest. We will be coming back.

Amazing stay at Suena Real - Buena Vista D2

Relaxing at Sueno Real

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sueno Real is on a quiet street overlooking Santa Cruz Bay. Its a beautiful property, you feel like you've walked into a castle. It has a fantastic view of Santa Cruz Bay and you can see Entrega beach from the pool and the balconies of the condo as well. The onsite staff was very kind and helpful. Its a short walk to Santa Cruz and La Cruececita. The condo is quite large and The kitchen is well appointed with dishes, utensils and modern appliances. The furniture could use some updating however,as the main sitting areas were not that comfortable. The fan in the master bedroom was a bit noisy. There was also a lot of maintenence going on around us during our stay, but overall this is a great property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was satisfactory. The on-site manager and staff at Sueno Real were very kind and helpful. Someone was there to greet us upon arrival and provide overall instructions about the condo. The grounds were well cared for and the pool was always clean and well looked after. While the condo was adequate and clean, it was pretty basic in fit and finish. A little art work on the walls, updated bedding and improved kitchen ware would help.The only pillow covering on the master bed were part of the coverlet set not a sheet set and it was torn on arrival and knotted to hold it together. The frying pans in the kitchen were flaking Teflon and should be thrown out. The dished were heavy and awkward to use, the carpet in the living room could use a good shampooing, the remote control for the large blind on the sliding doors to the patio was missing rendering the blind useless and the condo lacked sufficient lighting. The dining light barely cast enough light to eat never mind play a game of cards and there was only one table lamp in the living room .Having outfitted a vacation rental myself, I am of the opinion that only the bare minimum was done to furnish this condo.

OUTSTANDING VIEWS - Awesome POOL!!!!

The Water Heater is very small and the wind would block out the pilot light since it is installed on the Roof and who we took some cold showers. We heard the condo is in the process of being sold and so hopefully the rumors that the new owner is going to do some updating to the condo, so we hope so as the condo worked out Okay for us and we have booked it for our extended stays in 2021 and 2022. The Pool is Awesome Too. The Staff is very very helpful.

Unfortunately it was booked and the team ( My Huatulco Vacation) worked hard to find us this location on short notice. Hats off to Cathy It was a great experience and would highly recommend it. Aside from the BBQ not working and one ceiling fan the accommodation it was clean and the staff catered to our every need from water to a wine glass. Exceptional. We would definitely consider renting again. Special thanks to Roberto our taxi driver he was like part of the family.

A Special Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed everyday. The owner continues to invest in the property and it had everything we needed. Two balconies with umbrellas and comfortable chairs, the sun, the continual breeze, a kitchen where you could cook a meal like you do at home. The bottom line "everything worked" no surprises.The manager was excellent. She helped us get the lay of the land in short order. Recommended restaurants, made reservations, arrange for a private boat charter for snorkeling, recommend the best places to snorkel,where to buy fresh fish and veggies.The staff in general was very good. The complex has a 24 hour guard on duty. We always felt safe as we walked into town. Taxis are plentiful and very reasonable.This is one of those places that people go to year after year.

Perfect Summer Escape

Even though it is part of a condo complex, there was a lot of privacy. For most of the stay, we had the amazing infinity pool to ourselves. The staff were super helpful and made us feel welcomed.

Great Rental

As for supplies, it would be helpful to have cleaning supplies for washing the floor, cleaning bathrooms especially the toilet. I feel as being someone that has a rental property that these items should be supplied.There should also be Tupperware with lids for left over food. again this is something we supply. These items are very inexpensive and go a long way in customers satisfaction. The Terrance definitely requires a new umbrella and BBQ brush. Ashtrays for outside use. Chairs inside should have felt pads on bottom to limit noise.
