Detta vackra hem är perfekt för familjer! Privat pool, massor av cyklar och strandutrustning, nära stranden. Perfekt för familjesammanträden, den öppna planlösningen innehåller ett stort rum med välvda tak, storbilds-TV och stereoanläggning hem, plus ett välutrustat kök med granitbänkar, centrumön med 2: a handfat, nya apparater och en stor familjstil matbord. Franska dörrar från köket öppnar mot ett underbart täckt däck där du kan sitta eller vagga och njuta av naturen och den friska havbrisen. Vårt vackra hem med 5 sovrum kan bekvämt sova upp till 16, om du inkluderar spjälsängen 17 i full storlek. Tillsammans med det stora rummet och köket, har bottenvåningen också två sovrum med privat badrum, ett våningssäng, ett halvt badrum, och tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Den andra våningen har två sovrum, ytterligare ett badrum, plus ett loft (med bäddsoffa) med utsikt över det stora rummet. Den nya poolen i marken med åtta fot och 18 fot har en fullt möblerad täckt uteplats med massor av bekväma sittplatser och utrymme för uteservering, plus en stor gasgrill. Ett annat kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och en TV är bekvämt beläget nära poolen, liksom ett semi-privat utomhusduschrum med både varmt och kallt vatten. Vi har utrymme för täckt, garage med 2-3 fordon (beroende på storlek), med plats för minst en till uppfarten. Ligger ett kvarter till stranden, ett kvarter till livsmedelsbutik, gångavstånd till Tybee Pier och Pavillion, massor av bra restauranger och shopping.

Spring Break on Tybee Island

Two friends and I took our kids and their friends for a senior year trip to the beach before everyone graduates. The kids loved the location and thought the house was awesome. The communication with the property manager was excellent and the entire trip was easy and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Great location

This is a nice, big house that accommodated our multi-family stay. There was a little confusion with the property managers about how we were supposed to park, but once we got that figured out all went smoothly. The house has a nice, small pool, is an easy block from the beach, and is conveniently close to the market. We had a great week and would come back.

Great house lots of space. Close to beach. Grocery store very close. Lamps in den and bedroom were not plugged in and quite inconvenient to climb/reach thru headboard to only one outlet on the wall. No way to close garage door from outside.

We had 12 people stay. Worked out great 3 baths no line up. Kids loved pool after beach 2 blocks to nice beach. We sat on beach boardwalk to watch fireworks nice

Great House for families

The house was wonderful. The house & kitchen were well appointed & it was a great location. Close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants & shops. We did have an issue with the internet all week, but the rental company worked with us to find options in order to take care of work & school needs. We would definitely recommend!

Family Trip

- Good location to the beach BUT the pictures are VERY deceiving. The house is located on a VERY busy and noisy road. - Communication could have been much improved on what the house has for guests. The property manager had us almost renting beach equipment for the entire week. Thank goodness we waited as the house had plenty of umbrellas and chair, wagon, etc. We did rent a pack and play and when we arrived the house had own. I asked the property manager about these accommodations and they were completely inaccurate. - A beach house should accommodate and have beach towels - MINIMAL kitchen supplies. You should have at least the basics of salt and pepper. - Bathrooms and Bedrooms we’re comfortable with plenty of space - Easy check in and check out - Garage needs cleaning out of damaged beach chairs, equipment. Could be dangerous area for kids - Lots of pool work for those staying at the house. Having to fill the pool, etc.

Great reunion!

We have a group of friends that get together every 2 years. We all thought this was our best one. The rental was great. Location was excellent. Really enjoyed having the pool. Plenty of room and privacy. Would recommend to others.

Tybee Thanksgiving

We just returned from our amazing Thanksgiving retreat to Tybee. This trip was extra special for our family because both our mom and dad have late stage cancer. We arranged this trip so that we could all get away together for some happy memories. It was a success and so very special! My only complaint which isn’t really a complaint, more something that we meant to mention to management. There were so many thoughtful details! However, one of the beds was broken on the first floor and so was uncomfortable to sleep on, the wagon for the beach had a flat tire, the coffee pot didn’t work (Thank God there was a backup!!), and the grill was out of gas. If it hadn’t been a holiday some of that could have been easily resolved by us. Anyway, all in all, the home was beautiful, definitely accommodated all of our large family, was literally a 5 min walk to the beach and provided the back drop for some priceless memories with cherished members of our family. Thank you so much!

Great trip

Tranquility house was a great house for our girl's trip. We just wanted time to relax and enjoy one another's company. The house suited our purpose perfectly. The house was very clean upon arrival. 1 block walk to the boardwalk to the ocean. The pool is small but was perfect for the 6 of us. Kitchen is very well stocked. The only thing we couldn't find was a blender. We walked to restaurants for dinner several nights. The beach was not crowded at all. The house had plenty of bath towels, etc. Hot water was plentiful when showering and great water pressure in the showers as well. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you to the owners of Tranquility House.

Pandemic Vacation

Overall our experience was very good. The great room area (LR, DR & kitchen) is conducive to everyone being together and yet the bedrooms are tucked away for privacy. Our group had 7 adults & 2 small children so the pool was a bit small & shallow for our liking but nicely secluded from neighbors. Quick walk to the beach which was not crowded. Tons of beach/pool accessories available (including beach towels). On the downside, there are multiple bicycles in the garage which we were planning to use but they were locked up & when we called the office we were told that the owners don't want to carry liability insurance for them & so they couldn't be used. These bikes should be removed from the garage and from the online listing pix. Also, instead of dining out due to Covid concerns we chose to get carry out or cook in. When we opened the outdoor grill it was caked with grease and food. It then took an hour to clean it before we could use it - yuk! Those issues aside, our stay was wonderful & relaxing.

A perfect family vacation!

I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to stay at a vrbo home that doesn’t have these amenities. Anything you need to entertain 3 kids was there! They loved taking a wagon ride to lunch or dinner, just a few blocks away. The beach carts were easy to load up and take everything in one haul. Unfortunately the beach canopy only had three working legs when we arrived but upon learning this the owner had all intentions of replacing it. We set up the provided crib and comfy crib mattress and high chair for our almost 2 year old in about 10 minutes and it was so nice to not have to travel with any of it. Excellent clean home with plenty of beds and bedrooms! We thought the pool might be small but honestly with 6 adults and 3 kids it was just right. And so nice not to have to pack pool and beach towels!

We just got home from our stay at tranquility house and it couldnt have been better!!! We had 17 people. 11 adults and 6 kids. The house has so much baby equipment and we used all of it! the wagons and beach supplies were all so helpful! The beach is a short walk, and the pier and grocery store were all walking distance. The house was huge and very clean. We spent alot of time on the balcony and by the pool. The detail the owners put into this property is incredible. We will definitely be back!

Girls Weekend

The house had everything we could have needed for the long weekend. They were fully equipped for the beach with plenty of gear for a large group. It was a short walk to the beach but they had large carts built for the sand which made it easy The rental staff was great and the owners were incredibly helpful! I highly recommend this house for a large group.

Great place for a family vacation with all amenities needed and a fantastic location

Our family of 10 - including 2 children under 4 - had a fantastic time here. We’ve never had a place so well equipped! Lots of beach equipment, bikes, pool toys and rainy-day things (that fortunately we didn’t really need.). The location is perfect - a short stroll to a beautiful and clean beach, and a convenient IGA nearby. Sue and Jay were great hosts. The place was immaculate when we arrived. The furniture and linens in top shape. Fully equipped kitchen. We hope to be back!
