Incredible Stay!! 10/10

The condo was immaculate, the view was breathtaking. The condo workers were wonderful all around and very helpful. Vivian and Stan were great to deal with for the entire duration of our stay and for the check in process and checking out. The kitchen has everything you need and more and the bed was very comfortable. We will be coming back to stay with Vivian again every time we visit Florida!!Thank you for such a great experience. Highly recommend to everyone!

Perfect Gateway

Check in process was not difficult I was a bit worried as some reviews expressed confusion for check in but my partner and I had no difficulty. Hosts were great and quick communicators! Location was perfect. Publix and Walmart were 8 minute walks. A great Italian restaurant across the street ! Beach was right there too! Overall had a great experience and loved our calm vacation.

a lovely location

This condo has a nice contemporary design, a comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, it's on a quiet upper-level floor near the elevators, and has a truly spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony. The owner was quick to respond to my messages and handled a TV problem efficiently for me. This is in the Tides condominium complex in Hollywood, Florida, close to many restaurants and shopping, but you will need a car or will rely on ride sharing quite a bit. As mentioned for the listing, there is a 100 parking fee for 5-7 days, 30 fee for the key fob needed to unlock all the doors in the building (which is a good security plan), and a 20 refundable fee for the parking hang tag for your car. The check-in process is difficult, as you need to park your vehicle somewhere in order to go inside to get your parking decal to enter the parking lot, but there are "no parking" signs posted everywhere near the building's entrance. Fortunately, a kind valet allowed me to park "illegally" near the door long enough to get the parking hang tag.I would rent this unit again in the future if re-visiting this area of Florida.

Great view and condo

Overall the stay was very nice. Good location, great view. The condo it self could do with a little more comfortable chairs/couches, but overall it was fine. Doing check in was a little bit confusing but overall it worked out. I would recommend this condo to other people traveling or staying in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Short vacation after a cruise

We enjoyed our stay, loved the balcony looking out to the oceanOnly one negative
the bedroom window fell on my finger (when I raised it to open it, it slammed right back down) my finger luckily was just bruised but if it’s not fixed it could really injure someone.I say this just to make you aware.

I recently stayed in a stunning penthouse apartment in Hallandale Beach, and I have to say, it was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The apartment was absolutely the cleanest I’ve encountered, making it feel immediately cozy and inviting. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary stuff, including high-quality utensils, which made cooking a breeze. The bedding sets were comfortable and fresh, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The amenities in the building were top-notch, and the spectacular view from the penthouse was simply breathtaking – perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Thank you!

Long weekend with Mom

The view was everything!!! The room provided all necessities and was clean. The building is VERY secure and staff was friendly. I will stay here again if I return to the area and i would recommend to others. I would have given a 5 star rating but the pullout was not comfortable even with the extra padding and the linens were not freshly cleaned and had to get our own washcloths.

Das Appartement hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann, eine absolut perfekt ausgestattete KĂŒche, in der man auch wirklich mal kochen kann (was man sollte bei den Preisen..). Erwarten Sie keine Unterkunft, wo man gut Englisch spricht, hier sind fast ausschließlich Latin Americans. Marcelo war sehr nett und hat uns bei allem schnell geholfen! Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer: breathtaking! Wir haben hier 6 Tage voll genossen
