Ships, surfers, wind surfers, parachutists, are all there to be observed while taking in what to do next. Located within 10 minutes' ocean front boardwalk to Kings Beach, and 5 minutes' walk from 20 cafes/restaurants, movie theatre and supermarket. Just park and leave your car once you've arrived.
'Fully AIR-Conditioned', two bedroom luxury apartment, situated on level 2.5, with direct ground floor access, and lock up garage one level down. The complex has a secure 'Heated Pool' that can be enjoyed all year round.
This Apartment boasts, Zoned air conditioning, WI-FI, TV'S and DVD'S in both bedrooms and lounge room, and has been fully renovated with modern and extremely comfortable conveniences throughout. There are views to the ocean from all living areas, and the Luxury bathroom has a large shower that is screen less, and would suit the use of a shower chair for anyone with mild disabilities. The main bedroom has a queen bed and heaps of cupboard space, and the second bedroom has a single bed and bunk bed, for those who have littlies. The apartment has been designed for a family of 5 people to occupy in comfort and convenience, or 3 - 4 adults for those staying without children.
Amenities: Full cutlery, dinnerware and cooking appliances, Bosch Dishwasher, microwave/grill combi oven, induction cook top and saucepans, large bottom mount fridge, electric oven, front load washing machine, clothes dryer, twin bowl kitchen sink, all bench tops throughout are stone, laundry tub, large vanity unit, architectural lighting, separately controlled and zoned air conditioning system, Seating for five in all living areas.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee
