Amazing View of Waterway

We stayed here with our two young adult daughters and my in-laws. House was perfect size for us all, and the view from the dock was the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink. We enjoyed our stay!

Summer vacation

Awesome Property

The home was amazing. We had a family of eight and there was plenty of room. Very clean and a great location. We made some wonderful memories catching fish from the private dock. The pool was awesome, large, and very warm. We would definitely stay hiere again. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent family stay

Plenty of room and amenities for our family of 6- grandparents and kids. Pool and dock were great. Linens ample and beds comfy! A/c cold and neighborhood friendly and quiet. Short walk to the beach!

Family vacation

Our family had a great stay in this beautiful home. We especially loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. One of the kids left a special item behind which was quickly found and is on the way back to us. Over the top service! Thank you!! Would definitely stay here again!

Looking forward to our next stay

My family had a great stay at this IRB house. It’s a great location. The view is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and allow for privacy. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, wading in the pool, walking along the beach and ordering in from local restaurants. We look forward to our next stay.

Best house in Indian Rocks!

We have stayed in many houses in Indian Rocks and surrounding communities and this house topped them all! Everything was exactly like we thought it would be! Pool was fabulous! And the location to restaurants and the beach was perfect! Can't wait to come back!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was awesome. Dolphins right in the back of the house were very very cool! Pool was very refreshing. We will absolutely stay in this home again in the future. Thank you for sharing this home.

Beautiful property- great location!

We so enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house, great location for quiet relaxation! ( away from the crowded commercial beaches) The views were spectacular from the house and the dock. Loved seeing sunsets and sunrises from the privacy of this rental. The pool was an added treat which made this home perfect for our family gathering. Thank you for sharing this treasure with us. A Fun time was had by all!

Outstanding

Wonderful property off the main drag in Indian rocks. Walkable distance to the beach, never over crowded. Quiet neighborhood with police patrol. The home had all the creature comforts and the back patio on the water with the pool was the hot spot all vacation. We did see dolphins a few times a day swim past just as all the reviews had said- and even saw a shark! Beautiful location for a family get together!

Salty Sunrise

Nice property. It was the right fit for our family. The beach was a little hike if you have small children and hauling the gear you need to bring. There was public beach parking at the end of street. However, we spent most of our time in the pool. Kids loved the pool and private dock to fish from.

Family getaway

It was great for all the ages we had. Lots of bedrooms were convienient for each family. Lots of kitchen stuff… easy to cook whatever. Two refrigerators for everything. Lots of towels which was helpful.

Amazing!!

The house was great!! Everthing was perfect!! We enjoyed it very much, did not want to leave. The pool and view was the best, spent every evening out on the patio. Saw dolphins a few times and even fished, didn't catch anything but it was a great experience for the kids and adults. Definitely will be back and rent this house again. Thank you!!!

Friends Vacation

The property was very nice. It was in a great location. However, the heater on the pool was not working properly. We didn’t figure it out until the last day. The house did appear larger in the pictures but it suited our needs nonetheless. We enjoyed our stay and the time spent with friends. Great memories!

Great Place! Great Times!

Salty Sunrise is a fantastic property!! Everything was great about the place, location, and stay. (Weather was perfect also). House was clean and exactly as expected. Great communication to get in, what is expected, and exit. Dolphins in the water, Birds everywhere, and relaxation. Easy walk to beach, bikes to ride (one has a small leak in tire), and only suggestion would be to have a air mattress for groups of buddies like we had. Thanks for a great time!!

The house met all of our expatiations except that the A/C didn't work in two of the bedrooms which made it hard to sleep. Everything else was very good. loved the area and was walking distance to beach and restaurants. Doug

Summer Vacation

This was our first time staying all together in a house. We had 3 very young kids and 6 adults. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The pool was beautiful (we hardly got out of it the whole time we were there). We loved looking out to the water! We even saw dolphins a few times! It was a short walk to the beach. Pool and beach supplies were available. I highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back again in the future!

Salty Sunrise (Indian Rocks Beach)

The house was lovely! We enjoyed the private atmosphere and the ample parking. Loved being able to be step right out to the pool and patio. And being able to fish off the dock was great! The only challenge we had was the steep stairs to the upper floor. Difficult for older people. Would suggest adding another hand rail. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! Our family truly enjoyed the week together there.

Dolphins Galore!

This house was amazing! Coffee on the dock at sunrise with Dolphins swimming by ALL DAY LONG! The traffic on the intercoastal was minimal, so it was so quiet and very peaceful. The beds were so comfortable! The best nights' sleep! Location is perfect! Close to everything you want to do. The only negative is that they could use a little more serving dishes in the kitchen. But, on vacation making a big salad in a cooking pot isn't what's important. It's quality time with family. A bonus was that we were able to have our dogs with us, which made all the difference having the WHOLE FAMILY TOGETHER.

Perfect Family Vacation!

This home and the location were perfect! We enjoyed having a cup of coffee every morning while watching the dolphins in the intercoastal. Almost every night we saw the dolphins as well. We did a lot of fishing on the dock, caught some fish and saw a couple stingrays while sitting there too. The pool was a very nice addition, except it was not heated and we read thought it was supposed to be heated in October. The rental has some things that need to be updated but nothing that was earth shattering nor would it stop us from renting there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We were very comfortable and pleased with the facility except for the staircase to the second floor. The staircase is a very difficult access to use as it is narrow, steep and lacks handrails for safety. This was especially difficult for us, as we are all seniors with some mobility and balance issues. Some of us saw dolphins swimming past. That was a treat!
