Awesome Property

The home was amazing. We had a family of eight and there was plenty of room. Very clean and a great location. We made some wonderful memories catching fish from the private dock. The pool was awesome, large, and very warm. We would definitely stay hiere again. Thank you for a great experience.

Amazing View of Waterway

We stayed here with our two young adult daughters and my in-laws. House was perfect size for us all, and the view from the dock was the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for my husband and I, my mother & father in law and our daughter, with a bedroom to spare. Quiet neighborhood with a private dock which we enjoyed a glass of wine in evenings. The pool was clean and refreshing. The only negatives I could say would be the downstairs bedroom was warm at night (the box fan helped) and there were no functional pool floats other than infant ones. We would stay here again!

Great location, horrible property

If taken proper care of this house would have been great. Our last night there, we had a huge mouse in our blanket on the couch. There was food left under the beds, the gas grill is unusable due to never being cleaned. Definitely a fire hazard. The ac was not keeping up with the Florida weather. Upon check in the heat was on upstairs and was 86 degrees.?beds are horribly worn. No extra linens for the beds. Plenty of plates and glasses. Cookware was lacking to where we had to go buy a pan. Ice maker on fridge leaked. Tripping hazard with loose tiles. Skid tape on stairs was coming up. Pool pump wasn’t working until the pool man came and had to shock it. Lost a day of pool use. Wi-Fi was continuing to go in and out even upon resetting the router. Patio furniture was shabby and broken. There was a collection of junk on the side of the house. Baby wipes were left out by the pool….used. It was unhygienic in the worst ways. For the amount for the week for booking look elsewhere.

DO NOT STAY

Other than the beautiful view out back, I would never recommend this property to anyone. Huge mice and water bug problems. Multiple rodent sightings and foul odor in the kitchen. Mice ate through our dried goods on the counter overnight. Found a mouse trap that had two mice caught and maggots covering it. Multiple soft spots in the wood flooring upstairs. The upstairs and the lower floor bedroom is overly hot. The grill outside was disgusting.

Summer vacation

Family vacation

Our family had a great stay in this beautiful home. We especially loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. One of the kids left a special item behind which was quickly found and is on the way back to us. Over the top service! Thank you!! Would definitely stay here again!

I was very satisfied with the property. I thought the 4:00pm check in was too late and the non negotiable late checkout option without paying for an extra day was ridiculous. I probably wouldn’t book again with this company for those two reasons. I will negotiate that before booking next time. The house was clean all the appliances worked and it was a very quiet neighborhood.

Not a good experience

The owner knew the pool heater was not working since October per his maintenance staff I was notified a few days prior to our arrival -the pool was unusable it was too cold to go into- the sun does not hit the back of the house after 12:00 noon- the house is at the end of the street and is NOT a short walk to beach- no beach wagon as described in listing, no recycle bin so all our recycling had to go into regular garbage, staircase to upstairs bedrooms is steep and narrow not safe for elderly or kids- this should have been explained in the description, the pots and pans are in sad shape- various a numerous issues with this home-my request's for assistance was not handled well or just ignored I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with a VRBO- this was a VERY expensive lesson learned, I would NOT recommend this place.

Fantastic trip

We really enjoyed the home. The views of the inter coastal were perfect. The home was large enough for 8 adults. We were able to rent a couple golf carts which really helped getting around town. The beach equipment was very helpful. It has two refrigerators made it great with so many adults. Less trips to the store. The grill helped out a lot and we had plenty of gas for it on sight. There was plenty of kitchen necessities and a lot of towels etc. The washer and dryer was great to have on sight also. It is .5 mile walk to the beach in a quite neighbor. There’s 2 Publix grocery stores and a small Walmart within 5 miles. A lot of restaurants and some small stores close by. The stairs are a bit steep if someone in your party struggles with stairs. All the neighbors were very friendly The pool heater had been broke for two weeks so we didn’t get to swim so that was disappointing. The owner did give of some compensation for this. The internal part of grill needs cleaned but grills were clean. The back fence could be more sound. Certain areas of house could use some repair The owner has a Jeep in the garage -so if you have allergies to rubber know the smell is strong. Overall the house was great and we would definitely stay here again!!!!

Dolphins Galore!

This house was amazing! Coffee on the dock at sunrise with Dolphins swimming by ALL DAY LONG! The traffic on the intercoastal was minimal, so it was so quiet and very peaceful. The beds were so comfortable! The best nights' sleep! Location is perfect! Close to everything you want to do. The only negative is that they could use a little more serving dishes in the kitchen. But, on vacation making a big salad in a cooking pot isn't what's important. It's quality time with family. A bonus was that we were able to have our dogs with us, which made all the difference having the WHOLE FAMILY TOGETHER.

Location Location Location

Absolutely fabulous home in a perfect location. 2 families of 4 stayed here comfortably for a week. It was amazing and would highly recommend. Looking out over the bay and seeing dolphins every morning is amazing. The pool is a great size and heated! Everything we needed was right there. The food in the area is spot on. We rented golf carts and traveled from Madeira Beach to Clearwater easily. All the pool and beach toys we needed were in the garage along with chairs and umbrellas. The seating area out by the pool was very comfortable and many hours were spent relaxing in the sun and the shade there. The 2 Adirondack chairs on the dock were a great touch and we didn't even have to sit quietly for the dolphins to literally swim up right to the dock! Incredible experience for the kids (and adults)! A couple things to note about this property: There are tons of signs on the street that the locals are against short term rentals. We tried to keep sound at a minimum. The upstairs master is wonderful but does get very hot and stuffy especially on a hot day so you may want an additional fan going. The maintenance man was coming when we left to fix the master faucets (they worked but needed a little help) The beautiful bedroom (king size bed overlooking water) is perfect downstairs but just know that the bathroom is.mot connected (you have to walk across the living room to get to it) and it is also the only bathroom downstairs for everyone to use while at the pool etc. This room also gets stuffy but has a box fan and a ceiling fan in the room to help. Depending on the size of your party and who is taking showers- you will need to space them out as there not an on demand hot water heater. Not a deal breaker- just plan ahead. You can't be in the shower upstairs and expect to get hot water if someone is also in the shower downstairs.

Salty Sunrise

Nice property. It was the right fit for our family. The beach was a little hike if you have small children and hauling the gear you need to bring. There was public beach parking at the end of street. However, we spent most of our time in the pool. Kids loved the pool and private dock to fish from.

Outstanding

Wonderful property off the main drag in Indian rocks. Walkable distance to the beach, never over crowded. Quiet neighborhood with police patrol. The home had all the creature comforts and the back patio on the water with the pool was the hot spot all vacation. We did see dolphins a few times a day swim past just as all the reviews had said- and even saw a shark! Beautiful location for a family get together!

Beautiful property- great location!

We so enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house, great location for quiet relaxation! ( away from the crowded commercial beaches) The views were spectacular from the house and the dock. Loved seeing sunsets and sunrises from the privacy of this rental. The pool was an added treat which made this home perfect for our family gathering. Thank you for sharing this treasure with us. Excellent family stay

Plenty of room and amenities for our family of 6- grandparents and kids. Pool and dock were great. Linens ample and beds comfy! A/c cold and neighborhood friendly and quiet. Short walk to the beach!

Good rental with great water view

View of water and sunset from backyard & private pier was the best feature of the house. Plenty of outdoor & indoor seating. Kitchen had all we needed to cook dinners. Bedrooms well sized and beds were comfortable. Pool was great when it was heated but we had challenges with heater staying on during our stay with timer & although this was resolved on the 2nd day of our stay it was not resolved the 3rd day of our stay so we lost the use of the pool. This was a big reason we rented this house - heated pool - so would not stay here again if this isn’t resolved. Incorrect entry code was given to us in email & couldn’t enter house when arrived on 1st night - we did get an immediate call back with a different code to use that did work so that was resolved. Overall it’s a good rental house but having to contact the owners / mgmt more than once during our trip is dissatisfying and takes away from being on vacay.

Friends Vacation

The property was very nice. It was in a great location. However, the heater on the pool was not working properly. We didn’t figure it out until the last day. The house did appear larger in the pictures but it suited our needs nonetheless. We enjoyed our stay and the time spent with friends. Great memories!

Perfect Family Vacation!

This home and the location were perfect! We enjoyed having a cup of coffee every morning while watching the dolphins in the intercoastal. Almost every night we saw the dolphins as well. We did a lot of fishing on the dock, caught some fish and saw a couple stingrays while sitting there too. The pool was a very nice addition, except it was not heated and we read thought it was supposed to be heated in October. The rental has some things that need to be updated but nothing that was earth shattering nor would it stop us from renting there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

not what the picture show.

the picture are not what you walk into. the walls in kitchen looks like something got water on them they are really bad maybe paint them. the door in garage falling off my husband fixed it. the toilet paper roll in bathroom cant put roll on it so my husband fixed it. the floors are all uneven so got to wear shoes so don't stub toes. the rugs need clean in living room. the bedroom downstairs is so hot and the bedroom with the two double beds is also very hot. very hard to sleep in them. the pool was dirty and the trash cans smell so bad so tried cleaning them. i dont think the price was worth what you got.

Summer Vacation

This was our first time staying all together in a house. We had 3 very young kids and 6 adults. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The pool was beautiful (we hardly got out of it the whole time we were there). We loved looking out to the water! We even saw dolphins a few times! It was a short walk to the beach. Pool and beach supplies were available. I highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back again in the future!

Absolutely HORRID!!

The Owner and Property Management company have no care for their guests. Property is Unsafe. Outside and Inside Stairs are not Safe. Multiple Prior Comments from guests about AC--Not Addressed. AC only works in the Most Center rooms of the home. Cannot open blinds or shades or the rooms will reach 86 degrees. There are signs on every window and AC at the home. The Property was disgusting. Pulled up to two cans overflowing from prior guest. Dirty dishes put away in cabinets. Dirt and grime on walls and doors. Ring around the bath tub. Pool had floaters all week. Pool filter way past it's prime. (We saw it when the pool guy came to check the water.) Rusty bench on dock. Fallen tree on stairs. New stairs attached to rotten exposed walls. (With no permit.) It is clear they have no care about your health or safety at this property. Why did we pay a cleaning fee to clean for hours when we arrived? We could have stayed at a 'Pink' luxury resort down the street for less than we paid at this dump.
