The House is located directly at the sea, with a stunning view at the crystalline clear water, the offshore islands and the impressive Velebit Mountains in the background. The best place to enjoy the sunset is probably the large terrace of the house and the balcony. In the Large garden you can play, swim, bbq or just enjoying the sunset. From the house´s own jetty, you can start excursions by boat to the world of Kornati Islands (National Park). Life on the close by public beach at the marina Bibinje / Sukosan invites for beach volleyball / Sailing / Watersports. A large garden, an on-spot beach and a long jetty make the house incomparable. The Villa has been renovated and built out in 2011. In an effort to build an eco-friendly home, natural premium materials have been used to rebuild the sea-view sleeping rooms. Further a modern air conditioning system, new bathrooms with rain showers and a high-tech kitchen are only a few more aspects which have been improved. We provide our guest with everything they need during their stay included in the price: towls, Satelite tv (2), internet (wifi), Stereo systems (+iphone docking station), Bikes, Diving utilities, BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Our on-spot house care-taker will ensure that everything is up to your expectations during your stay. The little town Bibinje is located very close to the city Zadar (about 15min by bike). Besides the famous city Zadar, also Bibinje has a lot to offer for tourists. Many Bars, small shops, Restaurants and everything else needed in order to enjoy a relaxing vacation can be found. From the Airport Zadar, you can reach the house within 10 min by taxi, However, the house also has a parking space so that an arrival by car easy and convenient. During your stay you will be alone in the house. A house-care taker will help you with any questions and will give you an introduction to the high-tech facilities in the house.

Description of the region : The House is located in the town bibinje which is very close to the bigger city Zadar (about 15min by bike). Besides the famous city Zadar, also Bibinje has a lot to offer for tourists. Many Bars, small shops, Restaurants and everything else needed in order to enjoy a relaxing vacation can be found. We recommend firstly to visite the stunning waterfalls and lakes of the Plitvice National Park. Secondly to rent a boat and explore surrounding islands, especially Kornati and thirdly drive ( about 45min) to Krka National Park where you can explore the breathtaking scenery and swim close to the waterfalls.

Direction of travel : Plane: Zadar Airport is the destination of many Airlines inters alia Raynair. Alternatively Zagreb Airport can be chosen and then, taking a car and drive down to Zadar (still quite a long way but a fairly nice route) When arriving by plane, in Zadar we recommend taking a taxi to the house which will not take longer than 10 minutes (+/- 10 euro). Car: To Zadar. The house includes a parking spot.
