Med en fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången, en fantastisk infinity pool, som är en av höjdpunkterna i hemmet som verkar för att smälta in i havet. Koppla av med en kall uppfriskande drink på ett av däcken i en bekväm fåtölj eller bara somna på dagen sängen. Inuti njuta av den lugna atmosfären, med öppen livsrum. Varje rum har 30 - 60 inches TV. Idet / bibliotek har ett skrivbord och sittgrupp där du kan ha lite lugn och ro för att checka in på kontoret samtidigt skicka dina medarbetares bilder av din semester. The property was exactly as advertised and conveniently located just a short 5-7 min drive to Taylor Bay Beach and less than 10 minutes to Sapodilla Bay Beach. Perfect for multi-generational travel or for a large group of friends, home is large, with plenty of space to gather or for privacy, amazing views from the massive patio with outdoor dining, and a stocked kitchen and grill for when you're eating in. Plenty to do with entertainment provided by a separate game room with pool table, swimming pool, and private pier with 5 kayaks, No need to pack, home is equipped with cooler, beach chairs, snorkels, and even fishing rods. Home is located in a safe neighborhood, but we appreciated that the property was gated (access via keypad and remote), for additional security and a sense of safety,The host Vallie, was great to work with, provided detailed check-in/check-out instructions, and was very responsive to communication leading up to and during the trip. We experienced a random issue with the gate getting stuck (caught on overgrown tree), she responded within minutes and had a handyman onsite within an hour on a Sunday evening. Thanks again!Considering the location, size, amenities, cleanliness, and responsiveness of the host, very good value and a strong contender for your visit to Providenciales.

The home was beautiful just like the pictures on the website. The host was very responsible to all of our questions and needs leading up to the time we got there and during our stay.The sunset views were absolutely gorgeous. The house is fully stocked with anything you would need the host thinks of all the details. Thank you again we’ll stay again when we get to Turks and Caicos again.

Exceptional home. Ample space to relax inside and out. Vallie is a great host -great communication and attentive to any needs or questions. We enjoyed taking off the kayaks and spending time around the pool. As we sat outside at the table by the pool this morning, we could see stingrays swimming out in front of us. My son also saw sea turtles as he was kayaking one day. There is so much to love about this place and we highly recommend it.

Family vacation

Our stay at the property was absolutely amazing and the host has the best communication I have ever had staying in a rental house. From the beautiful views, to the kayaking , and space in the house, I’m not sure you can get a better place for the price! If this place is available when we come again, we will certainly stay here!

Loved the kayaks and kayaking to hidden beaches. The pool was awesome. The den with pull out sleeper was perfect for our boys, bed very comfortable and they appreciated the privacy. Although two of them slept there, all four would gather to do their thing. Home is spacious. Sunsets phenomenal. Outdoor tables and chairs perfect for an evening dinner. Air conditioning great in master bedroom and the den. Difficult to regulate for the other three bedrooms.

Paradise in Turks and Caicos

If are you looking for relaxation in an amazing setting, then look no further for this property is where you want to stay. Beautiful sunsets. Communication with Vallie was excellent, in fact, the best we ever had with an owner and we travel a lot.

So so so good

The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s that stunning. This is the more remote side of the island, and there are 5 kayaks that you can take to secret private beaches! It makes the other beaches look like crowded tourist traps (which they aren’t). Vallie couldn’t have been a more accommodating host. Our party of 7 would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Host & Home

We had a great stay! The house was great! It was our first trip to the island. The location of the house requires a 20-30 minute drive for most restaurants and Grace Bay. The Host was very helpful and made check in easy and she supported us with an activity after a company who we thought we had a reservation with could not accommodate our group of 7.

Turquoise views

The house worked very well for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids. Very large spaces, plenty of room for all. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the pool and kayaking in front of the house was amazing.

Heaven

Exceptional stay! House was perfect with the pool and access to the water w Kayaks. Beautiful views and location was in a quiet area away from the busier section near Grace Bay. Enjoyed some of the best restaurants on the island and were within easy driving distance from house. Beaches right down the street were fine with less crowds. Overall, entire family (6 adults) enjoyed the property and amenities. Would consider a stay at this property again.

My Dad's 80th Birth Celebration at Affiniti

Everything was perfect! Hospitality, View, Location and Beautiful Mansion! Vallie is the best host i ever met. She took care of everything on time. Chalk Sound area is quite and beautiful compare to Grace bay area. We had the best family vacation to celebrating my dad's 80th birthday. It was special and memorable stay. Huge home and incredible views and kayaking

Best thing about the property is the magical views. The home itself is large and very nice, but well worn; the accoutrements as well. But everything is there that you could possibly need or want for your trip. The property was very clean from top to bottom. Vallie, the host, was 100% communicative and could not have been sweeter or more professional. She was awesome! So yes, we would recommend this property even with its small shortcomings.

April getaway

Vallie was great; she was able to accommodate our early arrival and although she wasn’t able to check us in, her daughter was. The home is exactly as described. The kitchen has all essentials plus. Views are amazing. We spent a lot of time in the Grace Bay area which is about 25 minutes from the house, so a lot of driving, but it was nice to come home to the piece and quiet Vallies’ home provides. We would definitely rent this home again without hesitation.

Wonder Stay and Wonderful Host

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house for our trip to Provo. The house was comfortable, clean, well stocked, and has a fantastic view! The host was friendly and available whenever we had a question. After we checked out and headed to the airport we found out our flight got canceled. The host answered our cry for help and luckily for us, the house was available another night. We had a rough few hours at the airport, but the comfort and tranquility of returning to this house for another day made everything better! Thank you for hosting our wonderful vacation!

Fantastic short break

The property does not disappoint. Vallie is an amazingly helpful host. The common spaces are a lot of fun for the whole family. Kitchen is very well equipped. Keep the AC on in the bedrooms or they won’t be cool at night because it is hot outside. Did not feel the need to venture into the crowded Grace bay area at all. You need a car. All in all - very highly recommended.
