There were lots of things I liked about the property. It was clean, and I loved the jetted bathtub. I know many people like to head to Starbucks for coffee first thing in the morning, but I like coffee in the room. There was a coffee pot, but it was too small. We stayed a week, so I asked for towels twice. The owner answered my requests for towels promptly, but the owner thought I was requesting too many as evidenced by his comments to me. The pool was very nice, and being able to use MGM Grand's amenities was nice also. This property didn't gave a balcony, and I mistakenly thought it did, which was my fault. MGM wasn't that great a property, and to get to it required a lot of walking. If we go back, I plan on staying somewhere else.

Relaxing getaway

The Host Mark was very responsive and his place was clean and peaceful. If you love to take a HOT shower or bath this is your place, plus the water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable! Over all a great place to stay! only thing I would of liked was brighter lighting in the condo.

Quick trip to Vegas and this studio fit the bill perfectly. Mark, the host, was terrific - very responsive and concerned that we had everything we needed. Also, perfect location -walkable to just about anything you might want or need. Studio was well stocked and bed was really comfortable. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Nice value for a studio room

If you’re staying 4 or more days, you’ll need to bring trash bags, etc. since there is no mid-stay trash pickup and trash baskets are tiny.Couch needs to be shampooed.

Love the Signature

Great 3 day weekend at MGM Signature. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at LV Convention Center. Very easy to take monorail from MGM to convention center. The condo was perfect - comfortable King bed and mini fridge/microwave. Everything was clean amd jsut as described in the listing. There was an issue with someone on the floor smoking pot - the fumes were obnoxious throughout the floor and into our room. We called security and they dealt with the issue.

Great studio location

Very nice spacious studio for family of 3. Clean and great location. Quick walk to MGM pool. Quick walk to strip and centrally located. Easy check-in process. Studio had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The location is prime being so close to the strip but far enough away to be peaceful. Friendly staff and great layout of the property. Only complaint is the valet has too many greedy employees who don’t give any kind of good customer service unless a tip of 20 plus is put in front of them.

A perfectly sized suite for me and my daughter. Great location, and a lot of things to do within walking distance! Mark was super quick to communicate and had great recommendations for restaurants!
