Våra 2 sovrum, 2. 5 Bath Villa ligger på en insjö i Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Stranden ringer så ta spårvagnen eller ta en kort 10 minuters promenad till de vackra vita stränderna i Destin. Bara några steg från denna vila är communitypoolen för allas nöje!

När du kommer in vet du att din semester är på väg att börja. Det uppgraderade köket med kylskåpet i rostfritt stål är tillräckligt stort för att tillgodose dina behov! Du kommer att älska att kunna laga mat i köket medan du fortfarande kan ta dig till sjöarna. I vardagsrummet finns en bäddsoffa, och gott om ytterligare sittplatser. Den stora nöjescentrum och TV är bra för sena nätter och enstaka regnig dag. Rätt utanför vardagsrummet är den vackra uteplatsen. Glöm inte att packa dina fiskespön!

Gör din väg till vår 2: a våningen där många av våra uppgraderingar har ägt rum. För att starta, golven har en unik grå ton, en perfekt strand känsla! King Master Suite är utrustad med nya möbler och inredning. Bortse inte från hans och hennes garderober. Mästaren bad är alla nya också! En av våra favoritutsikt över sjön är från detta mjuka, lyxiga rum.

Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar och en dra ut trille. Detta sovrum kommer också med en uppdaterad badrum! På andra våningen finns också en tvättmaskin / torktumlare för din personliga användning.
De områden fyra arton-håls mästare golfbanor inom en mil från Villa. Du kan också hitta en hälsoklubb, salong, shopping och många andra aktiviteter på området.

Very nice, clean lovely place.

All was found generally in order and clean and as presented. We enjoyed our stay - peaceful back patio, comfortable and tasteful accommodations. If anything could be better, more attention to cleanliness of master shower, provision of a reasonable amount of kitchen detergents and paper produces and toilet paper and hand soap in bathrooms (we had to purchase these) could be paid. Otherwise, delightful place and visit.

Short Title

Overall the property is very good. I had a few issues that were handled quickly. The guest bedroom bath needs a much better curtain rod. I suggest one of the curved ones.

We love SanDestin, but felt the property needed updating. We saw many undesirable insects in the condo. The patio furniture had some broken chairs and the grill was filthy. The inside condo was dated. Loved the pool.

SO DISAPPOINTING

While other reviews found this unit clean and to their liking, I could not recommend to anyone. The upstairs is updated and acceptable but the living room furniture was deeply stained and the couch goes to the floor when you sit on it. Kitchen supplies are minimal at best. The walls were freshly painted. Upon arrival, the floors were coated in black soot and a collection of past renter's debris and animal hair behind any chair. Carpets were heavily soiled and turned over by me to be used. The management company was responsive to my complaints but only to say they were sorry. To be fair, they offered to bring any kitchen items I might need but did not offer to send cleaning crew. One blanket in the entire unit which was dirty and had to be washed twice by me to use. Many of the patio window blinds are missing. The weather was poor so we spent a good deal of time in the unit which only added to our displeasure. Sandestin Beachside grounds are gorgeous and perfectly maintained. Many of our neighbor's units were beautiful and were priced the same as ours. VRBO should have a policy of showing "current" pictures not those when the contents were new and clean. This unit could be as nice as those we saw with a little bit of elbow grease and minimal expense.

Condo - disappointed

I was disappointed that the condo was not as clean as I thought it should be. The glass coffee table has dried liquid or something on it - I used a scrubby to get it off. Many of the cups and dishes were not clean. Even a few pans were not as clean as they should be. I guess they just took them out of the dishwasher and put them up without really looking closely at them. The master mattress is horrible. You sit down on the bed and you sink way down. My husband had to sleep on the sofa as his back could not take it. The kitchen table needs to be painted. Scratches and scrapes on it. I’ve rented several condos and then one definitely needs some TLC and updating. The location was great. The setting was nice. But I would not rent it again.

FOREVER VACATION RENTALS
Shannon and I moved from St. Louis, MO, to Destin, FL, in the Summer of 2011. I have over 20 years in the Property Management field, including Vacation Rentals, Multi-Family, and Senior Living. I am also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty. Shannon is our “go-to guy” and always goes above and beyond. He handles most operations, including Inspecting and Scheduling Turns, Owners' Statements, and Accounting, and helps oversee our Housekeeping Department. You will find that we are passionate and very hands-on. Not only are we available to our Homeowners at all times, but we are also available to our guests.

God has blessed us with our two children, Riley (18 y/o) and Jax (8 y/o). Our hearts and home are also filled with our fur babies! We support our local animal shelters and rescues.
We look forward to our Friday night movies at home with our children, fishing (although we aren't any good at it – haha), church, and Sunday football. We are very family oriented and find that most homeowners become like family to us.

In the Spring of 2016, we expanded our business by hiring Debbie. She is my amazing mom! When it came time to hire someone, it only made sense to bring her on board! You honestly can't find a more caring, loyal, and trustworthy person! Debbie handles all of our reservations and during the summer months, she helps with our inspections. If you ever want to hear a friendly voice and be uplifted, call her!

We can't forget about the rest of our team! EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. on our team is important to our success. Our goal is to hire folks with passion, enthusiasm, and motivation to win! We want them to know that no detail is too small, and a happy guest is a repeat guest! There is nothing more rewarding than to receive a compliment about how genuine and hard-working we are!
