Mountain Meadows Inn är en 1910 Historic Inn, som har uppgraderats till att omfatta tre sviter, med egna badrum. Blue Pearl Suite har en king size-säng, två extra stora enkelsängar och ett badrum (med duschkabin). Tao-sviten har en queen size-säng, loveseat och ett badrum (med dusch inuti badkaret). The Trillium Suite har en queen-size-säng, futon soffa / säng med ett badrum (med dusch inuti klo-fots badkar). Uthyrningen av värdshuset inkluderar matsalen. vardagsrum, kök och veranda. (Det är endast för användning av gästerna som hyr Inn). På värdshuset har de ursprungliga, 1910 Douglas Fir-golven återställts i vardagsrummet och i sviterna. Travertinplattor är nu i matsalen och granit på köksdisken. Värdshuset har designerfärger och varm inredning. Historic Inn ligger på 10. 7 hektar och ligger i en parkliknande miljö, med en Hottub, för privat planerad tid. Det finns gratis blöta, ved och en starter för lägereldet. Värdshuset ligger också i den lilla samhällsbyen Ashford, med den berömda Whitaker klättringsfamiljens sportaffär (med uthyrning), Basecamp Bar and Grill, Espresso-butik (med glass), Ashford Creek Pottery Shop, Highlander (traditionell restaurang / pub), två små livsmedelsbutiker. Sedan, inom fyra miles, finns det Copper Creek Restaurant och Wildberry Restaurant. Värdshuset ligger bara 6 miles från Nisqually ingången till nationalparken, där det finns många spår, vattenfall och andra fantastiska sevärdheter. Det finns också Longmire och Paradise-områdena, med informationscentra, ett museum, två restauranger (Longmire öppnade året runt) och många spår. Paradisets faciliteter är öppna i maj till det mesta av oktober ändå roligt att se året runt !! Park Service arbetar dagligen på vintern för att hålla vägarna öppna till Paradis, för Snowparkområdet, för snöskoter och längdskidspår. Våra gäster älskar sina äventyr på parken under dagen, sedan deras avkoppling på värdshuset, på eftermiddagen / kvällen !! Vi välkomnar våra gäster från hela USA, Europa, Världen.

Beautiful property and awesome historical home

We loved the house. Three couples , we came for an early Christmas celebration in Ashford where I grew up with 2 sisters and 2 brothers. I still have a brother and sister that live in the area. The house was so bright and welcoming and decorated for Christmas. The 3 suites were lovely and great for privacy. The home was very well stocked. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Perfect place after a day on Rainier

The day begins with coffee on the wrap around porch watching the woodpeckers and deer. The day ended around the campfire watching the elk. The rooms were large and wonderful. We recommended this property to friends. Thank you.

A wonderful getaway for the whole family

This home was the perfect place for a quick family getaway. The house has three separate bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms for privacy. We enjoyed coming together in the large living room and dining room for meals and playing games. The very large yard offered a great space to play and we enjoyed large fire pit. The house is minutes from Rainier and we spent each day snowshoeing. The kitchen is well-stocked and with one push of the button, the owners had set the coffee maker to brew for the morning. We will definitely be back!

Very pleasant, clean and welcoming

We rented the entire inn in January 2018. There was plenty of room for us to hang out together, and lots of privacy when needed. The house is very well laid out, lots of room in the dining area as well. The owners, Ralph and Chris are very attentive to details. They have thought of everything the guests may need. They are very thoughtful, accommodating and pleasant. We all had the feeling that their top priority was to make sure that the guests have enjoyable and memorable time. We certainly did, thank you so much :).

Mountain Meadows Inn Ashford Washington

We had the pleasure of staying at this property when we visited my daughter for Thanksgiving. After flying all the way from Florida, we didn't know what to expect once we arrived - but it was beautiful!!! Everything was so nice and quaint - we loved the antique stove, the amazing hardwood floors, the antique beds - all the little touches that made it seem like we stepped back in time. The proprietors, Ralph and Chris Coleman, were amazing hosts as well. As our family rented the whole house, we had total privacy and could come and go as we pleased. They left a sweet treat for us to enjoy by the bonfire and the rooms were clean and well appointed. We had the opportunity to meet them on our 1st morning there; they had great recommendations for places to eat and things to do as well! If we ever visit Washington again we will be sure to stay at this lovely home! Many thanks!

The Inn was very cozy, and accommodated our families very easily. Only 7 miles from Rainier!

We spent the weekend here with another family, and appreciated the ease of access, ample indoor space, and hospitality that Chris and Ralph offered. It's a unique property, in that the three "suites," or bedrooms, can be locked and viewed as separate entities. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are public spaces. Fortunately, it was only our two families, so the Inn was ours to ourselves. It would be a point worth clarifying before you book, so that you're not unexpectedly sharing the Inn/house with another family. That said, all rooms were very cozy and clean, and each has its own bathroom. Ralph and Chris couldn't have been more gracious. They supplied us with ingredients for s'mores and had a fire ready to be lit in the outdoor fire pit. The kids loved it! A woman came in on Saturday morning while we were at Rainier and made beds/tidied up. So nice to come home to! There is a hot tub on the property as well. We didn't take advantage, but perhaps on another trip...

Wonderful hospitality

We're a family of 5 with three kids (10, 7.5, 7.5). My parents and sister traveled with us as well. Booking the whole Inn is definitely the way to go. Chris had items for s'mores and fruit set out for us upon arrival and the coffee was already prepped for the next day. After a long day of travel, this was so welcome! We didn't stay long enough to relax on the front porch or out by the fire, but both areas were very inviting. Being located only about 15 minutes from the national park southwest entrance allowed us to get into the park early and go back in the early evening to avoid midday crowds. I highly recommend arriving in Paradise before 8am during the busy summer season. We practically had the whole trail to Panorama Point and Pebble Creek to ourselves on the way up but passed so many groups heading to Camp Muir on the way down. Parking is also a zoo after about 10:30-11am. Comet Falls was another fabulous trail not to be missed. We went after an early dinner at the Copper Creek Inn (also wonderful) and again had the whole trail to ourselves. If we're ever able to get back to the area, I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Perfect location for Mt Rainier half marathon event

This lovely property was exactly what I wanted for a three day vacation with my husband and 2 adult daughters. We were within walking distance of the start of a half marathon in Ashford WA. Three en-suite bedrooms, living area, kitchen and dining room provided all the room we needed for nice dinners and card games. Owners were lovely and easy to contact. Large porch was inviting.

Quiet and relaxing

This property was in great condition and very inviting. The owners have a nice and relaxing place in the woods just off the highway. Our only issue was scheduling a time to use the hot as it is shared with another unit, although it was a very minor inconvenience. All told, this is an excellent place to escape reality for a day or two.

Quiet Lodge Setting

Very nice older home with all the amenities. Great kitchen, comfortable dining and family room. Hot tub in forest setting. Huge porch with a propane burner. Perfect base camp for Mt. Rainier outings. Have stayed here two years in a row now.

Great time

We had a great time. Enjoyed the Inn. It was just the right size for our famly. The host was attentive and accommodating, however we really didn't need anything. Very close to Mt. Ranier. If I have one slightly negative comment it would be that the knives could use sharpening.

Perfect getaway

Wonderful host! Great property for our small extended family because each room has its own bathroom. Home is spacious and comfortable. Hot tub is large and hot! Kitchen was well stocked so we were easily able to bring groceries and cook here. We very much enjoyed visiting Mt Rainier and hope to come back again to see the seasons change.

Snowshoeing retreat

Older facilities but clean and well maintained. Great location for accessing the national park. Quiet woodsy surroundings. Huge wrap around porch, perfect for relaxing and having a coffee. TV with great reception.

A Perfect Place

Mountain Meadows Inn is a perfect place for us and our family, and Ralph and Chris are excellent innkeepers. The Inn and its three bedrooms, each with a bath, is perfect for our family: my wife and I; our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter, and our son and daughter-in-law. Each year we spend several days together to enjoy time as a family and to bring in the New Year. The Inn has a large, well equipped kitchen (all of us love to cook, well most of us), a large dining room (we tend to eat too much during the holidays), a comfortable living room (great for lounging after over-eating); a roaring campfire in the fire pit (a New Year's Eve tradition, even if it is snowing), and visits to the snow in nearby Longmire and Paradise (great outdoor activities). Ralph and Chris keep the Inn very comfortable, well equipped, and very clean. Thanks for the smores!!! Really enjoyed our stay!!! Jim and Karen

Perfect for us

This property was in the perfect location for our exploration of Mt Rainier. The bedrooms were all a good size and very comfortable. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful spot for our family!

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend stay while attending a family wedding up the road at Copper Creek Inn. Though we didn’t get to spend much time here, we did thoroughly enjoy sipping our morning coffee on the beautiful wrap around porch! All of the rooms were quite spacious, with very comfy beds and worked really well for our family of 5. Beautiful grounds surrounding the Inn and plenty of parking as well!

Our son, a Realtor, suggested this Inn. He thought it would be an excellent second career (semi-retirement career)!! We have really enjoyed this whole process, of renovation, with our son, daughter-n-law and grandsons assistance. They have excellent ideas and provide us with lots of enjoyable time together. We also feel honored to be the "Owner/Caretakers" of this Inn and Chalet, for guests to enjoy throughout time. We are the third set of owners, to have an Inn here, since 1980...

This is an Historic Inn in this area, with a newer Chalet. The Suites all have their own private areas and bathrooms. Each Suite is spacious and yet comfortable/cozy. Our renovations have tried to retain the best of the older, with some of the best of the newer in supplies and colors.
There are 10.7 acres. there are many areas for guests to enjoy...a huge park-like area, a wrap-around extensive porch, several Firepits for campfires, the Hottub, under the stars...
There are also huge Red Cedars, W. HemlocKs and Douglas Firs. There are numerous wildflowers in the early summer. There is a stream, that runs through the property most of the year, as well as, a Cedar Grove, with a bench and area for meditation or relaxing...
