Mycket mysigt 3 sovrum, nära till allt. Du kommer att kännas undanstoppad i en privat resort i denna söta lodge. Det är i ett mycket lugnt område i träden. Det finns en säsongsberget bäck som går framför fastigheten. Koppla av på däck och lyssna på ljudet från den rinnande bäcken (säsongsöppen). På sommaren är du mycket nära sjön för bad och vattenaktiviteter. På vintern kommer du att känna att du befinner dig i ett vinterunderland. Mycket nära den himmelska utväg. Och fortfarande bara 2 minuter till kasinområdet. Det finns ett 2-bil garage för parkering utöver 2 bilar i uppfarten. Ovanför garaget är bonivån. Köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet är öppna med stora fönster som tittar in i träden. Njut av kabel-TV i vardagsrummet och alla 3 sovrummen. Sovrum 1 är befälhavaren med en kung, TV och badrum. Sovrum 2 har 2 drottningar och TV. Sovrum 3 har en drottning och TV. Det finns ett gemensamt badrum i korridoren.

Regler för beläggning:
1. Per län regler: Bröllop är INTE tillåtna av något slag eller storlek, på fastigheten eller i huset. Du stängs omedelbart och förlorar depositionen och kommer att bli föremål för fler böter.
2. Du har bara tillåtet 10 personer när som helst i huset. Detta inkluderar alla middagar eller sammankomster du kan ha. Det sover bara 8 i sängar.
3. Parkering: 4 bilar tillåts hemma när som helst. Det finns ingen gatuparkering per län och brandsäkerhetsregler. Underlåtenhet att följa kommer att leda till förlust av deposition.
4. Snälla hjälp oss att hålla vårt hem en semesteruthyrning. STÖDORDNING 22.00 till 19.00 DAGLIGT och är mycket strikt i det här området.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed wine on the deck in the pine trees. It is in a very quiet area and yet close to town. It could use a little updating, but all in all a great vacation place.

We were three couples , ages raging from 67 to 81, we had five wonderful days at thisDelightful place , very well maintained , owner responded to our needs and questions almost immediately. Exceeded or expectation. Highly recommended place .

Great Space

Overall, it was a great space and close to everything we needed. Loved the big open living room/kitchen which provided plenty of space for our group of 8 people. We had a hard time getting the front door open but was able to get in and out through the garage so no issues there. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended

Easy check in. Management is quick to respond. Great location, you feel secluded but your only a short distance to everything. Beds are comfy and the cabin has anything you need.

Family get away

We had a lovely visit. The lodge was very comfortable easy to find yet tucked away in the snow. Just up the grade close to downtown. Kitchen is nicely organized, comfy beds. Recommend for families and/ or couples. Thanks again

Family Getaway

House is well taken care of. The kitchen is large and creates a huge open space with the living room. Outdoor deck has plenty of seating and a gas grill that we enjoyed barbecuing on. Neighborhood is quiet and a quick little drive to the casinos and shopping. All rooms and living space are upstairs, which wasn’t an issue for my group. Beds are comfortable and rooms are good size with TVs. Overall everyone was happy with the home. We would stay here again.

Tahoe Excursion

Second time staying at this cabin, which we thoroughly enjoyed the first go round. However, on this trip the patio had not been cleaned off (pine needles & dust). Overall, it was an inconvenience but not a major setback. The cabin has a large living room with a large couch but no recliners. Kitchen has all necessary pots & pans & a large island. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Great private house for Tahoe getaway

The house was great. Easy to get to, yet secluded. Nice to hear the stream running across the street. Even watched a bear peruse the greenery. The updated kitchen was nice. House could use a few small TLC fixes (toaster didn't work, toilet flushers need to be held down, carpet is a bit past it's prime) but nothing that really impacted the trip. One small ask of this and all hosts - please provide an HDMI input to the TV. For those of us that travel with our own devices it's nice to be able to access an input. I know, first world problems! :)

Great🤗 Even with the blizzard⛄️❄️💨🥶

The cabin was great. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of towels, comfy beds. We brought extra kitchen cookware as we didn’t know how fully stocked it was🤗 We love to cook, and if you do you’re renting the right place. There is no real back yard but with all the snow we played out front and back☃️☃️ One thing I would suggest is to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. They do provide more than other places we have stayed at and I was very impressed. I do have to say a shout out to Dhillon🤗 Extremely helpful and with any questions he answered immediately and made me feel so comfortable with the place we picked. I highly recommend and we will be back🤗

I had another house booked prior to this but had to cancel and this one was available. We chose this home because from the pictures it looks modern and clean. And in person it was that and more! This Property is in a great location! Very secluded as the description says, but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. What I liked most about this property is that EVERYTHING in the home was very clean and well organized. The home had everything we needed and more! The view the living room is great! The home was very well stocked. Will definitely book this property again.!!!!!

Lots of broken amenities

Fireplace, light outlets, garage door were ALL broken with no attempts to accommodate or fix for us. A lot of the outlets didn’t work. The garage door you have to manually open from the inside every time. And the fireplace doesn’t work. There were dirty sheets left in the laundry room from the previous guest. The house itself is nice and spacey with a nice view. Just didn’t like that a lot of stuff were broken and we were not told beforehand.

Beautiful House with Excellent Property Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had an outstanding experience with this property. The house is spacious, very clean, and updated. The huge kitchen seems brand new and very well laid out and stocked - we found ourselves deciding to eat in every night instead of going out because the house was so comfortable. Bedrooms are also very comfortable and clean, and the showers are great. We appreciated the extra welcoming touches, like the basket of fresh dish towels and new sponge, and the new fluffy towel sets on each bed for each guest. The backyard was exactly what we wanted for our toddler's first time in the snow, and our son loved the enormous living room to play in. The property is also very conveniently located - not too far from the casinos and Heavenly, but still quiet and peaceful. Additionally, from the get-go and throughout our stay, the property management team was extremely responsive and helpful - I received responses to email inquiries within the hour, and sometimes even more quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Nice Tahoe Mountain Home

Overall the stay was excellent. The home itself, if there were more than 5 stars, I would give it more than 5 stars. The home and the location were excellent. My issues comes more with communication with the managing company. I asked for an early check-in, understanding that I know check-in was at 4pm. A couple of us in the party had some work we needed to do and some video conferences to attend remotely. I was told no, which is fine, apparently there was someone checking out just before us. However, it was the tone of the “no”. It was “no, check-in is 4!” Okay fine. When we did check in, the floor in the kitchen was still wet, there were so many things that did not appear complete. And to top it off, when we went to put the kids to bed, the sheets were still wet! I notified the management company of all of this, no response. Still waiting on that response. We did not let that detract from our stay. We dried the sheets, the kids just had to stay up longer. Then we went about our trip, which was excellent. Like I said, Overall, the house was excellent. I would stay there again. I just was not thrilled with the management company.

Very quiet neighborhood, (ensure not to use waze as that will put you a bit beyond it on the road). Very clean house as well as well stocked on appliances; with the exception of the bbq needing a deep clean but that worked very well for our birthday steaks. Will return with how well laid out and how clean the house was. We enjoyed it being in a quiet neighborhood, but still very close to south lake and all the activities in the area for our birthday weekend getaway.

Screen door on one of the sliders was off leaning against the wall on the deck. The cabinet door under the sink in bathroom off the hall fell off loose hinges. Overall a very good stay and would use again.

Please be aware!

The property is in a good location. The floor plan is excellent! Be aware of little mice. If you are afraid of rodents, stay away from this property. You’re gonna hear them all night long, due to lack of deep cleaning because they’re all over kitchen area. There is a big gap between appliances and cabinets in the kitchen island area which is a food bank for these little guys. The beds are uncomfortable, especially the master bedroom (deformed mattresses and flat pillows). Bring your own bed sheets and pillow tops. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap or body wash because it’s not provided. The carpet has a bad smell, especially on the stairs when you walk in. The house is built nicely and it’s in a good location, but unfortunately a management company like this one is very unresponsive and they are ruining vacations.

Great Tahoe Luxury

This place was perfect for a family Tahoe trip. The open kitchen and living room area is SO spacious with lots of great light. We loved the couch with the lazy Susan table. It was great for playing board games and sharing snacks while watching Netflix. The bathrooms were super clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy.
