Mycket mysigt 3 sovrum, nära till allt. Du kommer att kännas undanstoppad i en privat resort i denna söta lodge. Det är i ett mycket lugnt område i träden. Det finns en säsongsberget bäck som går framför fastigheten. Koppla av på däck och lyssna på ljudet från den rinnande bäcken (säsongsöppen). På sommaren är du mycket nära sjön för bad och vattenaktiviteter. På vintern kommer du att känna att du befinner dig i ett vinterunderland. Mycket nära den himmelska utväg. Och fortfarande bara 2 minuter till kasinområdet. Det finns ett 2-bil garage för parkering utöver 2 bilar i uppfarten. Ovanför garaget är bonivån. Köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet är öppna med stora fönster som tittar in i träden. Njut av kabel-TV i vardagsrummet och alla 3 sovrummen. Sovrum 1 är befälhavaren med en kung, TV och badrum. Sovrum 2 har 2 drottningar och TV. Sovrum 3 har en drottning och TV. Det finns ett gemensamt badrum i korridoren.

Regler för beläggning:
1. Per län regler: Bröllop är INTE tillåtna av något slag eller storlek, på fastigheten eller i huset. Du stängs omedelbart och förlorar depositionen och kommer att bli föremål för fler böter.
2. Du har bara tillåtet 10 personer när som helst i huset. Detta inkluderar alla middagar eller sammankomster du kan ha. Det sover bara 8 i sängar.
3. Parkering: 4 bilar tillåts hemma när som helst. Det finns ingen gatuparkering per län och brandsäkerhetsregler. Underlåtenhet att följa kommer att leda till förlust av deposition.

Tahoe Getaway Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family group of 7 enjoyed our 5 day stay at this house off of Kingsbury Grade. Great location with easy access to hiking trails and the Tahoe Rim Trail and a short 5 minute drive down to Nevada Beach. Kitchen has a nice layout with updated appliances. A few things to note: bedrooms can get warm when it is hot outside and could use the addition of some portable fans. The living room is large but only has one large couch for seating could benefit with a couple of arm chairs or recliners. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This house has a super large living room area, which is nice. The rooms were clean and as-described. Only thing is the house is lacking some supplies, like shampoo / conditioner / body soap, surface cleaner, laundry detergent, and salt. I think some of this may have been in the listing description, but I’ve gotten accustomed to those basics being available from other similar rentals I’ve stayed in. If you’re planning on showering, cooking, or doing laundry double check what you’ll need and do a store run first. The grill also could use a cleaning, so maybe plan on bringing your own supplies for that if you want to use it. Otherwise, great location and super clear communication. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

It was easy to find and very spacious with the open floor plan. We would definitely stay here again, pretty much everything you would expect from a vacation rental.

Could Have Been Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, well appointed, comfortable, having the garage was really nice. However we had some very avoidable cleanliness/sanitary issues. First was a substantial amount of mouse poo in one of the cabinets. It didn’t look fresh either. Second there was a mouse in a trap in one of the bedrooms. If you know you have a mouse problem, check the traps before your guests arrive. Third the deck and furniture was filthy. We cleaned it after we arrived. We were told it was cleaned 3 days earlier but we were there 3 days and it wasn’t anywhere near as dirty after our stay. Could have been so much better.

We spent Thanksgiving week here as a family of four and really loved our stay. The house was clean, spacious, had a stocked kitchen for cooking, cozy big TV room, and access to streaming services was a plus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt secluded despite being close to a lot of houses. The host was responsive and friendly, quickly resolving an internet issue when we arrived and allowing us a late checkout upon departure. We’d definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed wine on the deck in the pine trees. It is in a very quiet area and yet close to town. It could use a little updating, but all in all a great vacation place.

It has bright, sunny exposure and beautiful views of the trees. It felt open and spacious. My only comments would be to please have a container of ice melt in the garage, as the driveway is on a slant and was a sheet of ice.

We were three couples , ages raging from 67 to 81, we had five wonderful days at thisDelightful place , very well maintained , owner responded to our needs and questions almost immediately. Exceeded or expectation. Highly recommended place .

We had an awesome stay. The home is beautiful and conveniently located. Would stay here again! Note to future renters: be sure to bring all your own toiletries (including body soap, laundry pods, etc), as none were at the property.

Great location

The neighborhood is beautiful with hiking trails and a stream nearby. Although we did not have snow for Christmas it was a wonderful time, everything worked, was very clean and easy to access. Definitely would want to stay here again.
