Mycket mysigt 3 sovrum, nära till allt. Du kommer att kännas undanstoppad i en privat resort i denna söta lodge. Det är i ett mycket lugnt område i träden. Det finns en säsongsberget bäck som går framför fastigheten. Koppla av på däck och lyssna på ljudet från den rinnande bäcken (säsongsöppen). På sommaren är du mycket nära sjön för bad och vattenaktiviteter. På vintern kommer du att känna att du befinner dig i ett vinterunderland. Mycket nära den himmelska utväg. Och fortfarande bara 2 minuter till kasinområdet. Det finns ett 2-bil garage för parkering utöver 2 bilar i uppfarten. Ovanför garaget är bonivån. Köket, matsalen och vardagsrummet är öppna med stora fönster som tittar in i träden. Njut av kabel-TV i vardagsrummet och alla 3 sovrummen. Sovrum 1 är befälhavaren med en kung, TV och badrum. Sovrum 2 har 2 drottningar och TV. Sovrum 3 har en drottning och TV. Det finns ett gemensamt badrum i korridoren.

Regler för beläggning:
1. Per län regler: Bröllop är INTE tillåtna av något slag eller storlek, på fastigheten eller i huset. Du stängs omedelbart och förlorar depositionen och kommer att bli föremål för fler böter.
2. Du har bara tillåtet 10 personer när som helst i huset. Detta inkluderar alla middagar eller sammankomster du kan ha. Det sover bara 8 i sängar.
3. Parkering: 4 bilar tillåts hemma när som helst. Det finns ingen gatuparkering per län och brandsäkerhetsregler. Underlåtenhet att följa kommer att leda till förlust av deposition.

Great Tahoe Luxury

This place was perfect for a family Tahoe trip. The open kitchen and living room area is SO spacious with lots of great light. We loved the couch with the lazy Susan table. It was great for playing board games and sharing snacks while watching Netflix. The bathrooms were super clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy.

Great Space

Overall, it was a great space and close to everything we needed. Loved the big open living room/kitchen which provided plenty of space for our group of 8 people. We had a hard time getting the front door open but was able to get in and out through the garage so no issues there. We would definitely stay here again.

Lake getaway

Place is nice and peaceful, good location, only 10 minute drive to zephyr cove and the beach, easy drive also to heavenly village. Beautiful sitting on the deck and here the stream and tucked away in The pine trees all around you! Recommend this spot

Beautiful and spacious property, close to Heavenly village and resort

We had an awesome stay. The home is beautiful and conveniently located. Would stay here again! Note to future renters: be sure to bring all your own toiletries (including body soap, laundry pods, etc), as none were at the property.

Great location

The neighborhood is beautiful with hiking trails and a stream nearby. Although we did not have snow for Christmas it was a wonderful time, everything worked, was very clean and easy to access. Definitely would want to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Highly recommended

Easy check in. Management is quick to respond. Great location, you feel secluded but your only a short distance to everything. Beds are comfy and the cabin has anything you need.

Family Getaway

House is well taken care of. The kitchen is large and creates a huge open space with the living room. Outdoor deck has plenty of seating and a gas grill that we enjoyed barbecuing on. Neighborhood is quiet and a quick little drive to the casinos and shopping. All rooms and living space are upstairs, which wasn’t an issue for my group. Beds are comfortable and rooms are good size with TVs. Overall everyone was happy with the home. We would stay here again.

Great home with large living room.

Everything was as expected except I would say it isn’t very secluded and there was no Mountain View. Property was clean upon entry, there were ample items to cook with. It was just my wife and I so we had plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning in the future. Check in was easy and so was the checkout

Tahoe Excursion

Second time staying at this cabin, which we thoroughly enjoyed the first go round. However, on this trip the patio had not been cleaned off (pine needles & dust). Overall, it was an inconvenience but not a major setback. The cabin has a large living room with a large couch but no recliners. Kitchen has all necessary pots & pans & a large island. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would definitely go back.

Great cabin

Great cabin overall. Only thing to consider is when it has snowed the driveway may require 4 wheel drive. Roads were in perfect shape leading to the cabin. That being said the driveway had some ice from before. We could only get our mini van half way up the driveway.

South Lake vacation

We very impressed how the home looked just like the pictures on the web site. Open floor plan kitchen and family room made hanging out as a family so fun. There is a creek across the street that sounds like a water fall right in your front yard. Very peaceful. The property is close to town but feels miles away from the hustle bustle of South Lake Tahoe. I would highly recommend this home for anyone that wants to spend time relaxing in Tahoe with kids or just someone special.

Cozy, clean & convenient

This property was very nice, clean and cozy. It has been recently remodeled and beautifully done. The only negatives were that the dishwasher and garage door opener were not working. These were minor inconveniences. It’s a great place for the family as the neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to the entertainment center of south lake.

Amazing spot

This home had such an amazing kitchen and open floor plan to gather and enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well appointed as well. It was so nice to have access to the garage so we didn’t need to worry about our cars and bear activity. We were so close and an easy drive to the Heavenly Stage Coach Lodge and were within walking distance to the Tahoe Rim Trail. We very much enjoyed our stay! My only “complaint” was only one pot holder in the kitchen while cooking. It would have been nice to have more.

Great🤗 Even with the blizzard⛄️❄️💨🥶

The cabin was great. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of towels, comfy beds. We brought extra kitchen cookware as we didn’t know how fully stocked it was🤗 We love to cook, and if you do you’re renting the right place. There is no real back yard but with all the snow we played out front and back☃️☃️ One thing I would suggest is to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. They do provide more than other places we have stayed at and I was very impressed. I do have to say a shout out to Dhillon🤗 Extremely helpful and with any questions he answered immediately and made me feel so comfortable with the place we picked. I highly recommend and we will be back🤗

Amazing House

We rented this house for a girl's trip and it was perfect! The house was very clean and the open kitchen/great room was so comfortable! The house was less than 5 minutes to town and it's even closer to an adorable bagel shop! Best bagels ever! But the best part, a surprise bonus, was that there was a babbling brook right across the street. Now this brook might only be active because there was SO much snow this winter but listening to it while sitting on the balcony was like being at a spa. The living room doors have screens so one night we opened the balcony doors and we could sit on the couch and listen to the brook. It was heavenly! Would totally stay here again!
