Parisian visit

My parents and I loved our stay in Paris. The apartment was very clean. Location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Many great restaurants and other attractions were within a very brief walk. We received great advice from the owners about our stay, and the property manager was easy to work with and helpful.

Perfect location! Very nice accommodations!

I would stay there again on my next visit without hesitation! It was a perfect fit for traveling with 3 teenage girls. The best location! You can easly walk to so many of the must see attractions, great restaurants and there is a delicious patisserie that is a minute away.

Great location

We loved this location. It is great access to the river, louvre, metro and shopping. We walked all over the city from here and loved it. The Ferris wheel is a great point of reference when walking home, lots of fun at night when the city is lit.

Great little flat in the heart of Paris

Nice little place up a quiet alley a short walk from Tuileries and the Louvre. Well kept, nicely furnished. Communication prior to check in was very good. Check in process was friendly and efficient. They were very laid back about the check out process. Beds were a little too firm for our taste, but that seems typical in Europe. Definitely would recommend.

Charming Paris apartment in a fabulous location!

This was the perfect apartment to stay in for our family of 4 adults! The location can't be beat! The owner, Lisa, was great with communication and sends you a wealth of information after you book. The apartment manager, Brigitte, was wonderful to work with and so very helpful too! The apartment has everything you need. Book this apartment and you won't be disappointed!

Perfect Parisian Apartment

Charming apartment in a perfect location. Near wonderful restaurants and bakeries. Comfortable walk to all attractions. We were a family of 5 and had just the right amount of space. Patricia met us upon our arrival and was very accommodating-- especially regarding arrival and departure. We loved our stay here!

Olympics Dream Vacation

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at this wonderful apartment in the heart of Paris. We had an extended stay through the Olympic Games and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The apartment accommodations were everything we needed for our family stay. Our boys (6 and 9) loved the loft and the pull out sofa was great for our 14yo daughter. The bedroom was comfortable for my wife and I and we felt like we had plenty of space (by big city standards). The apartment is walking distance to multiple Metro stations so getting around the city was a breeze with the Citymapper app. A nearby Monoprix was a daily stop for anything we needed in the grocery department and the countless restaurants nearby were so fun to explore. We had some core memories as a family here and will absolutely be back to visit!

Quiet, comfortable, centrally located

Brigitte was very accommodating, and attentive, allowing us to check in earlier. The location is unbeatable. All the sites to see are literally minutes from the apt. The Metro and bus systems are flawless, and all nearby. Grocery shopping is around the corner, and so are restaurants, coffee shops etc. Apt is on the first floor, not too many steps, comfortable, beds are comfortable, kitchen is set up with your basic needs in terms of pans and plates and utensils. Thank you Lisa and Brigitte for a great experience in Paris.

Location, Location

Located between the Louvre and the Opera House on a quiet side street. Apartment has high ceilings and big windows. It is nicely decorated and kitchen has all conveniences including large fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. Best for Americans is her great directions in ENGLISH for all the appliances and her tips for exploring the neighborhood. Great visit—Thanks. D&R Kennebunk, Maine

Charming and comfortable

This flat was adorable! and just as it looks in the pictures. Patricia met us and she was wonderful and full of suggestions for restaurants, etc. Right around the corner from Paul's bakery (so delicious!!) and 10 minute walk to The Louvre. I highly recommend.

Comfortable, great location, close to sites, cafes and the Metro

This was a great apartment for our 3 night stay in Paris with our teens. It had everything we needed was quite comfortable for the four of us and was within walking distance to everything. The owner and manager made it very easy to make arrangements for transportation to and from the airport and were very helpful. There was plenty of information there about activities and places to eat nearby. It was nice being able to have food for breakfast and snacks available after site seeing so we could relax before going out to dinner. We would definitely recommend it for couples or families with kids.

Perfection in Paris

Many many thank yous to Lisa and Bridget for an amazing stay in Paris. Lisa was continually easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would only want to use her the next time we visit. Bridget was so flexible and very welcoming after our long journey. The apartment was in the BEST location-only minutes from the Louvre and Christmas market. Everything was perfect. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed.Merci!

Perfectly located home away from home

Our family had a wonderful time in Paris! The apartment was within a short walk to the Louvre and Metro stations. Very close to a grocery store, coffee shop and shopping. The bathroom was large enough to not feel cramped, with the toilet located separately which was convenient with our family of four. Our 10 year olds loved the loft sleeping area but I could see it might be cramped for older teens. The place had everything we needed, was very clean, and Walter who checked us in was very helpful, even responding to questions we had while we were there. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Great apartment, excellent host!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is great and is just as advertised. The location is very good, it's very clean, the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the shower and it stopped working. The host secured a plumber to fix it promptly, but then the plumber canceled. As a result and without waiting to be asked, the host booked us a hotel room (at her own expense) in a hotel just a couple of doors away so that we could take showers. This was so thoughtful and generous!

Location, Location, Location

If you want to be in the city of Paris and experience the sites and the shopping and the food that Paris has to offer there’s no better location! The apartment is a short walking distance to the Louvre, the Seine River, the Opera House, all of the shopping you can imagine from Chanel and Louis Vuitton to the souvenir shops and tons of restaurants to chose from! The apartment is perfect for families, despite being near all the hustle in bustle the apartment is quiet and serene. As a family of 5 it was nice having a separate water closet and shower so everyone can get ready in the morning fairly quickly. The kitchen has all essential appliances needed. Brigitte was fabulous! She was responsive and explained everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay! Definitely would stay here again if we get an opportunity to visit Paris again!

Pefect Location and Beautiful Apartment!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Paris this it! We spent a few days here with our 4 boys enjoying the Christmas lights and sight seeing in Paris. The location is perfect. We walked to Notre Dame, Louvre, Grand Palais and back from the Eiffel Tower (was a little long, but beautiful) and back from the Catacombs (also long, but very nice walk through the gardens of Louxembourg and the different areas of Paris) There is plenty of room in the apartment and it is well stocked. Feels like coming home after a long day of sight seeing and walking. Lisa and Patricia were both great to work with. Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in your own apartment with all the amenities of a home? This apartment will not disapoint. Thank you Lisa for everything. We will be back! :)

Perfect Location

Great location, right in the middle of Paris. You are in walking distance to several Metro stops, The Louvre, The Opera House, Lafayette Galleries and for Hemingway fans; Henry’s New York bar is just around the corner. The apartment was a perfect size for us. My wife and I took the bedroom and our two girls were perfectly happy in the loft. The living area has a dining room table, a couch area with TV and the kitchen has an opening that looks into the couch area. Much bigger than your typicsl hotel room. We had friends with two kids over for drinks before dinner and we had plenty of room. Logistics were very easy and straightforward. The owner helped us arrange a car service to and from the airport. Someone was there to meet us when we arrived at the apartment near midnight. Really great time, highly recommend.

Home away from home....

My sister and I stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 weeks in October. The apartment was perfectly set up for us. The bed and pullout couch had firm mattresses and were very comfortable to sleep on. We didn’t use the beds in the loft and I would recommend them for kids who would love to climb up and down the ladder. At our “mature” age, we would find it difficult to use, especially at night. The kitchen has a microwave, a cooktop and oven which were handy for cooking our meals and the fridge was full-size. The apartment is perfectly located, just a 3 minute walk to the Monoprix grocery/department store on rue Opéra. The Pyramid metro stop is a half block past the Monoprix. The Louvre is a 5 minute walk and we enjoyed walking through the Tuileries Gardens next to it. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the Palais Garnier Opéra on rue Opéra. This is where the Roissy Bus drops off tourists coming from the CDG airport and where you pick it up to go back to the airport. It’s the best mode of transport to and from the airport and costs approx. 16 euros. It is very quiet at night with few cars going by. The apartment building is next to a primary school, so from 9 am during the week you can hear the children playing outside in the enclosed schoolyard. I was sleeping on the pullout couch and it didn’t bother me as I was awake by then, but if you are a late riser it may be good to know. We loved this apartment and it felt like we were coming "home" at the end of the day.

A wonderful spot for exploring the city

This is a very charming, shabby chic apartment in a wonderful area of the city and makes a great base to explore all the sites. Not only can you walk to the Louvre, Left Bank, Orsay, L'Orangerie and the gardens, the hop on/off bus office and stop is just one street over on Ave de l'Opera so you can really get to any area of the city very easily. Lisa and Patricia were so easy and accomodating and really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their service is impeccable. The apartment itself is a good size, with plenty of natural light, and even though it's in the heart of the city is surprisingly quiet all night and most of the day. The city is there, but manages to keep a reasonable distance. :) The kitchen is tiny but well appointed, with a good size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso style coffee maker, microwave and even a clothes washer/dryer. The bathroom is tiled and there is a separate toilet room. We didn't use the loft, but the bedroom was very comfortable. By the end of our stay, it felt very much like we were coming home to our own little spot in the city.
