Home from home

Enjoyed stays at this house before , and our 5 plus week stay this year was no different, we are always very comfortable in the house making it feel for us like a home away from home. It is well kept, seems to lack for nothing, and is in a perfect location for us. Can’t ask for more! Have toured other rental options and always revert to a repeat stay here. Will return again in ‘27. Susie at mountainside treasures, is all one could ask for in agent, attentive, responsive and always very helpful.

Service is paramount

Potter Lane is a very nice property and we enjoyed it so much. But more important to us is the level of service provided by management. I can say unequivocally that Susie was the most helpful, responsive property manager we have had the pleasure of dealing with over many years and rental experiences. She provides the kind of personal service that you won't find with the big rental companies. Mountainside Treasures is a class act, thanks to Susie Townshend.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We walked to and from the slopes each day. The house was adorable and cozy and perfect for our group. Communication with Susie was easy. No hesitation recommending this accommodation to others. Book it!

The host was wonderful. She was very responsive and welcoming. We were fortunately able to get in a little early which was very helpful for our group's schedule. The property was beautiful. It is well decorated and a few minute walk to the base. The mountain has free parking and an open drop off. The kitchen was great for cooking and feeding 6 adults. The beds were comfortable. We have already discussed returning.

Perfect Rental!

Susie was the perfect host! Townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for skiing Deer Valley or going to Old Town. My family would not hesitate to stay here again.

The mattress in BR2 is unacceptable. It is broken down and very uncomfortable. If not replaced we will have to reconsider renting.

Awesome place

This rental is everything we wanted and hoped it would be. Comfortable, convenient to Snow Park Lodge, and accommodating for a fairly large group. It’s super clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The wood burning fireplace is a great feature. The private hot tub was nice to have as well after a long day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

July Wedding Stay

We had 4 adult couples in this property and it was perfect! Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, which was a big plus. Susie was always quick to respond to our questions as well!

Great house, ideal location

Our group of 7 or 8 has stayed in this unit four times during the winter for skiing. The location is perfect, and the size of the unit works well for our group. Management has been very responsive. We would highly recommend this place.

Perfect cabin

This cabin is nicely appointed, close to dear valley and the shuttle bus stop. Jacuzzi was awesome and the check in process was great. Great for multiple families. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had room to spare. Definitely recommend.

3 Family gathering

Property was great; kitchen was easy to prepare dinners in; everyone liked their bedrooms; garage was the most spacious I’ve seen in all the times we’ve come to Deer Valley/Park City; Susie was very attentive and answered my emailed questions rapidly.

Great House, Well Equipped!

This house is fantastic. Everything is as advertised in the listing. We had no issues of any kind. Furnishings are nice and kitchen is stocked. Would stay again any time.

tasteful, comfortable and convenient

Very well appointed townhouse, in a super convenient location. Kitchen amenities and size are particularly good for a vacation rental. Easy walk to base of Deer Valley, pleasant 1 mile walk to Main St and also across the street from Deer Valley Deli and lake. Well maintained and Susie, the property mgr, is very easy to get a hold of if needed. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next summer!

The place is Spectacular

This is the 3rd or 4th year we have stayed at this house. It is truly spectacular. Very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The host, Susie Townsend is very accommodating. We couldn't ask for more. We'll be back.
