This beautiful, breezy apartment sits amongst the trees in the park immediately across the street from the iconic Burleigh Pavilion, and behind renowned restaurants The Fish House and Rick Shores. Beautiful Burleigh Beach is on right on your doorstep, and it's a short stroll to picnic on Burleigh Hill or hike the beautiful Burleigh Headlands.
The apartment is newly renovated and impeccably styled with LOVE! It has a large super comfy King size bed, and a very comfortable queen bed, and everything you could ever need for a memorable Burleigh getaway.
This is an impeccably styled 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Burleigh Beach Tower. You have all the facilities you could ever need. Heated pool, spa, tennis court, fully equipped gym and it literally is in the best location you could imagine. You have a secure underground car park, and with such great shopping, restaurants, and public transport at your doorstep, that is where your car can stay!
Guests have full access to my entire apartment and all facilities.
I am available by phone at anytime should you require my assistance.
My apartment is ideally situated right across from Burleigh Beach, is blissfully quiet, secure and private with building access to a swimming pool and spa in peaceful surrounds with sun loungers both in the open air and under cover. Adjoining is also a well equipped gym. It is on the doorstep of world class food shops, restaurants and cafes. The street is a buzz with all manner of shops including the famous Cold Rock ice-cream outlet next door.
Free parking is available in a secure car park with direct lift access to my apartment. Public transport is right across the road.
Bus stops are on your door step south, or north is right across the road. It's only a 6 minute Uber drive to Varsity Station which will take you straight to Brisbane Airport.
Pets under 10 kilos are only welcome with prior approval, and I need to have advanced notice in order to get the approval through. Please don't bring your dog if you are going to leave it alone for long periods and if it is going to bark and disturb other guests and residents in the building. I also do ask that you avoid reception area and please take your fur baby in and out of the building through the underground car park, and also that you take them offsite to the park area next door to do business, in line with our body corporate by-laws.
Also please be aware that I will have to charge extra cleaning fees if there is any stains or damage to carpets or furniture, or if there is excess pet hair to remove.

Welcome to my lovely garden apartment in Burleigh Beach Tower! I am so happy to have you stay and really hope you enjoy your time in Burleigh Heads. If you need anything or have any concerns I am here to assist you in any way that I can.

This apartment is my business and my passion, and I want to give you the most amazing experience possible! I strive to deliver you a level of clean above and beyond anything you have experienced in any hotel or apartment stay. Please inspect the property and notify me immediately if you find any cleaning or maintenance problems, or if there is anything missing. I provide basic amenities and please help yourself to tea, coffee, and anything in the kitchen or refrigerator.
Parking:
You have an allocated car park underneath the building. You will need to swipe the fob on your key to enter. To exit (via Goodwin Tce) you can swipe or enter the code 8236# As you enter from Gold Coast HWY side, your car park will be directly next to the entrance labelled 2A. There is visitor parking on Gold Coast Hwy side of the building, and if anyone is parking on Goodwin Tce please be mindful of over enthusiastic parking inspectors!
WIFI: Free wifi is provided. The network is Gentz and Bean and the password is Gentz2480 We have had some small issues with our internet while the NBN was being installed, so should you have any problems please feel free to call me.
Air Conditioning and Heating:
The remote is located on the desk, please switch off when not in the apartment.
Lighting:
the bedrooms you must use the fan remote to turn lights on and off. Should there be any bulbs not working there are spares kept in the desk, or simply contact me to replace.
Towels:
Bath towels are provided, and there are extra towels in the bathrooms. I can provide you with pool and beach towels if necessary. Please consider our environment before using too many towels.
Television:
Apple TV is provided so feel free to binge on Netflix, Stan, or anything you can access.
Surfboard Hire:
One of the best ways to experience Burleigh is by hitting the waves like a local! After all, we are located on world surfing reserve! So we are happy to provide a variety of different size boards for you to enjoy. Again, please just let me know so I can arrange these for you, as supply is limited
Garbage:
There is a garbage bin provided in the kitchen, and the garbage room is located outside the lift on each floor. Please place recycling in boxes provided, and rubbish down the shoot.
Pool:
There is a heated pool and spa out the front of the building. Pool hours are 6am to 9pm.
Gym:
A fully equipped gym is located in the basement.
BBQ:
You are welcome to use the BBQ on the balcony, BBQâs are also located in the surrounding parks. We would really appreciate it if you could please clean the BBQ after you use it.
Tennis Court:
We are happy to supply you with tennis rackets free of charge! During busy periods there is a sheet to book the tennis court located in reception. If the court is free, feel free to have a hit without a booking.
Smoking:
The apartment is a smoke free zone, however you are welcome to smoke outside. Please dispose of butts thoughtfully.
Public Transport:
There are bus stations located right out the front on the Gold Coast Hwy both North Bound and South Bound. Busses will take you up to Broadbeach where you can meet with the Tram and also to Varsity Train Station. You will can purchase a Go Card at: https://translink.com.au/tickets-and-fares/go-card
Restaurants:
We are blessed to have some of Australiaâs best restaurants at our door step! Here are some of my faves:
âą The Fish House - (07) 5535 7725 Bookings are recommended. Hawada is the manager and she is one of my best friends so be sure to mention to her or the other staff that you are a guest in my apartment and sent by me I highly recommend the Patagonian Toothfish.
âą Rick Shores â to book at Rick Shores you need to email seatme@rickshores.com.au it gets extremely busy so you may need to book ahead. There is always a chance you can get in without a booking, but I recommend you show up early.
âą Jimmy Wahâs - (07) 5659 1180 I highly recommend doing a Sunday session at Jimmy Wahâs. Six delicious courses and unlimited beer, wine and bubbly for $69!
âą Justin Lane â (07) 5659 1180 Amazing pizza, great atmosphere and super cool roof top bar.
âą Labartâs - (07) 5576 3498 One of the newest and coolest additions to the Burleigh Food Hub.
âą Zab Isan - (07) 5535 8977 Amazing Thai food and you can BYO! Eat in or take home.
âą Montezumaâs - (07) 5535 1973 Conveniently located in the arcade next door,
Montezumaâs is an iconic Burleigh Mexican Restaurant
âą Stoneâs Throw â next door for amazing coffee, delicious breakfasts and the best pies ever!
âą Mr Hizolaâs - (07) 5576 3458 â Seriously delicious Cantonese food.
Check out â check out time is 10.30am, if you would like to request a late checkout please let me know and if I can possibly accommodate you I certainly will. If not, I am happy to store your belongings for you so that you can enjoy Burleigh without lugging luggage around. When checking out please leave keys on the dining table and access the car park through the stairs near reception. You do not have to swipe your fob to get to ground. To exit the car park you can use the code 8236#.
