Diania was a super host, handled all questions and quickly handled any requests quickly.

The properties location served very well for restaurants, golf courses and shopping. Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone. Most enjoyable stay.

Super Clean and amazing hospitality

Property is exactly as advertised and is super clean. Very convenient location in Scottsdale. Less than 3 miles to TPC, Desert Ridge, Kieran Commons, and Promenade. Less than 20 minutes to old town. Owner is super hospitable and communicates very well.

Very nice stay and the owner was VERY responsive to our questions and requests. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The entire house was beautifully furnished and decorated. We highly recommend this residence.

Fabulous condo and location!!

The owner met us at check in and was only a text away. She had many excellent recommendations for restaurants. The condo was gorgeous, very cozy and had everything you need. Will definitely re-book on next trip!!!

Excellent Stay

The location in north Scottsdale worked perfectly for us. Three baseball games, two rounds of golf, a visit to MIM. Accomodations were very nice and clean. Coffee maker went kaput and owner replaced it within a couple of hours. Community pool is unheated, but will be nice once weather heats up. Would stay there again.

Great place close to Mayo Clinic Phoenix

Very nice place close to Mayo as that was the reason we booked. My 2 sisters and I stayed here. The living room is a bit small and there is only a 2 person loveseat and a small not comfortable chair. I would suggest a little bigger couch and some throw blankets. It was a bit uncomfortable when we were all just relaxing at the house as i stated theres only a 2 person couch and a chair. So we had to sit at the table

Fantastic house. Wonderful Host. Great Location for Mayo Hospital

We came to Scottsdale in order to have close access to the Mayo Clinic Hospital, which is a mile or two away on N56th St, it was an easy Uber ride and in cooler temperatures it would be an easy walk. The host, Diania and her daughter were fantastic. She could not have been more helpful. The house was exceptionally comfortable and well appointed. Comfy beds, good WIFi, everything you would need in a kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed and comfortable home

The owner takes great care and it shows. We were met by Diane and shown around the home. Four women shared this lovely 3 bedroom well appointed and highly comfortable home. It was a lovely place to spend 5 days. We all commented each morning how comfortable the beds were! The linens and pillows were high quality and made for great sleep. Centrally located fior dining and shopping. If traveling to the area in the future we would definitely check the availability of this home.

Enjoyable Scottsdale

The property is in a great location, close to numerous great restaurants and attractions. The layout of the property worked out fantastic for our group, with a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the main floor and two bedrooms with another full bath on the second floor (and another half-bath on the main floor). The owner is wonderful and quite responsive.

Beautiful Townhome

Diania and her home are both amazing! The 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath is perfect for a family, a couple, or a group of friends. It is beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed. Diania is close by and available at a moments notice. Thank you for providing wonderful accommodations!

Beautiful Property

This is my 7th time vacationing in Arizona. This property was one of my favorites. Great area with lots to do close by. Pool was close to the unit and I had it all to myself. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. You will not be disappointed if you choose this location.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo - it felt like home right away. Well stocked with all the essentials. Good quality towels and bedding and a TV in each bedroom was a nice touch. Very clean and updated property. Diania was great and will definitely stay again!

Golf Tourney Stay

Wonderful Christmas Condo

It was such a perfect spot for our family to stay while we visited nearby family and friends for the holiday. Clean, quaint and looks exactly like the photos online. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

I know that our property is unique and elegant. Their is know other property like this unit...except we have another unit at the same location. Offers a unique Invitation for friends and family to meet and join together without staying in the same unit! I love this factor where we can be be together, but not share.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I loved the architecture with the high vaulted ceilings. Redesigned the stairway and opened it up with travertine and iron railings. Comfortable and beautiful!
