This was our 3rd time staying here and it has been great every time. The house is close to the grocery store and easy to get into town. Everything was clean and welcoming. It's nice to come off the mountain and sit in the hot tub. We will definitely book for a 4th year.

We had an amazing stay at this home in Pagosa Springs! The location was ideal — peaceful and scenic, yet still close to town, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The amenities really made the experience special. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the fireplace made the evenings feel extra cozy and inviting. The home itself was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up. It truly felt like a home away from home.If you’re looking for a cozy retreat with great amenities and a convenient location, this is the place. We would absolutely stay here again!
