Denna unika och exklusiva familjevilla, 'Lava Villa', byggdes 1998 med vulkanisk sten. Byggt vid foten, det ligger på en tunnland privat mark med sin egen pool (6. 7m x 4. 6m / 22 'x 15'). Det ligger i ett exklusivt område på ön med spektakulär utsikt över naturparken, havet och Lanzarote. Lava Villas sovrum är badrum med badkar / dusch; och det finns en separat dusch. Ett värdeskåp tillhandahålls för dina värdesaker. Det andra och tredje sovrummet (tvåbäddsrum) har en separat ingång utanför gården och delar ett fullt utrustat badrum. Alla sängkläder levereras i Lava Villa. Köket är fullt utrustat.

Lovely quiet location. Fab views. Very private. Only a short drive to El Cortillo, Lajaras and Corralejo. Great cactus garden, lots of the plants in flower. Also nice pool to relax in at the end of a busy day. Great info from the host.

Glorious peace and quiet with everything you need.

Villa Lava is located away from noise and bustle but only a short drive from everything you would need (groceries, coast, restaurants, shopping, Natural Park (Desert-style dunes....). The design of the Villa is quite unique with 3 bedrooms spread across 2 separate 'wings' and a kitchen and sitting room providing a communal area in between. This forms a courtyard with covered patios on two sides looking out across a small, simple pretty garden. The 4th side is a tall wall that encloses a door way through to the pool. The inner courtyard this provides absolute privacy and some welcome shade. The pool is more than sufficient to provide relief from the heat of the sun. The Villa is off grid bringing a sense of adventure and carrying green credentials that never actually find you short of holiday comforts. In essence it is a place of relaxation and chill.

Fabulous

Had a great week here, the villa was just right, had all that we needed, the pool was a little chilly but once you braved it, it was fine, this was March though so probably gets warmer later on inn the season. Great communication with Frank throughout. You need a car as it's up in the hills, a great bakery and restaurants nearby, and plenty to see and do, including the sand dunes about 20 minute drive away. Highly recommended.

An escape from it all

We enjoyed the uniqueness of the property and the location . It was so peaceful and relaxing and to see clear skies at night with no light pollution , you don’t realise how many starrs are in the sky . A car is essential for your stay but that opens the door for exploring the island as well . The property has all you need with comfortable beds and a very nice en-suite bathroom . The kitchen had all that we needed and the lounge had a good collection of books , dvds and comfy sofas . My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay .

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter (nicht vor Ort) kümmert sich, dass man alle notwendigen Informationen erhält. Außerdem gibt er gute Restaurantempfehlungen für die Umgebung.

phantastische ruhige Villa mit Meerblick

Wir hatten einen tollen erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa. Es war wunderschön ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr ruhig da abseits vom Touristenrubel. Der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert und geantwortet. Wir würden die Villa auf jedenFall wieder buchen.

Schöne Villa

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr ruhig, ausserhalb von Villaverde in einem schönen, sehr grossen Kakteengarten. Der windgeschützte Innenhof war an windigen Tagen wirklich super. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt - 2x in der Woche kommt der Poolman vorbei. Die Kommunikation mit Frank hat sehr gut geklappt und seine Restaurantempfehlungen waren super. In Villaverde ist man wirklich verwöhnt mit guten Restaurants und einer tollen Bäckerei. Wir hatten drei schöne Wochen, würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und kommen gerne wieder.

Hervorragend!

Wir haben unseren 3 Wochen Aufenthalt wirklich genossen! Ein Haus zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. In der Nacht ist es extrem ruhig. Alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Besonders wichtige Dinge wie Sanitäreinrichtungen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind in überdurchschnittlich gutem Zustand. Der Pool, den wir täglich benutzten, wird regelmäßig zusätzlich gereinigt. Die Terrasse und der Innenhof geben immer Spielraum um Sonne, Schatten und Wind entsprechend, die Möglichkeiten zu nutzen. Nach unseren Ausflügen war es immer wieder schön, in das Haus zurück zu kommen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. An der Inneneinrichtung und Ausstattung fehlt unserer Meinung nach nichts. Eine klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank, Daniela und Mario.

Sehr schöne Villa in herrlich ruhiger Lage. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Die umfangreichen Restaurantempfehlungen, die er uns gegeben hat, waren sehr gut. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful home

Beautiful, well furnished and equipped home. Ceramic flooring throughout, really nice feel to the property. Dramatic scenetic setting. Car definitely required, as shops at least 7 minute drive away. 20 mins to main, bigger ,busy town with lots to do, including watersports, shopping, restaurants and beautiful beach for snorkelling. Great communication withbowner and help on hand nearby..

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sowohl die Kommunikation im Vorfeld als auch check-in und Aufenthalt waren hervorragend. Es gibt ausreichend Platz im Innen- und Außenbereich. Leider fehlt es im Außenbereich an Schattenspender: ein Sonnenschirm oder ähnliches wäre toll. Ansonsten perfekt. Danke!

Erholungsurlaub im Lavahaus in großartiger Umgebung

Morgens wird man mit Vogelgezwitscher begrüßt und kann mit einem Kaffee in der Hand unten auf die Dünen und rüber nach Lanzarote blicken und die herrliche Natur genießen. Vom Haus aus ist man mit dem Auto in 5 bis 15 Minuten am Meer im Norden, Osten und Westen der Insel und es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Leider hatten wir nur 1 Woche Zeit und konnten deshalb nur den herrlichen Norden der Insel erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Frank dem Hausherren war per WhatsApp in Englisch ganz klasse!!! Wir werden gerne wieder ins Lavahaus kommen und von dort aus den Rest der Insel erkunden.

Tolle Villa mit superschönem Ausblick

Die Villa liegt absolut ruhig. War mit den 3 Zimmern und 2 Bädern perfekt, für uns als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern. Wir haben auch viel gekocht und gegrillt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Im windgeschützten Innenhof konnten wir auch an den stürmischen Tagen die Sonne genießen.

A peaceful paradise!

What a wonderful place to get away from it all. The villa is such a clever design set in an extensive gated plot with generous space for parking. Going through the door we were delighted to find a walled courtyard with an outdoor dining set and cushioned bench in the sheltered space around a beautiful cactus garden. 3 doors lead away from the courtyard: one to the living space, 1 to a double bedroom & bathroom and 1 to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. As 2 single parent famies this was just brilliant, we could access our own family spaces without intruding on each other whilst being able to access the shared space without disturbing each other. The beds are comfortable and the rooms well furnished with local influence to the decor and furnishings that felt just right in the setting. The shower-rooms were lovely, especially the double headed showers. The living room is generously sized with a massive floor to ceiling window looking across the garden to the dunes and the sea in the distance. At night if you turn the living room lights out you can see the stars through the window as there is so little light pollution. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and suited our needs well; with a child with complex dietary needs, we needed to cook / bake daily. The poolside space was where we spent most of our holiday. With more than enough sun lungers for lazing in the sun (don't forget your suncream) and inflatables to keep everyone entertained in the pool.
