From beginning to end the entire process and trip was amazing. The lady at the security gate, the groundskeepers, the reps that assist with checking in are all phenomenal. We will definitely be staying again!

Was okay. First night we found a cockroach in our room. Submitted a photo per front office request. They moved us which was great but did not offer a refund for the first night as we slept in that room and didn’t get any sleep. Will not return.

The common areas like pool, gym and games were amazing! Everything was clean and nothing out of place. The rooms were so spacious, lots of room to spread out with 5 people. Definitely would stay here again!

Very nice property!

We were in town just for a couple of nights for a golf tournament. The unit was perfect for our needs. Check in process was a pleasure and there was absolutely no pressure to attend a time share tour as some had indicated in other reviews. Property was well kept and our room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Williamsburg Retreat

After a full day at the amusement parks or colonial Williamsburg, the resort is the perfect place to relax.The grandkids loved the main pool area and when they had enough, I was able to spend some “me time “ in the adult tranquil pool.

All the amenities!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Our boys, ages 10 & 12 loved the pools and the mini golf green. The location was close enough to Busch Gardens & Water Country USA as well as Colonial Williamsburg. The property was quiet and the staff was very personable.

Beautiful property and perfect location

This resort is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a family! Kids loved swimming and putt-putt, adults loved the ability to relax and be comfortable, and we all appreciated the proximity to the tourist attractions in the area! Again, cannot say enough how beautiful this property is!

Loved it

Great location and very clean. Kids enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and sitting by the fire. The only downside is, they try to get you to go to a timeshare meeting when you first check in. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

Great stay for family of 4

The property was clean and lots of space for our family of 4. We were close to Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown and Busch Gardens. My 7 yo slept better there than at home! Only minor thing is that the unit is near the elevator so you hear it in the primary bedroom but it didn’t keep anyone up.

Fabulous accommodations

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Presidential Suite. The place was huge so we were able to spread out. The rooms were very clean, the beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. Unfortunately, we were only in town for two nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer.
