This property was much more than we expected! It was an excellent stay, everything was great from check in until check out! The location was perfect! We would definitely stay again! It was exactly as pictured through the website! Rate it a 10/10

Very nice property!

We were in town just for a couple of nights for a golf tournament. The unit was perfect for our needs. Check in process was a pleasure and there was absolutely no pressure to attend a time share tour as some had indicated in other reviews. Property was well kept and our room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Great Family Fun

The common areas like pool, gym and games were amazing! Everything was clean and nothing out of place. The rooms were so spacious, lots of room to spread out with 5 people. Definitely would stay here again!

Loved it

Great location and very clean. Kids enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and sitting by the fire. The only downside is, they try to get you to go to a timeshare meeting when you first check in. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

Great location and amenities

We had a great stay! The suite itself was spacious, clean and well- stocked. Had everything we might need to stay for the 3 days we were there. Location was great and the on site staff was friendly. The hosts were great! We had a short stay so didn’t take advantage of all the amenities on property but will be back to try them next time!

Great stay for family of 4

The property was clean and lots of space for our family of 4. We were close to Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown and Busch Gardens. My 7 yo slept better there than at home! Only minor thing is that the unit is near the elevator so you hear it in the primary bedroom but it didn’t keep anyone up.

Great place

I was hesitant after seeing some negative reviews but for a family of 5 we were so comfortable. The room had everything we needed! I was nervous about being pressured to attend a time share presentation but they were not pushy. We were asked upon check in we declined and 5 days into our stay they sent a text but again not pushy no pressure. I’d love to stay again if we ever decided to go back.

I booked a 2 bedroom unit and upon arriving i received a 1 bedroom with 1 king-size bed for 3 adults and 2 children. Was told the 2 bedroom was an upgrade and they didn't have any available. Will not be back to this resort

Busch Gardens Stay

Everything about this property and stay was great. The only downfall was the checkin process. We had trouble getting through the gates for parking because our name was not on file and then the front desk had no record of us on file while trying to check in. I showed confirmation and everything. For about 15 minutes I panicked that I was scammed and would have to find another location to stay. Once resolved by me emailing the host and then calling the owner to call the resort, we were checked in. It was a very stressful way to start off our trip.

All the amenities!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Our boys, ages 10 & 12 loved the pools and the mini golf green. The location was close enough to Busch Gardens & Water Country USA as well as Colonial Williamsburg. The property was quiet and the staff was very personable.

Fun and Family Friendly

We got all the benefits of owning a timeshare without having to own a timeshare! This is a very spacious two bedroom apartment at the Club Wyndham Governor’s Green property. There was so much to love for our family of 5. Tons of space in the rooms for luggage and kid stuff. We never felt cramped in the living area or kitchen. We found a lot of basics in the kitchen, soap, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, sponge, salt/pepper, coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar. They also provided beach towels. The pools were never crowded and our kids really liked the gentle sloped entry. There's a walking path and at night they have a massive gas fire pit. Never got around to the mini golf, volleyball, or tennis but they all looked like nice facilities. We were told that there were a couple 90 minute timeshare presentations each day that we could attend and get a free gift if we were interested. I said thanks and that was the end of the discussion. Zero pressure. We did not do the presentation because we didn't want to take the time and we know we can come back through Vrbo any time we want. We spent three days at Williamsburg which was super close, and had two beach days. Yorktown beach was small and calm, perfect for our 5-year old. Buckroe beach was much larger and it had waves. My 7 and 11 year olds had a blast there. Buckroe had lifeguards. Watch out for jellyfish at both. We will definitely be back!

Clean rooms, nice pool, great experience!

We had a great experience booking this three bedroom condo through Vrbo. Club Wyndham Governor's Green in Williamsburg, Virginia is a timeshare resort and you will be pressured at check-in to set up a time for their presentation. Check-in was very easy at first but became frustrating when they handed me off to another person to get our resort wristbands, who then handed us off to another person so that she could program the wrist bands. They intentionally delay programming the wrist bands so that they have a chance to try and rope you into a time share. You will need to say NO firmly and repeatedly, but they will finally program the wrist bands and send you on your way. Just tell them you are in town for a funeral, all-in-all check in took 5 minutes. Very clean room, elevator worked fine. Dining close by and not too far from Water Country USA and Colonial Williamsburg. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Fabulous accommodations

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Presidential Suite. The place was huge so we were able to spread out. The rooms were very clean, the beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. Unfortunately, we were only in town for two nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved the condo.. had all the comforts of home. The resort was beautiful! Loved the pool, main resort building and amenities.. kids loved beach volleyball and tennis. The fire pit was great at night. Highly recommend
