När vi säger BEACHFRONT, menar vi absolut stranden! PRINCESSBYGGNINGEN sitter lugn på stranden på bilderna, det är den vackraste stranden på Oahu - fantastisk!

Bort från folkmassorna - som GAMLA HAWAII där Aloha-andan är levande och bra!

Denna enhet har inte renoverats så nyligen som våra andra lägenheter - hastigheten återspeglar det. Det har matta istället för kakel och en queen size-säng snarare än en king size-säng som våra andra enheter har. Även om lägenheten är något daterad, har den alla samma bekvämligheter (utom har bärbar AC i sovrum / ingen central AC) och utrustning, och är SUPER CLEAN precis som resten av våra lägenheter. Så om du letar efter en pittig ren lägenhet precis vid stranden men inte behöver snygga - kan detta vara den perfekta lägenheten för dig.

En säker byggnad med 16 våningar (2 hissar) med pool, badtunna, tennis och utomhusgrill.

Vi levererar alla rätter, kastruller, bestick, brödrost, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, ismaskin och en mixer för att göra de onolicious Hawaii frukt smoothies.

Great building on an epic beach

You can’t be any closer to the beach. Pulled by the sound of the waves the whole time. Quiet beach during the week. The building is safe and good neighbours. Condo decor is dated but not run down or problematic. Loved our stay.

Beach front condo

We had a wonderful time at this beach front condo. The beach was beautiful. The sunsets were spectacular. The property feels very safe and secure. The other residents/renters were friendly. We had a great time. We spent most of our time in Kapolei near our daughter. Driving in and out was tricky. You definitely have to time it right or you’ll hit some traffic. We will definitely come back in the future.

This is a great location out-of-the-way of Waikiki. It's the old style Hawaii. Too many homeless encampments in the area. Needs to be cleaned up.

Canadian travellers

Condo was as advertised. The ocean view is AMAZING. The private beach was great. The location is definitely off the beaten path which is nice if you don’t want the chaos of Honolulu. Despite the many homeless in the area we felt safe at this gated community. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our hosts were great communicators. The condo is in dire need of some Reno’s as some things didn’t work ( worn out plug ins, closet door comes off its tracks) and it is very dated. We found it expensive for what we got. As well, there are many rules! Despite all of that we enjoyed our stay.

Beach and Turtle Time!

We love learning about the culture from the locals and native people! The beach was beautiful and so fun to play in the waves! We loved going to the beach next door and snorkeling with the turtles! Clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The view was spectacular and love the sound of the beautiful ocean! Excellent communication from our sweet host!

We had a great stay here . Condo was nice and was stocked with the necessitys. The view was BREATH TAKING !!! The location is about an hour from all the hustle and bustle so the beach was not packed with ppl . It was a great place to stay

Cozy place

Nice out off the city place to stay. Air conditioning is lacking but the trade winds aNo fans help. Every night you are gently snoozing away with the sound of the waves. Amenities are adequate, could have stayed here all day just relaxing.

Cozy Oahu Getaway!!

This place was awesome! The views off the balcony were superb. My wife and I enjoyed our 30th anniversary there for a week. We spent a couple days seeing other parts of the island and were very glad to get back to the cozy condo and the amazing beach. Snorkeling was great and the beach was perfect. We will definitely go back to the same location. The owners were fabulous to work with and very quick to respond with any issues. We loved it.. and will be going back.

Wonderful location with great views

We recently stayed at the condo and were very happy with our experience. The place is dated but it honestly didn't matter. The condo itself had everything you would need for a weeks stay and everything worked as expected. The host was extremely helpful with preparation for our trip and provided a lot of great information on local restaurants and locations of interest. The views off the balcony are amazing and the location wasn't too far away from major tourist areas in Honolulu and Waikiki area. We'd definitely stay here again.

In the late afternoons and early evenings, the condo is unbearably hot. We had to retreat to the bedroom each afternoon for the air Conditioning. The breeze is not enough to cool the condo. We were miserable each evening

Home away from home

I was in town to visit my Mom who was recovering from a stroke. The property was perfect! It was worth the drive to that side of the island. The view was beautiful, we saw a seal swimming along the shoreline playing. The beach wasn’t crowded and everything is exactly as described! The owners are completely transparent on any construction( wasn’t bothersome at all as you are gone most of the time) Owners are also very helpful and quick to respond. I have to come back multiple times to help my Mom so hoping I am lucky enough to be able to stay here again! Mahalo Nui Loa!!

A perfect spot

This was a perfect condo for 2people. It had everything we needed with an excellent ocean view. Rarely more than a handful of people on the beach. Some neighbors played their conch shells each sunset. We saw several whales. The beach gets deep very quickly and has a strong riptide, so probably would not be the best location for young children or their aging grandparents. We loved it so much, we want to return for longer next time.

Excellent location

We had a wonderful week in the condo. The beach is beautiful, clean, private and not at all crowded. We enjoyed the view of the beach and surrounding hills from the balcony especially the sunsets. Compared to the other beaches we visited on the island this must be one of the best. The owners were very nice to us and gave very detailed directions to the condo and how to check in and out. The building was safe. If I have to say anything negative it's that the condo needs to be updated, but it was very clean, had everything we needed and wasn't an issue for us. We will definitely come back again, hopefully in the near future.

Hawaiian Princess more than we expected!

I've been to Oahu countless times, but this was my first visit to the Mahaka area. We will be back! It's a real nice country feel. We were met by Mitch and Don and they helped us take our luggage and even groceries into the condo, which was really helpful! They showed us around the place, which was so very reassuring as we began our adventure. The beach is amazing and we loved the trail at the end of the island which took us out to the point where we saw monk sea lions and albatross. The condo was perfect for the two of us with plenty of room. Nothing whatsoever was negative about this stay. We give it a ten!
