A Fantastic Stay in Punta Mita

The property is spacious and lovely. There was plenty of room for our group. We appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen, it had everything you would need, the drinking water that was replenished, comfy beds in every room and the housekeeping. We did not take advantage of the chef services as we like to cook and do our own shopping. We had a few issues that were mostly resolved quickly. No hot water for two days (I reported on second day after it was apparent that it wasn’t a one-time issue). It was repaired that day. The TV in the Primary Suite died but was not replaced. There is also a very strong smell coming from the second bedroom upstairs. My husband thought a sewer issue in that bathroom, we just ignored it. We were surprised that there were fees to use the gym and athletic facilities. $40 a day per person for a gym is pretty steep. Tennis and pickle ball were pricey too. I guess we missed that in the fine print. Our Concierge Majo was responsive and fantastic to work with. She was always available and worked very hard to help make our stay great!

Great affordable stay

We love Punta Mita and this villa is in a great central location. Theresa was a terrific housekeeper and Pedro was the best concierge we have ever had. The house could use a couple simple repairs and updates but it was a great price and very clean.

Wonderful home! Great bathrooms! Loved our cooks….excellent prepared meals! Pedro, concierge, was easy to work with and made sure our stay was wonderful! Pacifico Beach Club membership was fantastic! Beautiful, updated with great food to order, pool and beach!

Beautiful home

We, family of 9, stayed at Casa Sabba for 5 nights in November 2019. The house was immaculate and inviting. Even though it said it sleeps 12, we found that the bunk room very small and would not have slept 4 comfortably, however our son was happy to have his own space. We enjoyed meals on the patio and found the pool small but refreshing. Nellie, the housekeeper was outstanding. She prepared 2 delicious breakfasts & 1 lunch for us and kept the house clean & orderly. Sara, our concierge was very helpful & competent from our initial rental to our departure...arranging air port transportation & answering questions. We would have liked access to the golf course & 4Seasons beach but those options were not available with this rental. Our golfers made their own arrangements at a local course. Overall, a wonderful experience.
