Comfy beds.Good location, walk to everything .Really poor lighting in bathroom. No TVGood to use fans, couldn’t cope if the weather was any warmer than 25degrees without air Con and unable to open window in living area.

Great position but noisy and dark

Location is excellent for central Sydney sights. However as it was very hot, the lack of Aircon was an issue. Bathroom has no ventilation and ceiling needs repair.... very noisy at night with windows open

Excellent place to stay near everything

Sally was really friendly and hospitable. Great communication and great location. The apartment is in downtown Sydney so we can walk or take public transportation easily to all attractions. Really good for a family of 4. We would definitely go there again! Thank you Sally!

Perfect location

This apartment is located in the perfect location to everything you might want to do in Sydney. You can walk to so many places including the Opera House, the ferries, shopping on George street, China town, etc. It is also easily accessible to all forms of public transportation. Sally was great to work with in terms of the checkin.

New Years Eve

The location was excellent for our stay to see the fireworks on Harbour Bridge, Sally the host was excellent with communication and was accommodating in allowing my grandson to stay when he suddenly decided he wanted to join us for our New Year celebrations.

Amazing property in a great location

We stayed for 2 nights and the property was perfect my myself my mother and 2 sisters. So spacious and everything we needed at our fingertips. Highly recommend this property.

Property Misrepresentation. Dirty and old

The photographs need to be updated to represent this property correctly. There is dangerous amounts of mould in the bathroom. No ceiling fan, patched up hole in the bathroom by a Sportscraft shopping bag! Bed linen is old and smelly along with the towels. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Bed

This was a perfect location in Sydney. Close to main attractions, transportation, and shopping. We had no problems with checking in and our host was really great communicating what to do. Thank you Sally!

Mixed reviews on this one.

The location of this apartment is perfect. Easy walk to The Rocks, Sydney Opera House, Botanical Gardens, Circular Quay, Millers Point, Pyrmont, Chinatown, shopping, etc. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops around. Apartment is close to many metro, ferry, bus, and light rail stops. Public transportation in Sydney is world class, clean, and easy to navigate. The apartment was clean and stocked with basic necessities like pots and pans, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, limited towels, etc. The owner was very responsive. As this was our first trip to Sydney, we had several questions. The shower has very high pressure and is plenty hot. Unfortunately, the hot water runs out quickly. As there were three of us, this often meant waiting 15-30 minutes between showers. The apartment heat / AC was not working. But wasn’t needed the days we were there. The oven wasn’t working. There was a big temporary patch in the bathroom ceiling. Sydney is booming and there is construction almost everywhere. Construction across the street makes it tough to sleep in or relax during the day. Might inquire if it is still going on. They start arriving at 0430 and are in full swing from 0600 to 1600. Being that this apartment is on the second floor, the construction is definitely a distraction.

Outstanding Location with some suggestions

Tips: 1) As AC is not being repaired, be prepared for significant alley noise in the bedrooms when windows are open at night. 2) Bring a bedroom reading light into the bathroom to augment the single dim light over the shower. 3) Understand you need to continually hold the remote fob against the outside door reader for a full 10-15 seconds until it unlocks, despite many beeps and buzzes that would seem like unlocking but aren’t.
