Min bror och jag gör dessa hem tillsammans så att du kan se recensioner på andra hem och förvänta dig allt här för att vara detsamma. Home Away Property # 4423780 Detta hem ligger på gångavstånd eller cykelavstånd till bra restauranger, eller promenader och cyklar i det stora området. Njut av siesta byn butiker och restauranger och absolut vackra solnedgångar på siesta stranden. Varje sovrum har en HD smart TV och trådlöst internet i hela hemmet. Njut av att laga mat på det nya Webergrillet och koppla av på Lanai och titta på din favoritutställning på den monterade TV: n eller lyssna på musik och bara njut av familjen. What a wonderful place!

The owner was extremely helpful and informative . The house is well furnished with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, even a large selection of wine glasses which is uncommon in our experience. The location is very convenient to restaurants and the highway to access the reaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Another wonderful week spent here. Check in was easy and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen for when we decided to eat in. The location is easy and safe neighborhood. Will stay here again!!

Great return stay!

This was our second time staying and it was just as wonderful as the first! The new outdoor furniture was a nice added touch! Matt is great to work with and very communicative!

We had a great time staying in the villa We found that it was in a good location. Good restaurants near by especially Max’s Table for breakfast. Also very handy for the beach as it is just 5 minutes down the road

Great location and amenities

Beautiful home in a safe area. Owner had all the amenities needed for our stay. Loved the beach chairs and high end appliances. Would definitely plan on staying again when we are back in Sarasota.

Paradise Cove

Beautiful landscape surrounding a pool, clean and private setting. Quiet neighborhood and close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, parks and recreation. Rental has everything you'll need plus more than expected. Would recommend this a great vacation spot.

Family Holiday Fun

We were able to spend a week at this property with family for the Christmas holiday. The home is perfect to enjoy the heated pool with the kids. The screened porch and living area were relaxing. The beds were comfortable! The location was perfect to get around siesta key and other areas that we needed!

Great Booking

We enjoyed our first stay so much we booked this place for a second time. My family loves the location, the use of bikes for exploring and the great pool area. We spent a lot of time in the lanai. No concerns, we felt safe and had another great week.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is stocked with everything that you could need. They were so nice to work with. The house is located very close to beaches,shopping, and restaurants. The house was very clean and we loved the pool area. The street is very quite and it was such a relaxing place.

Great vacation

We are a family of 4 and had a great time at the apartment. Particular highlights were the modern appliances in the house. The heated pool was a fantastic way to relax. What we loved most was the close proximity to the beach, making it the perfect getaway for beach lovers. Lisa was very friendly and responsive! I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My family & I had an amazing time. The house was very clean & well stocked. We loved the pool& going for bike rides at night. The location of the house was perfect. Only a few minutes drive to several places. We would definitely stay again. The host was very nice to work with. Answered all my questions immediately.

Amazing property and great location!!!

This house is excellent, immaculate, and showed just like the pictures on VRBO. The location is great in reference to beaches, eating, shopping, etc. The pool is awesome and extremely clean and warm (90 degrees). We loved having a nice pool to enjoy at night after all day at beach or bouncing around Siesta Village & Sarasota downtown. The property is very well maintained and all appliances worked great. Matt is very communicative and will answer any questions you have. Stayed here 2X already in past 2 years and planning our stay #3 already!!

Graduation Vacation

We enjoyed the house very much. It was clean and just like the pictures shown on VRBO. The location was great in reference to beaches, eating, and sight seeing. Loved having a pool to enjoy!!! Lisa and her husband were great in welcoming us to stay at the property. Lisa was quick to respond when contacted. Would definitely stay here again.

A great experience

This vacation was outstanding! It was so nice to have a clean place with everything you could think of in it! Even an outdoor shower before entering the pool! Great location near the bridge. The pool was a hit! It was nice to be able to go for a swim after dinner and it’s just us. I would definitely rent from Matt again he was super responsive and easy to talk to! Thank you!

Great property

My family and I had another terrific stay at Matt's property. Everything you need is provided at the house. Nice size pool. Clean single family home and It's located near anything you could want or need. 11 minutes from Siesta Beach / Siesta Key Village. Can't wait to return!

Perfect house for our fam vaca!

The house was great, the owner Matt was very quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was awesome too! Unfortunately we were here for ‘the coldest Christmas recorded’ and didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted. The lanai was great to start our mornings with coffee and end our nights with drinks. Lisa, the property manager, is truly a gem and I now have a lifelong friend. Siesta Key Beach is a short drive away, too. I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back.

Beautiful House in Sarasota

I really enjoyed Matt's house! It was even better than the pictures. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor was wonderful and comfortable! I love the beachy theme and the turtle lamps. The pool was nice and we used it quite a bit. Watching the football game on the screened in lanai was fun! I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit the area. Thank you Matt for sharing your lovely house with us.
