Ideal location for us! We wanted to be on the north shore, but not so extremely far up and away from certain conveniences. The Princeville shopping area was steps away. So, a few restaurants and a grocery store were perfect! Hanalei Bay was a few minutes which was great, and we went to Kīlauea a few times for food and dessert! Wish the AC unit was in the master, as we’re used to having it a bit icey at night to sleep. All the beach gear was extremely helpful and appreciated. Comfortable couches, beautiful outdoor space. Just a wonderful trip.

Outstanding all the way around. Great home. Clean and very comfortable with everything you need. Kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, beach stuff....Location is great as well. Very good communication with the property owner. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for a family with a toddler. We could all walk to the shopping center and find food and groceries. Backyard was great for the little one to run around and chase chickens! The only complaint we have is that 2 of the televisions weren't working--which is kinda important when a 2 year old wants to watch Paw Patrol. But other than that, everything was clean and tidy. There was even a portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms. A plus, for sure.

Loved the location, house was very cozy with great light and all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. Only issue was the buckling floor at the fridge and dishwasher from previous water leaks, should really be addressed and will continue to get worse.

Great location - it was terrific to have the park and local shopping center within very close walking distance. We happened to book our stay during the Princeville night market, which was also a treat. Good home base location to explore the north shore. Thank you for having us!

We immensely enjoyed our visit. The house was amazing, clean, beautifully landscaped and equipped with all the amenities you would need including snorkeling gear, towels, and boogie boards. It’s close to Hanalei which is our favorite little spot.

Our Stay

Home is a great place good location. Only thing we did not like is the house is located on a main road and busy from 7AM to 10PM, one block over is a park and you will hear kids being loud.

Hi David, thank you for the review. We are sorry you found it noisy. We are on a private road and usually we don’t experience much noise. But we were on Island last week too and found there was a lot traffic all over. When there is a back up on Ka Haku road a lot of locals take the short cut. There is supposed to be no through traffic. Last week was spring break for a lot of people. That s probably why you heard lots of kids in the park as well. The park is about 300 hundred yards away. With about 3 or 4 houses between us. Again I’m sorry you found it noisy. Bev

Awesome stay in Princeville

Our family loved this house. Clean, comfortable, close to everything and ton of amenities including all the beach equipment! House stayed cool during hot days thanks to multiple ceiling fans. Lanai is to die for. You won't regret this stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. This home was a perfect retreat after our busy days visiting all the magical locations of Kauai. The amenities were all we could have asked for; comfy beds, water and picnic gear, calm and relaxing atmosphere, generous master suite, the list goes on. Perfection!

Beautiful home, great location

We are a family of 3 that absolutely loved our stay! The home was spacious, clean, serene, had everything we needed. Walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and the Saturday farmer's market in Princeville. I would recommend it 100%.
