Kom bort med naturen och det lugna vattnet i Bay of Quinte - hem till några av de bästa fiske, båtliv och vattensporter i Ontario.

Ligger bara en kort bilresa från större städer och charmiga städer, är denna skönhet vid vattnet central för nästan allt.
Bara en kort naturskön resa till flera stränder inklusive Sandbanks (~ 40mins), Presqu'il Beach (~ 20mins) och North Beach (~ 20mins), många antikaffärer, vingårdar i Prince Edward County, lokala restauranger inklusive Drake Devonshire, hantverksbutiker, och National Air Force Museum of Canada. Det finns också Shoreline Casino i Belleville som ligger en kort bilresa bort. Butiker med stora lådor ligger inom 5 minuters bilresa, till exempel Walmart, LCBO, Giant Tiger, Dollarama, Canadian Tire och många andra.

Vårt hem välkomnar dig i ett öppet konceptutrymme och en spektakulär utsikt över vattnet när du kommer in. 1: a och 2: a sovrummen har vardera en dubbelsäng och det tredje sovrummet har tre enkelsängar. Köket är komplett med alla dina grundläggande behov, tallrikar, grytor, kokkärl och redskap. Det finns en grill på däck som är bekvämt tillgängligt precis utanför köket.

Fastigheten är mycket rymlig för utomhusaktiviteter. Gästerna kan njuta av vattnet med kanot som finns på fastigheten, flytvästar måste bäras när de går på vattnet.

Une belle expérience

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. La maison est grande et il y a de l'espace pour tout le monde. Tout est disponible pour y passer un bon séjour! Par contre les lits au 2eme étage sont tous très dur et l'accès au lac est difficile à cause des immenses roches qui sont sur le bord de l'eau.

We loved staying at this cottage. It looked even more beautiful in person than pics. We loved our stay as it was very cute and cozy. We enjoyed our stay nd would highly recommended this to everyone. The host was also amazing and was always available to communicate. Loved it overall.

Beau potentiel mais décevant

L’intérieur est bien décoré, les grandes fenêtres donnent une belle vue sur le lac et le terrain est clôturé donc bien pour la sécurité de notre petit chien. Nous avons été très déçus pour 2 choses importantes: pas d’accès au plan d’eau, pas aménagé et la maison était malpropre. Il y avait des fils d’araignées et des insectes dans les coins de murs et armoires et il a fallu tout relaver la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser. Les lits étaient propres au moins. Et les vélos étaient où?

Lovely family stay

We had a wonderful time with our family for a long-weekend stay! Lots of great amenities including a BBQ and games room. It was great having access to a full kitchen. The room AC was great for warm nights and additional fans were helpful. We were all very comfortable. We loved the amazing outdoor spaces - badminton and chairs around a fire pit. Close to restaurants and Walmart for groceries. Very private, away from the road which we also liked. Water access although we did not use the kayaks or canoe on our visit. Our kids really loved it and we will definitely plan to stay again.

We stayed there for a sibling reunion.. plenty of space and comfort for us all. The big dining table allowed for family meals.. and the views of the lake…where swans flocked in the evening… were beautiful.

Cute getaway close to wine country

We had a very relaxing stay at Jennifer's waterfront property! Really loved the big windows facing the lake, the big outdoor spaces, and spacious indoors. Good location -- just a half hour drive to the best wineries in the county, and very close to groceries at Walmart. The waterfront is indeed weedy as the listing says, but for some reason there weren't as many mosquitoes as expected! Also if you get out on the canoe, try to find a less weedy path to the open water, or your arms will have quite the workout! Also the bidet in the bathroom was a nice surprise.

The house was very nice inside. The decks could use some sprucing up. A lot of outdoor seating. Front porch needed proper seating. Toilet paper disposal should be mentioned in the listing Overall it is a very nice place to stay.

Girls Weekend

We loved the location as we were directly on the water and there is a walking trail you can take to get to the downtown area. Overall the stay was amazing. We had everything we needed to enjoy the great outdoors at night around the fire or watching movies inside when it was raining. The only thing that needs a little tlc is the beds upstairs. Jenn was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She got back to me very quickly when I had any questions. Thank you for everything.

Nice cottage for a relaxing getaway

A nice cozy cottage, perfect getaway for the long weekend. The only downside was finding out there was an eco friendly toilet and not being told that toilet paper can’t be flushed down toilet before arrival.

Great Post-pandemic Getaway

Nicely furnished two-storey home; great quiet patio with good barbeque (gas supplied); large yard that we used for bocce ball and croquet; great tv options for rainy days; lovely view of lake with lots of bird activity to entertain (primarily swans and ducks); lots of pictures to take of large planes from nearby air force base . However, if you want to step off the deck to go swimming, this is not the cottage for you - not very good for swimming (weeds and algae) or boating (poor access to water). But close to some beautiful Provincial Park beaches (a park pass was supplied); lots of wineries to visit to taste and buy some really good wines and great food. Good post-pandemic shopping in both Trenton and Brighton (my first time in a clothing store in over a year).

Convenient retreat

Jennifer is a personable host and was there to both greet us upon arrival as well as inquire about our stay as we were leaving. It was a great mother-daughter getaway and we found the location to be close enough to town conveniences yet far enough away to feel like we were on a getaway. The main floor is tastefully renovated. My mother is a senior who is still mobile but with limitations and she found that she could manage on the main floor of this house. Grab bars in the tub would have helped. This rental is on well water and we were advised to bring bottled water. Between the two of us we went through a large jug of bottled water every two days. Therefore a water cooler would be a nice addition. We enjoyed watching the RCAF planes from CFB Trenton.

Nice cottage and nice location

The cottage is located on a very nice spot of a Bay of Quinte. Trenton is a 2 minutes away. The cottage is very nice inside with some improvements to be addressed on the second floor. The only downside I found, it needs to be better maintained outside and I bit cleaner inside
