GREAT FOR LARGE GROUPS, 10 MINUTES FROM SNOWSHOE

THIS IS A AMAZING VACATION HOME. PERFECTLY SETTLED VERY CLOSE TO SNOWSHOE MOUNTAIN RESORT. HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN AND VERY SPACIOUS. BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS, LIVING AREAS. VERY WELL DECORATED. WELL STOCKED WITH ALL SUPPLIES. BACKYARD IS SECLUDED AND PERFECT FOR FAMILY OUTING, BBQ, GAMES.VERY EASY COMMUNICATION WITH GUEST CONTACT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Space was spacious. Had 17 guest and had plenty of room. Less than 15 away from the slopes. Very close to grocery/food options as well.

Beautiful, Accomodating place to stay

Very well stocked kitchen and furnished place with beautiful views! Extra blankets and pillows were provided. We enjoyed our stay at this house and would definitely consider it for future get togethers with family. The host was accomodating and had good communication. Definitely recommend it!

Huge House & Great Location

The size and location of this house are unbeatable, only one neighbor and incredibly close to the slopes. The pictures made the living room look significantly bigger but it was still larger than we needed. The two car garage is nice, plenty of parking and there is a nice firepit in the backyard which borders a golf course. Owner was very responsive. Amazing house.

We booked this property for the weekend. The location was beautiful and very close to the snow shoe. The kitchen was well equiped with utensils. The basement had a nice game room and outdoor fire place but it was raining the whole time we were there. Had a high speed wifi internet. However, the house needs renovation in some areas. There was a lot of dust in bedrooms/ furniture and lamps. The bathroom did not have any shampoo or conditioners nor iron. The gas fireplace on the main floor did not work. Some of the bedroom doors will not lock the doors properly, and many other common areas doors won't lock easily. We were expected to remove the linens from the beds, wash all dishes, take trash out and leave the house in the condition we received is just too much when we are paying high amount of cleaning service fee for 2 nights. Not so happy with the Stay!

Amazing House

We are staying in this house for the 2nd time, the location of the house has a nice scenic drive and view. All the amenities and the place were spotless and tidy with ample linens. Courteous support from Natalia. Highly recommended for a big family gathering of around 20 people.

Spacious home & yard

Home was clean and well supplied with towels. Great space for three families, each had their own level. Enjoyed the short trip to Snowshoe Village area for a hike and lunch as well as the town of Cass. The yard was great for yard games, kids playing and making s’mores while listening to the tree frogs & owls. Check in was easy and owner responsive via email for questions.

Worked great for our large family!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodations were perfect for us! The surrounding area does not have a lot of options for activities if the weather is rainy, but our nieces and nephews really enjoyed the game room downstairs!

Wonderful Getaway!

Beautiful house with great layout. Yard was fantastic. It was the perfect location for a large gathering with 11 kids and 10 adults. We would definitely stay again but wish the staff at snowshoe Mt Resort were friendlier. (Please note - the staff at snowshoe have nothing to do with this home - but the fact that they were so rude took away from our experience.)

Great Weekend at Snowshoe

This was a great place to stay for a group of 20 friends looking to unwind after skiing at Snowshoe for a weekend. The spacious, open layout on the main floor provided plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well equipped to handle the cooking and dining needs of a large group of young adults. We were also able to enjoy plenty of time outside, sitting around the fire pit and grilling on the gas grill. There was a bunch of firewood stocked for us, which was much appreciated! The back deck offered a nice view of the surrounding mountains and nearby golf course. The owner is also very friendly and responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend this place to others!

Excellent location for Snowshoe fun

Our group really loved this house. It was close enough to Snowshoe for activities we had planned. It was very spacious and well stocked with items that many houses do not have (things like toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap) - only thing it didn't have was a big stock pot but we made due. The coffee pot was very challenging and should be replaced, but everything else was perfect. One downside, which may not be one for all, is they have large beautiful TVs in the bedrooms but not the main living space. There is one downstairs with seating for 4, but we had a group of 14 and many wanted to watch the playoff games so unfortunately we were separated quite a bit. Downstairs was very cold due to the fireplace being broken at the time, otherwise we may have tried to squeeze in there. We reached out to the owner about the fireplace and she was very responsive and helpful with a space heater that was in one of the closets but it just didn't do the job for a big group. We'd still rent again, maybe just not during playoff football weekend :)

Snowshoe amazing! House not so much!

This house is perfect for large gatherings. The layout of the house is ideal with areas for privacy and also fun. The kitchen is large & seating for meals is ample. The location of the home is good with only a 15min drive up to snowshoe village but be aware grocery shopping & Walmart is 1hr away. However the housekeeping/cleanliness of the home is extremely poor. There is a checklist requesting guests to basically clean the house before leaving & it appeared the housekeeper therefore only makes beds and cleans bathrooms as there services. All the bed comforters were either dirty or thin/worn out. The bath towels were stale smelling & house was not stocked properly with towels until we made the request for more towels. The downstairs basement has no heat. There was a gas stove but we were told by owner not to use due to safety concerns. We were told the thermostat from upstairs would provide heat....it did not. The kitchen is large in size but the utensils, plates, cookware, pans/pots are old, mismatched and worn out. For example the hand can-opener broke & initially the management representative stated another one could not be obtained since the store was 1 hr away. Thankfully we borrowed one from a friendly neighboring house....and management did finally bring us a new can-opener along with us buying one ourselves which we left behind. The owner of the house was very responsive to the issues during our stay & apologized for the issues. I believe this house could be wonderful if a new housekeeper is secured, heating is fixed, cosmetic touch ups (ie fix small hole in wall & paint walls), purchase new bed linens and new kitchen supplies were purchased. However paying $350 for housekeeping and then being asked to remove bed linens/place in laundry room, vacuum kitchen/food crumbs, wash/restock clean dishes, etc on top of the condition of this house means we will not be returning to this property.
