Denna rymliga lägenhet är perfekt belägen i utkanten av Carlin Park, bara 1200 meter från stranden! Känn havbrisen från din balkong, njut av en morgonpromenad över parken och njut av Jupiters vackra vatten!

Vår lägenhet är i Bella Vista community, med en pool, två tennisbanor och härliga anlagda grunder. Hemmet är en 3 bädd / 2. 5 badrum, men vi har förvandlat det tredje sovrummet till ett soligt läsrum med utsikt över parken. Det är två berättelser, med två master sviter, en på övervåningen och en ner, båda med eget badrum. Det finns också ett loft på övervåningen som vetter mot din egen privata balkong på tredje våningen, med vacker utsikt över parken!

Denna lägenhet är en favoritplats för oss och vi har fyllt den med vår konstsamling och massor av kärlek! Det är fullt utrustat med sängkläder, apparater, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och badmaterial. Vi hoppas att du njuter av vårt bekväma, avslappnade, strandiga hem på en av de vackraste platserna i Florida !!

Fantastic property on Carlin Park

We have repeatedly stayed and this beautiful and well appointed home . The owners are incredibly responsive and have attention to all details . A 5 minute walk to the ocean , restaurants and the park . Highly recommend!

Fun and Funky Jupiter Pad

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located spot in Jupiter with my wife, my parents, and our 16 month old. It's extremely close to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. We attended a wedding at the Pelican Club and it was extremely convenient to be so close while having the comfort and space to spread out and cook our own meals. Our toddler loved being so close to Carlin Park so we could run around and look for turtles in the morning. The space is decorated in a fun and funky classic Florida condo style with plenty of separate spaces and bathrooms so everyone gets a little privacy. We really liked the upstairs patio area. We'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else looking for something in Jupiter.

Wonderful Stay in Jupiter!

Truly the nicest hosts we’ve ever had, and the location and setup of the condo was absolutely perfect for our family! Easy to walk up to the beach or drive into town for meals. Publix is just a short ride away and the condo pool was awesome for our little ones. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Great place to stay

We love the Jupiter area and this condo made our stay even better. It was super comfortable from the beds to the couches to the chairs. The location is great--close to the beaches and great restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great stay in great location

We had a great stay at this property while in town for a wedding. Host was excellent and very communicative. A short five minute walk to a beautiful beach with beach chairs and towels provided by the host was a great plus. If in the area again, we'd certainly return!

Artful Space And Good Location

Most appealing to us was seeing the abundance of art in every room. Lots of color and a range of pieces made it a pleasure to be indoors. All rooms were clean and well maintained. We used the 2nd-floor bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed, own bathroom with tub/shower, and adjacent a lovely sitting area looking down on the 1st-floor living space. From there a sliding door provides access to a nicely sized patio overlooking the park with tennis and pickleball courts 50 yards away (far enough away that we couldn't hear most ball-striking activity). The kitchen had everything we needed (olive oil bought unnecessarily as that was there along with a small amount of coffee and basic spices). Outdoor temps were 65-low-80s and inside temps were comfortable at all times. Note that you have to climb a flight of stairs to go into the 2nd-floor property. We walked through the park to Carlin beach - about an 8 minute easy flat walk. We drove over with the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided as that was a bit far to bring all of that. Driving to restaurants, the lighthouse, and blowing rocks area were all around 5-10 minutes away. Enjoyed a relaxing and fun stay!

Spring training

My husband and I stayed for several weeks in this beautiful condo . Perfectly appointed with everything you can possibly need . Decorated with magnificent art work . Very comfortable furnishings! Home away from home! The location to Carlin Park and the ocean is perfect along with shopping and restaurants nearby.

Great Get Away

My wife and I had a pleasant, quiet stay in Belle Vista, Jupiter. Close to the beach, pool, park, restaurants, and the lighthouse. The host contacted me ahead of time to be sure we were prepped. We would stay again.

Perfect spot

Locations perfect. A short walk through the park to the ocean. A beach with lifeguards, which was important to us. We enjoyed the pool, and the vita-parcours trail that went by the house. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well appointed.

Bob is the best!

This was our second stay at Bobs and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Bob is a fantastic host and made himself available if we needed anything. He always gives great recommendations on dining and fun things to do. The condo is always clean, allows for a very comfortable stay and is conveniently located to anything you may need or want. Great location in Jupiter

Very close to restaurants and the beach. Especially loved the lazy loggerhead cafe, 5 minutes away, for breakfast at the beach, and the Food Shack for dinner. Property has scratched calphalon pots, so we did not cook (but we were happy to go out). We loved the walking trail next to the property, which we frequented each day. Property was very comfortable with outdoor deck to unwind.

Jupiter Vacation

This condo is right on Carlin Park , walking distance to everything- beach , tennis courts , pool , restaurants and shopping . The place is immaculate , we will not stay anywhere else when vacationing in Jupiter, This was our second tomes renting this condo and we will be renting many more times . If you enjoy the beach , pool , park and bike riding this is the place . The host , Bob , is great and ready to answer all questions to make your stay relaxing and fun .

Wonderful Location !

This property is exactly as it shows, if not better. The host, Bob, was very nice and communicative. The property had everything we needed, including an abundance of towels and some beach items. Within walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and grocery. We loved it here (including our teenage kids!) Would most definitely stay again. Thank you for everything! From Michigan :)

Great time

We had a great stay at Bobs place. The condo was really big. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house was spotless. We went grocery shopping which was a 2 minute drive. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun. It was a 6 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Twisted Tuna. I highly recommend this condo and will return.

Perfect location, close to the beach, park and pool.

Warm and comfortable condo - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was so much room for my family of 5 to spread out we never felt that we were lacking for space. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We used the beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided, it was perfect for spending hours in the sun and sand. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of area to sit and relax. We would love to come back and stay but it seems this condo is so popular our time next year is already booked by someone else! Just another testament to how wonderful it is.

Great location, lots of space

Loved our stay here! Walking distance to several great restaurants including my favorite, Twisted Tuna. A five minute walk across Carlin Park (which also has nice walking trails) gets you to the beach. The condo itself was also fantastic. I lived that there were THREE separate living room type areas, two of which had TVs. Loved also that there were three bathrooms, including two full en suite. I also appreciated the decor which was fun and Interesting as opposed to the super generic feel of most places like this this. Bob was a great, easy to reach host, and I enjoyed talking to him. If I were going to Jupiter again, I would literally plan the timing of my trip to make sure I could stay here again!

Amazing Beach Vacation

The Villa offered more than advertised . It is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed and more . It’s located right on beautiful Carlin Park which has a beautiful walking trail , tennis and pickle ball courts . A quick walk across the park and you are at the beautiful ocean beach ! Bella Vista also has a beautiful pool which is very clean and well maintained. A short walk to the restaurants or Publix grocery store . The host Bob is the best ,he reached out a couple times before our vacation to make sure we didn’t have any questions and when we arrived he made sure we were settled in and didn’t have any questions , this is the perfect Villa for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation . We already booked our next vacation here.

I am a native of Palm Beach County. I grew up loving going to the beach. When an opportunity came to purchase a condo in Jupiter steps from an eight mile beach with no high rise condos my husband I purchased Bella Vista on the Park. Our condo is on 110 acre Carlin Park and close to the Jupiter Inlet and Dubois Park. Our family enjoys the condo but we live in Asheville North Carolina for most of the year. I have decorated the condo with original artwork of the tropics and have comfortable sleeping bedrooms and a loft and deck for more lounging and enjoying the wonderful Florida weather.

The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation or family get together. There is a large community swimming pool, tennis courts and a walking trail at Carlin Park. Many amenities are nearby such as fishing, boating and great restaurants with water views of the Jupiter Lighthouse and Jupiter Marina area. Harbour Side is close by with shops and restaurants and entertainment options. Movie theatre is close and grocery stores.
