Great place. House is nice and spacious. Location is perfect. Beach is less than 5 mins away. Access to the beach is easy. Lots of places to eat and hang out in the area.

May vacation

Great location and amenities. Exactly as described. Golf cart a plus, pool area was large and clean with fitness room which we used. Kitchen was fully stocked, used grill almost everyday. We had a wonderful time at Salty Goblin. Close to beach and eating. More beach chairs would have been perfect. We would love to stay again!

Just what we needed.

A group of 5 women celebrating 60 years. The salty goblin and 30a was just what we needed. The salty goblin had everything we needed for our stay…golf cart, bikes, pool and beach items as well as roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was very clean and close to beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. I Would recommend staying at the salty goblin.

This is a must stay VRBO house. Absolutely amazing!!!

This house is so amazing and beautiful. The owner makes sure you are taken care of as well as the amenities that are included. This house had every thing you would need and more than even expected. The house is immaculate and spacious that everyone could have space for activities and entertainment. We had two families and there is so much space and things to do around this location. Kids would bike to the ice cream shops, bakery and of course the beach & pool. Adults used the 6 person golf cart for easy transportation and comfort. This is a must have destination VRBO . Our families will be coming back and recommend to everyone.

Family Spring Break

We had a fabulous time during our kids’ spring break. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The bikes and golf cart were a definite plus! The beds were very comfortable and there were tons of board games which were perfect for the rainy days. The beaches of that area are now my all time favorite. We will be back!

Our stay at salty goblin

Nice place to stay. It was perfect for my family. We were able to ride golf cart to the beach, pool and to get ice cream at Blue Mountain Beach creamery. We also enjoyed the bike’s. Would love to stay here again.

Great Experience

The house is beautiful, the pictures are exactly as shown. It is stocked with everything we needed, the bikes and golf cart were perfect for the ride to the beach. Took about 5 minutes to you got to the sand. Definitely will book this house again, never been to Santa Rosa Beach fell in love with this area. The owners gave all directions and information for house. Great Vacation

Fall Break 2022

Everything was as described. Golf cart made for super easy travel to and from beach and the home was well stocked with everything. Highly recommend.

Great house

Enjoyed our stay at the Salty Goblin. It was very clean and accommodated the 7 adults in our party with plenty of room. Loved having the golf cart & bikes as it’s a mile from the beach access. It was nice to have the beach chairs but there was no umbrella, but you can rent them on the beach for $25. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals as far as utensils go. My only complaints would be there were only bath towels to use at the beach. I’ve never rented a beach house that didn’t have beach towels. There was also only one travel size hair dryer in the house. Other than those two things, I’d give it 4-5 stars.

Great Family House

This was our third stay at the Salty Goblin. The house has been kept up nicely and everything was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen is well stocked. The golf cart is a great feature. We were able to cart down to several beach entrances easily, and you can go out to dinner on it as well. The owner was available to answer any questions. Overall an excellent choice for a family trip.

Awesome rental, dialed in for a great stay

The owners have done a great job thinking through how to make this rental a great place to stay. Bikes, golf cart, beach gear, high chair... all the stuff you need, plus clear labels and instructions throughout the house, three different types of charging cables - there are lots of things like this that show they have made a clear effort to make your stay comfortable and easy. Also, it was a day or two into our vacation when we realized that there wasn't any sand inside the rental - a conspicuous absence for a beach house - that shows how hard they work to keep it clean. Santa Rosa Beach was great - we hope to come back!

Great house, was perfect!

Loved the house, plenty of room and decorated so cute! My girls trip was fantastic! Extra bonus having the golf cart with the house!! Great front porch and back patio, and tons of bikes to ride around!! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful beach house

This beautiful beach house was everything we expected. The house was very cleaned, spacious, and beautiful decor. My family & I had a great time, not far from the beach & the golf cart was a huge plus ! The bikes in the backyard was a huge bonus as well .

Great Family Rental

We had an excellent stay! The pictures and description are very accurate. The beds were very comfortable! The house sits on a dead end, quiet street. The house was very well stocked with everything you need including lots of games and books. The owners were very accommodating and responsive.

“NEXT LEVEL” house on 30A!

I don’t want to leave a review, I want to buy this house!!! I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, this one takes first prize!!! The house was more than advertised, it was super-clean and very well-stocked, with so many little details added by the owner. I also have to mention the great WiFi, because at one stage there were three adults working online, two college students writing online exams and two children gaming!!! We loved the patio area, gas grill was clean with a backup propane tank! We’ll definitely be back soon........ Thank you!

Great Family Rental

We jut finished our week long stay at the Salty Goblin, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The house was more than roomy enough for two couples and two babies. We had plenty of toys, bikes, towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the only thing lacking was a chef style knife to prep food with. There were only steak knives. The grill was clean and had plenty of propane which was nice. Having the golf cart available was a huge plus. The grandkids loved it and we were able to ride to the beach in just a few minutes time. It was fun to tour the area a bit as well. Overall it was a really great stay.
