Du behöver inte leta längre efter din sjön hem tillflyktsort detta har allt. Den här egenskapen ligger på det sydvästra hörnet av Green Lake, kallat "terrassen". Denna sida av sjön är grunt och all ren sandbotten. Den här egenskapen är perfekt för en riktig stor familj eller 3-4 mindre familjer att dela. Det finns 5 sovrum och 3 badrum. Det finns ett stort öppet konceptkök och vardagsrum på den lägre nivån med utsikt över den vackra sjön. 1 sovrum är i korridoren utanför köket men de andra 4 är på övervåningen. Fastigheten sover 12 mycket bekvämt i de 5 sovrummen och lättare med bärbara sängar, futon, ytterligare tvåbäddsrum etc. som finns i området övre rec room. Det övre rec-rummet har ett biljardbord, fotbollsbord, darttavla, stor platt-tv, privat badrum, soffor och stolar och är ungefär 20x20. Fastigheten har en brygga på 150 'som du kan fiska ur eller binda av din båt. Detta är personligen min favorit simning sjö på grund av hur grunt det är och att det är alla sand. Du kan gå direkt in från båthusets ingång till vattnet eller nerför pirens trappsteg. Detta är ett bra ställe för barn att simma på grund av hur grunt det är och hur långt det går innan det blir mycket djupt. Kolla in en Green Lake Map på google för att se djupet i sjön. När du går ut från stranden mot djupare vatten, måste du komma minst 50-100 meter innan den går under 5-6 ft djup. Green Lake är den djupaste sjön i staten som du inte skulle tro att bedöma efter hur grunt det är i detta syfte men det blir så djup som 262 ft och är bra fiske inklusive sjööring. Du kommer att älska den här egenskapen och verkligen njuta av din tid här. Great Irish Pub 5-6 dörrar ner med fenominal mat, och toppklassade golf 10 minuter bort.

We LOVED staying at this lake house!

We enjoyed so many things about staying at this lake house right on Green Lake! The view of the lake out the kitchen/dining room/living room windows was absolutely gorgeous, especially when the sun was rising. This house gives you so much space...our large family had more than we needed. It is well equipped and has a lot of closet and storage space. It was helpful to have a spacious laundry room, too. The backyard is peaceful and we enjoyed having a bonfire one evening. We enjoyed the area very much, as well. The communication with the host was great, too. Our family would love to stay here again.

Winter Weekend Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay - there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Beds were comfortable and house was well-cleaned. Only 3 minor negatives, but none affected our stay: 1) house seemed under renovation” - with a couple (non-essential) doors off hinges and set aside, kitchen stools in the front closet, and an extra mattress against the wall in the upstairs bedroom, 2) the lid to the kitchen garbage can was very dirty. Easy enough to clean, but obviously it hadn’t been in some time, and 3) there was no soap in the showers; only liquid hand soaps at the sinks … perhaps that was specified in the listing? Also, no dishwasher detergent left in kitchen.Overall, a nice, spacious house for our family!

October Stay

Generally the experience was satisfactory. The location of the house and its layout were very good. The only drawbacks were that the house appeared that it had not been recently cleaned before our arrival; certain of the games that were advertised as being in the house were flawed or otherwise broken (including foosball table and ping pong table); some of the outdoor furniture was very old, dirty, and questionably sound; and recycle bin was completely full upon our arrival leaving us with no alternative but to drive cans to another location for recycling throughout our stay.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our vacation at this house! The property details listed on VRBO were accurate and we had everything that we needed. This location on Green Lake was fabulous. The water off the pier is very shallow with a sandy bottom, hardly any weeds. We enjoyed this rental so much that we booked again for next year!

Great family location, grandkids loved the sandy and shallow beach area. Loved the multiple living areas in the house. We had a boat, the lake is great for fishing and tubing.

Family Getaway

Great location on the lake. Within walking distance to a restaurant. Dock for pontoon boat. Great fishing. Had a large group of family and enjoyed the kitchen and dining areas which had plenty of room. Cleanliness of exterior including deck needed some attention.

Nice Stay

Overall, we had a great time hanging out at this location. To the extent I had any gripes, they were relatively minor. For example, the info regarding recyclables which I was sent when I first made the reservation was the opposite of what I received for check in. I would definitely stay here again.

The inside of the home was very nice and clean. It had just about everything that we needed. But there were no sheets or pillow cases for the third floor mattresses. The outside decks needed to be cleared of leaves and spider webs. The furniture around the fire pit needs to be upgraded. We enjoyed being on the lake and so close to Riley's for the ice cream. The owner did get back to me promptly when I had a question for him.

Family Weekend

Nice vacation house, great location & lake. All the kids caught a fish off of the pier. Swimming was bit chilly but kids said the sandy bottom was nice. Outside furniture was in rough shape but still usable and back deck very dirty but otherwise very nice.

Green Lake 1

The kids loved they could walk out so far in the water. A lot of cobwebs on screened in porch and the outer porch. A leaf blower would go a long was to improve this. WiFi recently changed so info was incorrect on frig. Liquid soap in bathrooms and kitchen and needed to refill to 2 of them. Rented a boat and that worked well too. Thanks for sharing.

Green Lake Review

We enjoyed our stay and location. We would have enjoyed the screen porch more if the screen didn't have holes in it and wasn't buggy and dirty. The one bedroom off the screen porch has a very loud fan and missing shade parts.

Good for the weekend

Slightly less kept up than I thought it would be. We were given the wrong code to check in with and the door handle was broken so we had to shove something in it to keep the cold air from blowing in - no fix would be done until after we left. overall it fit our needs to stay close to the wedding venue.

Great family vacation

The house was great for our annual family gathering. Large main living area for all to be together. And each family had their own bedroom. It was nice sand bottom and shallow at end of pier for volleyball and kids to play. Only downfall that it would be nice if no weeds or stones close to shore. Maybe a canoe or kayak available too.

Great place for swimming, sleeping, and sunrises!

We had a great stay here! There is so much space inside for sleeping, socializing, and relaxing! The swimming area is great with plenty of room for our pontoon. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a pub and public beach. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch upstairs—great to watch the sunrise, read, and have coffee. The teenagers loved the wreck room space! Our only suggestions would be to freshen up the outdoor seating options and tend to a few minor cosmetic repairs inside. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This was my large (20 member) family's first time vacationing together in a house. Everyone agrees that we need to do this often. The teenagers liked hanging out in the game room with many choices of activities. The young boys enjoyed safely fishing off the pier and catching six kinds of large fish. We brought our kayaks and canoe and paddled across to the park to play in the sand. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking walks. Our age range was from a year and a half to 71, and we all had a great time!

Great Place for family fun.

This place is a must stay for a family fun adventure. The home is week taken care of and is exactly as the pictures and description show. Plenty of room for the entire family with plenty of things to keep everyone involved and having fun. The game room is perfect for family fun. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything one needs to prepare meals and feed the family. We stayed for 4 days, ate out once, and prepared all other meals at the house. Checkin and checkout were easy with no problems at all. Again, great place to stay and highly recommend.

I grew up as a kid in Madison, Wi and went to Memorial HS and graduated in 1990. We now live in Deforest which is only 58 min drive to this property which we love. Since I was a very young kid we spent 1 Saturday every year at our relatives home on this same shore line on Green Lake and absolutely loved the area. It was after our family reunion in 2015 that my late father purchased the home to use for both our families and rent out for others to enjoy.

This location is awesome for a vacation spot. Very quiet, great swimming in the lake. Large rec room for the rainy days, and food and drink a 1 min walk down the street.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Some neat features about this home are the large deck off the living room area, and the upper screened in porch that overlooks the lake and comes off of 2 of the upper bedrooms. And of course the clear water and sandy bottom is probably the best feature of all.
