Wonderful house

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The house was big and roomy. It was a little hard to find as the locals did not know where it was.

Nice size property

We were met by Ebeth (sister of Rose) who was very helpful throughout our stay. We had a welcome video call from Rose (owner) and the family are all lovely people. We had no problems and would recommend this property.

Cordova

The property was very clean and was very large. Great for a larger family. Close to many attractions in and around Cebu. Also close and easy access to the new bridge from the island to Cebu. I would stay at this property again on any return trip to Cebu and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Anyone who goes on vacation looks for a safe, comfortable place as a base of operation. THIS IS THAT PLACE! Safe, modern building with all the amenities you need. Easy transportation to anywhere you want to go. And a comfortable place to stay if it rains or you just want to put your feet up and relax, Support was always there and hospitable. Will book again without hesitation.

Spacious Accommodation

The hosts were very pleasant and easy to deal with, and were very accommodating. The house was very spacious for our family. It would have been better if there was no heat wave, as the main areas were only cooled by fans. The bedrooms were air conditioned which was a relief from the heat and afforded us comfortable sleep. The area is not too far from 10,000 Roses which was very convenient for us when we visited and enjoyed. The only drawback is there are not very many commercial areas nearby. The closest Gaisano was not as big as the other ones. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Great for a big group.

House 2 of the villa was ready for occupancy April of this year 2019. The picture showed our very first guests staying at Villa Loromar Unit 2 April 18, 2019.

I was born in Cebu City, Philippines and now residing in Canada. When our house in Cebu City burnt down, my parents and siblings settled and built their homes in my parents property in Cordova, Cebu, a small island, 30 minutes from Cebu City. There are 6 detached houses and a villa with 3 attached units in the family compound. Lots of trees and one can relax and enjoy the quiet and peaceful abode away from the bustling city.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The property was passed down through generations. Most of my family live in the compound, each built a house making it their own. The villa with 3 units is owned by 3 sisters. Unit 3 is owned by my older sister who retired with her husband from Switzerland and moved there permanently last November 2018. Unit 1 is owned by my older sister who still lives in Switzerland with her husband. Unit 2 is owned by me and because I am still here living in Canada and my older sister still living in Switzerland, we thought of putting Unit 1 and 2 to be rented. Someday, when I retire, I would like to go back and forth to my beloved Philippines and Canada.

Hope you will enjoy our Villa, same as we enjoy it very much.

I fell in love with the Villa, because not only that the house is custom made, beautifully handcrafted but also it is my home. My family lives inside the compound. Peaceful, quiet and you can relax in the swing looking at the trees. The location is private, away from the bustling city, though close to all amenities. 20 minutes from Mactan International Airport. You can walk 7 minutes to the Floating Restaurant where you and your family and friends can dine in this wonderful restaurant. 7 minutes walk to 10,000 Roses. Close to lots of beaches, hotels and minutes drive to shopping malls. 5 minutes drive to Roro, where you can rent a boat and go for your island hopping.
