Perfect stay in an amazing house in a beautiful location. We loved our stay here for a few nights while we toured Australia Zoo and spent time out exploring the beaches/rock pools with the family. Our first time to this area and this house is the quiet place to relax, walk to cafes, beach & parks. The outdoor undercover area provided the perfect space to have our pet along to rest and relax too

Spacious home near the beach.

We spent four wonderful relaxing days at this property and wished we could have had more time there. Very clean, comfortable with close proximity to beaches and all amenities.

This home is perfectly located near the beach and coffee shops, which we loved. The pool was a wonderfult for an occasional refreshing swim. The home is very spacious, though a bit sparse and echoey. The new appliances are fantastic, but the kitchen lacked some cooking utensils (BBQ tools), and we needed to buy a mop and broom, although Dyson vacuum is provided. As private people, we appreciated the host’s kindness, though their occasional texts checking in about things like bins were unexpected. The linens, towels, and washer/dryer were spot-on, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay where we were able to avoid the pressures of our daily working lives.

Home away from home

Wonderful little house. Had absolutely everything you could want or need. Clean homely and inviting. Manager was amazing in every way. Would highly recommend and would definately stay again.

Such a Lovely Stay at Moffat Beach

The house was very clean, well kept, plenty of space. We only used the 2 main bedrooms, but there were plenty of beds that would suit bigger families. The outer bedroom areas in the porches might be warm, but I did see a fan in one of them, and there were windows. The 2 main bedrooms have fans and there is air con in the main bedroom and the living room/kitchen area. Amenities such as washer/dryer and air conditioning came in handy. There were some things provided, such as coffee and small plunger and sugar. You'll need to go shopping for most things, of course, which is normal. But all basic necessities such as kettle, toaster, laundry detergent, etc are there. Bring your own beach gear including beach towels. I'm glad we brought them, because I didn't see any beach towels. There was a lovely backyard and porch area to hang out. We spent a lot of time out there. Pool was really a nice bonus. The owner Kym was very easy to communicate with, responded quickly with answers to questions, and check-in was easy. The location is so convenient to the beach/park and places to eat and have coffee. I walked down every morning for coffee and watched a sunrise or two. Lovely neighborhood . Great beach with a very nice park. Nice for swimming. Not as busy as many of the beaches is the area, which I prefer. Also, it's an easy walk around the nearby beaches, Shelly Beach, King's Beach. The location provides an easy drive to other areas as well. We explored the Everglades, Noosa Heads, Glass House Mountains, Lake Macdonald, and hit beaches along the Sunshine Coast. I was always so happy to come back to our little Moffat Beach, though. It became one of my favorite spots. Peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would come again.

Caloundra Moffat Beach

Pool was lovely, close to the beach and cafes, Easy to get to surrounding areas, shops and ⛜. Quiet and friendly locals. Owner was happy to be contacted and I felt approachable. It was a wonderful experience well worth the effort to get there.

Clean, great location and great property manager

Kym was very hospitable and easy to communicate with. She made sure the property was kept in a high standard and returned a few items I left behind without any complaint. I hope to be lucky enough to stay here again.

Perfect Location, Practical Home & Easy Access

We had a lovely stay and were able to walk everywhere we needed (beach, dog park, cafes etc). Our dog loved the proximity to the beach and we had everything we needed. Aircon was a godsend in warm weather too.
