The house was great. We had 5 adults and 2 children that stayed in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The amenities were great and the house included everything we would need while staying plus more than we could have asked for. We enjoyed our stay and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all.

This property is perfect! The house was one of the cleanest and well-maintained homes we have ever stayed in. It is a short, flat 8 minute walk to the beach. We also appreciated all of the beach equipment in the garage for us to use.

This home as perfect for our family vacation. Location in Corolla was easy to find, close to shopping, and the beach. Our teenagers were able to walk/bike to the beach which made them very happy. The house itself was clean and had everything we could possibly need. Karen was wonderful! She made sure to check-in with us throughout our stay. Awesome vacation home!

The house was clean, beautiful, and close to community amenities and the beach. The hot tub was a great bonus in the evening. One night we even grilled on the gas grill. The garage was stocked with beach items and bikes! The owners were very responsive and helpful. This house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. I was so impressed with the cleanliness, stocked kitchen, and board games. Our family had the best trip to Corolla. Thank you Karen for helping us to have a great time.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The home was beautiful and incredibly clean upon our arrival. Everything that you could possibly need for a stay-especially with children-was accessible to us and honestly we couldn’t believe what was available! Karen was responsive to any questions that I had prior to our arrival. She was easy to reach and thoughtful in her communication.Truly this was the most amazing home and we wish our stay never had to end.

Great place to stay

This place everything you need from babies to adults!! I felt like we only need to have clothes, and food with toiletries and everything else they had!! I would stay here again. Not a terrible walk to the beach. We walked it 3 or more times a day! Wonderful place.

Perfect Beach House

We had an amazing time at this house! It was a short walk to the beach and came equipped with everything we needed for our stay! Even a nugget ice maker! . The pictures and description of the rooms and house are 100% accurate! I would highly recommend this property if you are planning to visit the Outer Banks!

Consistently Wonderful

This is our second stay at Sandy Toes and we, once again, loved staying here. The home has everything we need from kitchen supplies to entertainment for the kids. The host is always quick to communicate, as well.

Thanksgiving Get Away

Great family weekend in Corolla!

We had a wonderful long weekend with my family of five and my parents. The house had plenty of room for everyone. Our kids enjoyed the amenities such as the bikes, sand volleyball court, hot tub, etc. The house is only a short walk to the beach, and it is only a short drive to shopping, dining, and local attractions. The owner was very quick to respond. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Spot

Part of a great housing community three roads away from the beach. 5 to 10 minute walk based on little ones. It was great to have a wheelbarrow with great wheels for beach transport and thoroughly enjoyed the playground and pool. Community toys and fun activities in the house for a little ones. The place was very clean. Thank you so much for the memories!

Wonderful house!

We stayed in late September, a great time to be in the OBX. The house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy yourself. The kitchen was the best stocked I've ever seen! The only negative -- and it was minor -- is that the cleaning crew wasn't finished until 4:30 pm when our check-in time was 4. Highly recommended this house!

Wonderful stay

My family and I (four adults and a toddler) had such a nice week at this house. The property is one of the closest in the community when it comes to walking to the beach, and the pool/playground being so close was really convenient with an almost 3-year-old. The house was extremely clean and well-stocked, and the owner was so sweet and responsive. She proactively reached out to see if we were affected by a cable outage (we weren’t), and when a smoke alarm started chirping on the third floor in an unreachable spot for us because of a low battery, she dispatched a maintenance person to have it taken care of right away so we didn’t have to hear it at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation home close to everything!

All amenities, close walk to beach, close to everything you need on vacation. Steps to the community pool, great neighborhood/community. Owner was very responsive with all questions and needs during our stay!

Whale of a time

We had a great stay. The house setup was great! Location amazing. Pool outside our fence . Walk to beach was 10 minutes. My only concern was that the house did not seem cleaned as it could have been! It’s summer and the in and out is crazy so we just cleaned a bit before everyone got there! All in all it was awesome!

Perfect for family with kids!

Our experience was excellent. We were 6 adults + 4 kids (ages 1 year to 6 years). The property had everything we needed and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of providing for our kids at their ages. Karen was incredibly easy to work with. We loved that we could carry the littlest one back from the beach (it was that close!) and that the pool was accessible to all.
