Sovrum och badrum

Det stora sovrummet ligger på översta nivån och har en king size-säng, platt-TV och ett privat däck med vidsträckt utsikt över dalen. Master-ensuiten har ett djupt badkar och separat glas-slutna dusch. De andra två sovrummen ligger på den lägre nivån och var och en har en kung delad säng. Badrummet på denna lägre nivå har ett djupt badkar och en separat glasluckad dusch och erbjuder eget badrum med tillgång till gästrummet med utsikt över badtunnan och korridoren till det andra gästsovrummet. För ytterligare bekvämlighet finns det ett gästpulverrum beläget på huvudnivån.

Skidåtkomst

För vinterentusiasten erbjuder detta hem tillgång till den närliggande Dave Murray-skidspåren och olympiska sluttningen 2010 som går ner till Creekside Gondola. Observera att Dave Murray skidspår är lämplig för en skidåkare på mellannivå och inte är väl lämpad för nybörjare. Den signerade ingången till ski-out finns bredvid Taluswood the Heights # 1. I slutet av denna spår måste du ta av dig skidor / snowboard för att korsa vägen, varifrån du kommer att fortsätta åka skidor nerför Down Dave Murray Downhill för att komma till Creekside Gondola. Ski-Home-leden ligger utanför nedfartsbanan Lower Dave Murray. Se upp för de gröna olympiska ringarna på skidåkarens höger när du stiger ned Dave Murray, sväng höger, ovanför OS-ringarna, på Home Run-leden. Följ denna vandringsled (skidåkning ovanför Fairmont Heritage Place) till Taluswood Lookout-komplexet, varifrån det är en minuts promenad ner Taluswood Place (väg) till Taluswood the Heights-komplexet.

Perfect week !!!

We rented an entire week at Taluswoods the Heights. Everything was as advertised and as shown in the pictures. The house is perfect for a mountain stay, clean, and with a very well-equipped kitchen. The service and follow-up from Whistler Platinum are exceptional. We skied every day. This location is truly ski-in/ski-out. We will return. Thank you!!!

Good HQ for ski week

Very nice place to stay, great views and hot tub appreciated. Platinum Staff very helpful with a few minor maintenance issues. Would stay here again for sure!

Whistler's Finest View

The hot tub was incredible, I cant stop thinking about the mountain & valley views - wow! Whistler Platinum provides the best rental experience in Whistler. Starting with a very clean home, comfy robes for all, to the welcome treats, to the incredible customer service (only when you need them), the list goes on and on. I highly recommend booking with Whistler Platinum!

Great property, close to slopes!

This a great property. The manager was very easy to communicate with and the property was very clean. It’s easy to walk to the slopes and ski down if you are at least an intermediate skier. It is about a 10 minute drive to the village.

Great stay

Nice place with very responsive team. Great views. Clean and worked great for our group ski trip. Should be noted the ski in and out access route can be very icy and not skiable for those not mid level skiers and thus wouldn’t be ski in and ski out if not at that level.

What a Gem

My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful home for a week. We were so thrilled with our choice. The location up the mountain in Creekside was exactly what we had hoped for...it was nice to break away from the crowds and hustle in Whistler Village and come home to peace and quite only minutes away. The house was very clean upon our arrival and it had a well stocked kitchen for our meals. We absolutely loved the expansive view from the living room window and decks. Whistler Platinum was great in responding to our questions before and during our stay. We would love to return again.

Everything was excellent. Great views, awesome to have a garage. Hot tub was a highlight. The only inaccuracy was that this is only Ski out (when there is snow) but is not technically ski in. Other than that is was an outstanding place that had a friendly team with efficient communication. Thanks for a great time!

Amazing Views

We selected this location because the views looked nice in the pictures, and we weren’t disappointed! Each of the 3 decks has a great view of the mountains and valley, and not much beats sitting in a hot tub enjoying the beautiful vista. The house itself was a dream come true. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had more than we needed, the dining room table was big enough for games, it was spotless, and the living room was a comfortable spot to gather. We’ve stayed at VRBO’s worldwide and never had better property managers. Whistler Platinum was in contact with us before, during, and after our stay to ensure our needs were met. They exceeded all expectations, and we have nothing but good to say about them. If this place isn’t at the top of your list, it should be!

Great townhouse at Whistler

Nice property. No fault of property, the ski-in ski-out access was rough. Suggest creating a map even if hand-drawn to leave in townhouse of the access. Had to ask neighbors. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Couch was not comfortable for me, maybe because I’m short - okay for rest of family. Enjoyed the hot tub! Great to have an attached garage. Whistler needs more snow and got it after we left. Hope that helps the ski-in/out access.

Great Views, Long Way Up

We had a great summer stay. The views down the valley were spectacular, and the unit immaculate. For cyclists, this unit is 1.3 miles of steep continuous climb above the valley floor and cycleway network. Makes for a cold start in the morning, and a serious workout on the way home. Watch speed bumps at bottom. MTBers can ride in/out using the Creekside gondola and downhill (entry/exit at Fairmont Village, under the Olympic rings). Nice garage for secure car & bike parking. Wouldn't it be great if these places would put a 220v outlet in their garages. Took 3+ days to charge our truck on the 110. There is a 4 pin 220v dryer downstairs - a 50ft welder's cable will reach it. Ours is 3pin.

Great location and view!

Our group has stayed in multiple different Taluswood properties over the past few years, but this one has the best view over the valley of any we've stayed at. The hot tub especially, with the open side facing downhill, was well-liked by our group. In terms of the unit itself, I don't think our group had any complaints. Kitchen was functional and had all the tools we needed (though, you will want to stock up on condiments). The upstairs bedroom worked well as a master suite for the couple staying there, and the two downstairs bedrooms could each be converted to either queen or two twin bed configurations. Be warned for ski-in/ski-out, the run to return to the house is rather challenging for new skiers, but certainly doable. Just watch for chairlift pole number ten, barely uphill of the large green Olympic rings. Our party often missed it and walked uphill from the ski-out landing, which wasn't a big hike. Ski-out is a little easier, not as steep and usually fresh snow in the morning.

This place is lovely and the views are stunning. Property managers were easy to work with and very responsive. We liked being a bit out of the village as it was very quiet but easy access by car or taxi to restaurants.

Week in Whistler

Absolutely awesome accommodation! Very comfortable and met our needs completely. Away from the main crowds but convenient to get to Creekside and Whistler village when we wanted to go there. The property manager was a great person to deal with. Any questions that we had were answered promptly.
