The house needed updated carpet but it was fine. We needed 2 BR n Kurt Jen plus washer and dryer. We loved the back yard to sit out but yard wasn’t mowed so mosquitos were bad. Overall the place was fine in good neighborhood and convenient.

My Little Beach House THANK YOU!!

Steve, as soon as we opened the door we felt your home hug us and offer us a seat and tea. This was the first property I rented that did not have astronomical fees. Instructions were to the t and just to show southern love the cabinets had spices!

We enjoyed our stay here during Cruisin the Coast. Was not as close as we thought it would be to Hwy 90 but overall was comfortable for our needs. Host was very responsive to our questions.♥️

Great stay

Small but perfect for our needs. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. Close to the areas we were going to and very convenient. It was just my brother and I - he was recovering from surgery and it was a perfect fit for our needs. Highly highly recommend this property.

Quiet stay

Perfect property for our needs. My husband and I enjoyed a stay for Cruisin the coast. Location was ideal for all the local fun, but in the event very quiet. My husband enjoyed the train being close, as he grew up with a train near his childhood home.

Gulfport holiday

Quaint cozy little cottage. Met our needs. Only drawback is the close proximity to a very active rail system. Oven needed cleaning. Heating/cooling system requires maintenance for dirt and noise.

Short and Sweet

This rental was perfect for our short vacation! The house was clean and smelled absolutely incredible! It had everything we needed! The beach was in walking distance, but if you have kids I’d take the short 2 minute drive! We will definitely rent this property again!!! Our only complaint is that the outside light (bulb) attached to the outside of the shed is burnt, so the kids couldn’t play in the back after dark.

Just what we needed!

Our time here was amazing. House is close to most attractions in the area but away from very congested areas. Loved how close it was to the beach. Could be walked but with kids a 2-3 minute drive to closest beach area. Seems to be in a relatively good area and had no issues. Nice size backyard to let kids play in when not at the beach. Inside of house is decorated with beach theme and is clean and well maintained. Had a couple issues with washer and dryer but owner was very responsive and issues were corrected faster than if I was trying to fix them. The only downside is the railroad is close like some have said but it runs down the whole coast so it isn't like you can get away from it if you want to be close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean and comfortable!

We stayed in this cute little house 5 nights on the first leg of a longer trip. It was perfect! Super clean, very comfortable, with lots of little extras that made us feel right at home. Loved the big private backyard; perfect for afternoon relaxing and outdoor grilling. I forgot washer/dryer were located outside house. No worries! It's literally 3 steps out back door and well lit. Safe neighborhood that really is just an easy walk to the beach. We had one issue with front door lock - user error! Our Evolve contact answered phone immediately and was friendly and helpful as he walked us through. Would definitely stay here again if we plan a return visit.
