Trädgårdar nyare Beach-block Condo är semester perfekt! Bara en kort promenad till de expansiva stränderna i norra änden, har detta fyra sovrum, tre badrum Condo det extra plus en hiss. Moderna möbler och fönster i överflöd skapar en luftig, solig miljö, perfekt för att helt enkelt koppla av och komma bort från allt!

Denna rymliga lägenhet hålls obefläckat i bostadsområdets trädgårdsdel i Ocean City. Det stora framdäcket är utrustat för uteservering och fritid ovanför den lugna trädkantade gatan. Dessutom finns det ett bakre däck med utsikt över den inhägnade trädgården, där gästerna kan grilla medan familjen njuter av den friska havbrisen. Inomhus kan du njuta av den moderna men mysiga inredningen, komplett med en stor, utomhusanpassad målad vardagsrum. På kvällen går ungefär ett halvt kvarter till TJs Ice Cream-butik för handdoppad glass eller lättpris nästa butik på Express Pizza inklusive pizza, sallad, ostbiffar etc.

Hissen gör semestern perfekt för att ladda matvaror och bagage och ger tillgång utan steg till alla delar av hemmet.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! The house was as advertised and the elevator was a plus! The location was great - just a couple of blocks to both the beach and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed sitting out on the porch. Highly recommend it.

Really nicely furnished and comfortable home. The beds are really good quality and very comfortable. The porch was a delightful shady and a nice breeze. Only a block from an easy to walkout beach. Everything you needed for cooking. Plenty of utensils, dishes, mugs, glasses and kitchen towels. Great communication with the owner and very helpful as you arrive. The elevator was a lifesaver as we are seniors with trouble managing stairs.

Wonderful one week stay

Location was perfection! After biking around and checking the neighborhood out, this street is by far our favorite. Wayne was wonderful from check in to check out, ensuring our stay was everything we expected. Overall, a wonderful stay for our family of 4. Couldn’t have been happier.

The condo was spacious and Wayne was very responsive with instructions.

This is a great property in a quiet area in Ocean City. Everything is updated and there was storage space in the garage for our bikes and boogie boards. I would recommend this property if you don't mind being a few blocks off the boardwalk.

April vacation

The property was beautiful and just as listed. We were only a block from the beach. Wasn’t far from the boardwalk. Due to the time of year, not everything was open yet. We would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Weekend Stay!

The property was exactly as described and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Very clean and spacious. We were 2 families traveling together and there was plenty of room. Quick walk down to the beach and boardwalk. Well stocked kitchen came in handy! Wayne was great. Excellent communication!

Property was accurately described. Somewhat deficient in having amenitites like cleaning items, toilet paper which were normally staples in any previous shore homes I rented. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

We had such a wonderful girls’ getaway at Wayne’s VRBO in Ocean City, NJ! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our group — everyone had their own comfortable bedroom. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and we especially loved relaxing together on the covered porch. Wayne was an outstanding host, friendly, accessible, and incredibly accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back!

The house was very clean and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to the North Street beach, which was ideal for both our elderly parents and our little one. Wayne was an excellent host. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and was very helpful from start to finish.

Lovely property, very easy walk to the beach, very handy configuration of bedrooms and baths. Worked so well for our 2 yr old grandson and 2 teenager grandkids. Nice relaxing on the front porch with its cool breeze. Owner was easy to communicate with questions as well. Would definitely rent again.

Would rent again

We would rent again. The house is lovely, short walk to the beach and Wayne was very attentive. But I was disappointed in the grill, only a charcoal and there was no table or place to lay the meat dish or utensils. The house was cleaned but the outside porch was not cleaned, the table was very dirty. The steps from the garage to our floor were covered in sand which we ended up bringing into the house. I was disappointed there were no Season Passes we had to purchase our own. One other note, bring you own bed pillows.

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!

We had a wonderful time this past weekend and really loved the house and location! The elevator was great, especially since we had my older parents with us. Communication with the owner was easy too. My family will definitely be back!

Quick get away

Extended weekend stay with family. We had 4 adults/4 teenagers. We all had plenty of room. Perfect location, little beach within walking distance. Property has an elevator which is very convenient for family member who is handicap. Check in and all communication with Wayne was super simple. He is a great host! Walked me through the entire house (via phone) upon our arrival. Would return to this property!!... be sure to being your own bath towels and sheets.

Another great stay.

This was our second time staying at this property. Check in was super easy, the house was so clean and location is perfect. Enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the deck and the short walk to the beach each day. Can't wait to stay again!

This is much more than a rental business, it is rewarding to see people of all ages enjoy their hard earned vacation time. Varför värden valde detta boende

Ocean City is a wonderful, family oriented, safe town that always has something going on year round. The Gardens section of Ocean City in the North end, is very different from the rest of the island. It is not congested and it is very residential with lots of tree lined streets and grass yards. There are many permanent year round residents here. The 'Gardens' with its winding streets, reminds me more of Cape Cod than the typical 'grid' in other places in Ocean City.

The property is within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, yet not in the noisy, congested area of Ocean City. The home is extremely clean, well maintained, newer construction with an elevator, large flat screen TV and lots of bathrooms for all of your guests.
