Enjoyed our stay

The home is exactly as shown in the photos. The complex is nice and safe. I enjoyed the pool and patio. Even though we had to cut our trip short we still had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again. Since we ate all our meals here due to the corona virus my only suggestion is to have some steak knives and some bowls with lids for leftovers.

Stay in Peoria, AZ

This townhouse is a wonderful place to stay. I loved the neighborhood and the neighbors. It was very quiet and safe. The property itself was very comfortable and Caroline, our contact person was great. Whenever I had a question, she got right back to me. This property has a large, fully stocked kitchen, which included spices and condiments I did not need to buy. The dining area allowed us to invite friends over for dinner. I loved the convenience of having a washer, drier, large refrigerator, microwave and full-sized stove in the home. The covered outdoor space had furniture and an excellent grill. There are two remolded bathrooms which made it convenient for friends from MN to visit. The day after we moved in, we booked this place again for next year. Loved it!

Amazing Property with lots of close things to do.

The property was great, I was there on my own for the first half of the trip and then my family came out. the sleeping arrangements were just what we needed. The patio entrances provided my wife and I time for our coffee in the evening together. Closet was spacious in the master.The house had all the cooking utensils and pots and pans. fridge had plenty room as well. short walk to the pool and less the ¼ mile from a huge park. Had alot of major food choices within 10mins. Over great stay . Would recommend for super bowl next year.

Wonderfully convenient property for spring training on the west side. We will definitely try to be back. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen including staples and more.

Great Vacation stay!

My son and his family came to visit us in Arizona. This was a great place for them to stay, location was close to everything and it was well furnished, clean and decorated nicely. We highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay In The Perfect Home

We stayed a week or so and the accommodations were perfect for what we needed. The home is will prepared and clean. Everything worked including the BBQ out back. The temp was a115-122 during the days and the A/C did fine :-) Will stay again.

Perfect space for 4

Communication with owners was great when we hit a check-in snag. They were kind and flexible. The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable with some fun artwork. Don’t stay in the pool area past 10 tho, we were unaware and got locked in, lol.

Quiet neighborhood good location for Spring Training fields

Our stay was pretty good! Neighborhood Quiet neighborhood! location was good for Spring training fields! Overall cleanliness was good! Pigeon problem on the patio, but was assured that was being addressed! Would recommend!!!

Escaping the Midwest winters

My sister and I enjoyed our month long get away to AZ. We especially appreciated the daily sunshine AZ provides. And we certainly enjoyed the comforts of the home we rented. The owners were very attentive to our needs with immediate responses to any questions/requests we had. Since the house was located in a square of 100 houses, we felt a bit confined but did appreciate being able to safely walk on the many sidewalks within the square. Thanks to you and the owners for making this rental available to us.
