Dirty, unsafe unit

If you were a college student on spring break, this unit is for you. It has rundown, broken furniture and unsafe features that are not worth the cost. These would wood include: 1. on check-in, the bedframe was broken and the bed saved in the middle and had to wait till the next day to get that fixed. The bed still sag in the middle. The bedframe is not attached to the headboard and the headboard is Velcro to the wall. 2. There is no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom the roll sits on the counter. 3. The provided hairdryer has burn marks on the electrical insertion and burn marks on the outlet below it indicating some type of electrical issue it was unplugged and remained unplugged.. 4. the lights over the mirror in the master bathroom, had several bulbs that were burnt out and three different types of bulbs were in the sockets. Very tacky. 5. The fire alarm over the bunkbeds had no battery cover and no battery in it. I’m not sure it was operational. 6. The refrigerator had large dents on the outside of the refrigerator and broken parts on the inside door of the refrigerator. Parts of it were not useful. 7. There was a broken dining room chair with missing bolts. There was a broken storage hutch with the knob. Missing the knob is inside of the hutch could’ve been easily repaired. The furniture worn, and dirty. 8. The left-hand door to the washer and dryer does not close properly. I could go on, but it would not change. I would not recommend this unit.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The splash pad, pool, hot tub, beach access, property layout, etc. We will definitely be staying here again! (:

Outdated and dirty

The room was very dirty. All ceiling fans were covered in dust, bathroom floors had hair from previous people, walls were filthy. The kitchen wall outlets didn’t work so we had to plug in coffee and toaster in living room for 3 days until someone finally came out to fix. Only 3 forks in silverware had to borrow some from a friend. 5 or more light bulbs out in the unit smoke detector no batteries in it. Very disappointed.

Wonderful

Great place. Pool access and beach access were great. Easy to bike around the area. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Had one minor issue, but it was resolved quickly and easily.

nice location, beautiful pool, not so great apt

apt was dirty, light bulbs blown in kitchen, no battery in smoke detector, rugs are nasty dirty, i would get rid of them, curtain on sliding glass doors broke and the furniture is old and worn out and cheap ! ceiling fans had dirty hanging off of them, bed is not even attached to head board, just very cheap broken and dirty,

Great location!

The condo was great! Located right across the street from the beach. The pool was amazing too. The only suggestion would be to stock it a little more with plates, silverware and pots & pans.

Needs some spring cleaning sceduled

Needs more than just mop the floor and clean the counters. Walls, doors, hard furniture surfaces and cabinets have dirty hand prints and splatters. Ceiling fans look like they have not been dusted since the day they were installed.

Need a few adjustments for fees being charged.

Need to have trash bags, better furniture and pest control need to visit. We had baby roaches. Also we was charged a service fee and never seen anyone and the shower liner need to be replaced its mildewed.

Family fun time at the beach

Nice, clean, property directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico with private beach access. I would definitely stay here again! Communication with the owner was timely. Only negatives were the bar stools need to be replaced and one of the burners on the stove was inop.

The unit was clean and much larger than the pictures show. The location was perfect as well. Definitely on the less crowded end of the beach and easy access to the beach. I will definitely stay again. Thanks !

Good access to beach

Good location with other family members in same building It was very clean and comfortable. Could have a few more amenities. For example there was one dish towel no Kleenex and not enough toilet paper. We managed by washing towels and our one dish towel.

Great experience!

The condo was just what we needed for our stay in Destin. It’s clean and cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The location is central to everything we wanted to do, with beach access right across then street. Anthony was very attentive when we had a couple of questions. Thanks for a great experience!!

Not what I expected

Condo was minimally stocked, 1/2 roll of toilet paper per each bathroom, ect… Furniture was pitiful. Needs replaced. Just not what I expected at all. I can say it was very clean. Definitely not ocean front as we had to go through the gate and down the street 3 gates and definitely not a 3 minute walk as was quoted. Would not stay there again.

Perfect!

Everything about this condo and location is perfect. The unit is a great size, with all needed amenities and a lovely balcony. The pool is wonderful, zero entry, shaded in the evening and open until 11P perfect way to end the day. Easy walk to a beautiful private beach area. Easy to rent chairs and umbrella. The owner was patient and helpful with all our questions. We will return and also recomend friends.

Great location and views

The condo was a good size with a great location. The pool is super nice and atmosphere was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach and walk to dinner. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!

Great pool, just across street from beach

The pool was great! Loved that the beach was just across the street, however had a hard time finding the right gate to get onto beach. None of the codes we received worked. Eventually just asked a kid who was walking out of the gate one day what the code was. It would be nice to have beach chairs and towels available to use, however I understand those items may be hard to keep track of. Overall I would stay here again, very clean & the washer & dryer was a lifesaver. Next time we will rent a car though, there is no grocery store within walking distance.
