Hidden gem

House is great. Lots of room for many people to sit around inside and out. There is no patio door to the pool. However pool and hot tub were amazing. House to close to many restaurants, gas station and shopping. Owner was very quick to respond. Would rent this house again!

Very nice vacation rental

We had a great time at the vacation rental. Perfect location, we could even walk to Publix and restaurants. The hot spa was the best!

Stay Here!

Our stay was great! Everything was as pics showed. Our host responded quickly to my pool questions. We were a group of 6 adults and a baby and the space was perfect with room to spare. Pool was great, kitchen was perfect for cooking our large family meals, beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and well-maintained. Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect!

Amazing property and host!

My husband and I were so impressed with this property - it was splendidly decorated for the holidays, well appointed, super clean and was extremely cozy. When we remodel our second floor next year we’ll be staying here again!

Modern appliances, very clean & comfortable. Great location... close to beach (you have to bike or drive because of the way the streets run), stores & restaurants. Owner very responsive & accommodating. Would stay here again.

Convenient and clean property

This property was very clean and met our needs. The property manager responded quickly and was helpful to any needs. We appreciated the hospitality and easy check in process. The pool is under construction, and will be a great addition to this property.

Beautiful home and great location!

We loved our stay! The home is very clean, and great location. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very friendly and attentive. They allowed us to make last minute reservation number changes, and were very accommodating! We enjoyed the neighborhood. Very safe and family friendly. I highly recomendable this property!

Exquisite place

My husband and I loved staying here. The place was extremely clean. My granddaughter and grandson had their own room. The shower in the master bedroom was spacious! Central air and tv for everyone! I definitely would rent this place again!

The home is exactly how it’s pictured. Very clean and kept very tidy and organized. Check in and out processes were seamless. Owner is very responsive and courteous. Good restaurants near by and the beach is just a short drive. Good location. Home is perfect for families!

Perfect vacation home.

Spacious, high end, newly and fully renovated very clean house in a beautiful cul de sac quiet street. Less than 10 min drive to the beach, walking distance to a pharmacy and a small shopping area. Landlord responds right away, easy to reach. Friendly neighbors. Very good and safe area. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig machine. I would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate interior

My wife and I have stayed in a variety of rentals over the years and this one likely has the most pristine interior of any we've seen. Looks brand new, like you're the very first occupants. The unit is chock full of nice little touches beyond the basics of towels and TP....too many to list. The location is in a very tidy, safe-seeming neighborhood....pretty much everything is within walking distance except the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

BEAUTIFUL place!!

Compared to other vacation rentals I've stayed in, this property is definitely one of the best. It's close very close to a grocery store and drug store in case you needed some things without driving far at all. The property itself is GORGEOUS and spacious! The beds provided a wonderful night's sleep, the kitchen provides plenty of room to cook, the tankless water heater provides an endless supply of hot water, and overall the property was very comfortable to relax in. The property host is wonderful and very attentive to his guests if you need anything at all or have any questions! We will DEFINITELY book this property again in the future. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed

First time experience with Vrbo. Host was very communicative and easy to work with. Loved the canopy and beach chairs - those came in handy. House he everything we needed (we traveled as a family of 4 with twin toddlers as well as my in-laws). 3 bedrooms was perfect (needed to move one of the beds against a wall so the kids wouldn’t fall out - ha!). We had a great experience. Super clean. Close to grocery store, easy access to the beach (hint - park behind the Marriott in Pompano and then sneak into the hotel for showers after the salty water ;-). Definitely going to keep this spot as a list of favorites.

We couldn’t have it all

Loved the house, well decorated and CLEAN,thank you!!! Only set back was I could not use the backyard because they are installing a pool. That was not disclosed when I first booked the house. Another Strange thing for me, we had someone in the Studio I guess? I’ve never been at a house where someone else is on the Premises. So I was startled when I approached the house late at night and someone is at the door. He was looking for his entrance. All that said awesome location, just enough room for 4 adults. Well kept.

Honesty is the best policy!

So the description reads as a 4 bedroom, sleeps 12, etc. We walked around when we arrived excited to be on the property. We found locked cabinets, locked door and only 3 bedrooms. Fine, the rest of the stay was as described. I reached out to VRBO after the stay just to inform them that there is a safety plan posted in the kitchen that the dwelling capacity is 8, not 12 and the 4th bedroom is either not on the property or behind a locked door. I was correct. After truey reached out to the owner about the videos and photos I sent, the owner advised tray you have to request access to the 4th bedroom. I have been renting through VRBO for years. This is the first time that I had to play Blues Clues and request access to something that is in the title and description of a property. My husband dropped an adjustable link to his bracelet in the carpet in the living room. We had to get on our hands and knees to find it. Although the carpet seems clean it was not. We kinda used a broom to do a real basic sweep to find the piece and ended up with a dust pan full of matter out of the carpet. Investing in a good Dyson to do deep cleaning is definitely a suggestion. Not having wash clothes or maybe they were locked in the cabinets was weird & lastly, we checked in on a Weds. I checked out on a Saturday. We wanted to leave the property how we found it and follow the instructions. Trash gets collected on Thurs. Judging by the maggots on the can trash, hasn’t been taken down in a while
