Vårt 3 våningar radhus ligger vid den lugna natursköna Lake Village Community strax utanför Hwy 50 (Lake Tahoe Blvd.) Studioenheten på första våningen med egen ingång är reserverad för ägarnas personliga användning, och en separat trappa leder till huvudhuset. Vårt hus är rymliga, snyggt inrett, har högt i tak och är fullt möblerad (alla apparater och möbler köptes 2015).

Alla sovrum, badrum och tvättstuga ligger på 2: a våningen, och vardagsrum, matsal och kök med angränsande vardagsrummet ligger på 3: e våningen. Kabel-TV, hög hastighet WiFi och inhemska telefon är gratis. Vårt hus kan bekvämt rymma upp till 8 gäster (6 i sovrummen och 2 i vardagsrummet)

Sovrummet har en Cal King sovrumsuppsättning, klädkammare, platt skärm smart 42 "HD-TV och ett badrum med hans och hennes dubbla handfat. Det finns gott om utrymme för "Pack 'n Play" som också finns - du behöver bara ta med en dyna eller en madrass för det.

Vardagsrummet har en queen size-soffa, queen size-bäddsoffa och en tvilling sovvagn. Platt skärm smarta 55 "HD-TV ligger precis ovanför spisen.

Matbordet rymmer upp till 12 gäster och kök bardisk kan sitta upp till 4 gäster.

Köket är fullt utrustat med alla nödvändigheter (stora och små moderna apparater, husgeråd, bestick, kastruller och stekpannor, etc.)

Våra gäster är välkomna att njuta av pool, bubbelpool, bastu, tennisbanor, BBQ grill (reservation krävs) och ett parti biljard eller ping pong i klubbhuset. Det finns också en lekplats för de små. Parkering för 2 fordon tillhandahålls.

Great place great location!

This place is very spacious and comfortable. Everything you need to relax and make breakfast / dinner. Location is very convenient. 10min to Heavenly Boulder Lodge, Downtown, and near several grocery stores. Elina's communication was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, Clean and prime location in Tahoe

This place was perfect for my family and I. Quiet, close to snow resorts, and casinos. Lots of food options near by. I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Enjoyable but dangerous parking lot.

The townhouse was okay. It was comfortable and the location to the Nevada entrance of Heavenly was great. For the price, I prefer the five bedroom house I rented in Tahoma across the lake. What was promised in the description of the place was a walkway cleared of snow. What we got was twenty feet of hardened, slick snow on the walkway and a parking lot, with a gradual slope, iced over. All the roads and parking lots in the area were cleared of snow and ice except this one. Since we had an assigned parking space we weren't allowed to park in a safe space, (HOA rules). My wife got here two wheel drive car stuck on this parking lot twice. Three of us slipped and fell in this parking lot. I'm just glad we didn't end up with any bodily injury or this might have a different ending. I won't be staying here again.

Elina was a great host! Nice property, well equipped, close to Heavenly without being caught in the mobs. Elina was quick to answer all our questions and gave us great tips on navigating ski resorts. Wish we could’ve used hot tub more but that was limited due to COVID. Would recommend!

Convenient location

The property is in a convenient location close to major attractions such as Zephyr Cove, Stateline, Heavenly, Lake Village. The property is clean with the kitchen and living area upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The condo is located in Lake Village and it has several amenities such as a community pool, hot tub, playground, rec-room but the pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID-19. I removed a star because we are a first responder family so we had to cut our trip short by one day/evening because my husband had to return to the fire station. The owner did not refund the one night we did not stay in the property even though we notified her once we received the phone call for him to return to work. Please note that we adhered to the check-out instructions and checked-out by 7 am. Other than this issue, the property was sufficient for our needs.

Great location and a very functional home

We know the area well, and Lake Village is always on top of our list. It's super close to downtown but a very peaceful neighborhood. The house is very functional, and the owner very responsive.

Great Stay/Location

We really enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed and was as advertised. The location was perfect for our day trips and a nice sanctuary to come back to in the evening to relax and enjoy our family. We were welcomed with a nice snack basket upon our arrival, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel.

Excellent home for skiing!

A few friends wanted a quick weekend getaway to ski at Heavenly. Location was perfect, less than 10 mins away from Stagecoach and Boulder lodges ag Heavenly (WAY less crowded then CA side lodges). The home was very clean and the homeowners were very communicative and responsive. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Excellent house and location

+ very clean and spacious + Close to safeway/groceries + . Close to heavenly village/ gandola - It was getting hot in the bedrooms downstairs than in the kitchen upstairs when thermostat was in heat mode at any temperature - body wash in restrooms was missing. + Overall highly recommend this place. Excellent value! (4.8/5 stars)

Lovely place to stay in Tahoe

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome. It’s close to everything you would want while staying in Tahoe. Heavenly is a great place to ski the views are amazing. The only thing I would say is if your going to use the pull out bed bring some blankets. I would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated townhouse

Our family of four really enjoyed this property and it’s amenities. The house was beautifully decorated with 3 nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bonus for washer and dryer in lower level. The upstairs open concept living room had plenty of seating and cable tv was a plus. Small outdoor balcony looked into the woods and parking area. A short walk led to a beautiful sunset view of the lake. The pool and hot tub was a great perk and it was very close to two beaches - Nevada and Round Hill. Also close to Safeway and Stateline. Only drawbacks were lots of stairs (including bridge) to carry bags up, and no beach chairs or beach towels (but we brought them just in case). I would definitely stay here again, owner was easy to deal with.

Great Place, clean and spacious family room and kitchen

Lovely home, we enjoyed our stay at your home. Kitchen had all the pots and pans needed. House was clean and comfortable. The only small comment would be that most of the VRBO homes we have stayed at also provided the standard body wash and shampoo, not a big deal since I brought just in case but the other family did not and we needed to make a trip out to the local Walgreens. Again, not a big deal. Overall, the home is great, family room is right off the kitchen so was great to be able to have room for all to sit and chat while prepping meals.

We are two busy professionals with 2 wonderful kids who enjoy skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. We both grew up in large metropolitan cities and always wanted to have a peaceful and quiet retreat in the mountains not too far from the lovely Bay Area! We bought our spacious 3BR/2BA house (we love the high ceiling!) and renovated/furnished it for ourselves so that we could invite our immediate family and friends to join us for family vacations or weekend getaways. We look forward to enjoying Lake Tahoe, creating great memories in "our home away from home" and most importantly seeing our kids take their first steps on the slopes!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We wanted to find a house in the Sierra Nevada mountains away from the busy streets of San Francisco. We looked at a number of properties and fell in love with the Lake Village community. We liked the location as it is close to Hwy 50 (only short 3.5 hours away from our home in the Bay Area); yet, it is only a few minutes away from the lake, Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, etc. We also liked that it is a townhouse community because we felt it would be safe and very well taken care of.

Having the community center is a big plus because we can use the pool, hot tub, BBQ, tennis courts and a club room. There is also a playground for the little ones. There is a number of hiking trails nearby. Safeway and Starbucks are within a walking distance.
