What a great beach house! So close to the beach, lots of comfortable space. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and that a high chair and portacrib were available. Our reunion group had a perfect visit!

This property was everything it promised and more! The owners were great to work with and very communicative. The house was more beautiful than pictures could show! Our family spent a wonderful few days enjoying the beach and this beautiful home. We hope to return soon!

Wow. This place is amazing! Beautiful view and tons of space. The master bedroom is incredible but you will wake up with the sun because it gets bright in there!I will say do not go into the grass barefoot. There is lots of needle leaf and it will tear your feet up with one wrong step. The burs will even embed in your shoes.All in all an epic vacation and we will certainly be returning guests.Also Jen (host) is super helpful and responsive which is very appreciated!

Beautiful home and lovely views of the beach. We watched eagles every morning with our coffee. The home was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook as we pleased. Should we return to Grayland/Westport we will stay here again.

This is a great beach house. Easy access to the ocean- best beach we’ve ever been on for whole shells and sand dollars. Driving beach access for a fee nearby as well. Upstairs master bed and bath are luxury- tremendous view- patio and jacuzzi tub! Well stocked cooking supplies, fair amount of spices to! Downstairs with bedroom, bathroom and TV as well- 2 sets of washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms on main floor, another with attached bath! Great communication, easy discharge . Would definitely go again!

Family Getaway

The house accommodated all of our needs and felt as comfortable as home, the location was perfect and hosts was easy to communicate with. We will be back for another weekend getaway!

Spacious and relaxing

The stay was a great place for a family visit. Plenty of rooms to accommodate our group of six. Beach access was excellent as was the view. All around great location.

The best 4th Fireworks anywhere!

Great time at a great Beach house. The forth of July fireworks were a nice bonus to our family get away.

We enjoyed hosting Kathy and her family! We have reached out to her for more detailed feedback as we didn't hear anything during or after her stay to warrant the 1 star rating. We hope it was in error. A family member contacted us on checkout day stating "Thanks for such a lovely stay!" Hosts want to hear of guest dissatisfaction during a stay to have an opportunity to make it right. Post-stay feedback is also helpful to make changes for future guests.

Family Time

My wife and i have visited and enjoyed the West Port/Grayland Beach Area before so planned our annual family retreat there this summer. What a fantastic experience. So many exciting activities for all ages.

Family vacation for 4 nights

It was peacefull and calming, even with 3 kids of 5 years old and under. The beach is very special and looks untouched. It provided a nice getaway from our busy city lives.
