Excellent

This house is amazing! Perfect for large families or a group of girls like we had. With 2 bedrooms on each floor, everyone had privacy. We will be returning for sure.

June 2018 Stay

We had a great time here! The house was perfectly located next to a great park and an easy bike ride or walk to the beach. The teens loved that they could bike to the shops at shelter cove. We loved the view of the ocean from the porches. We also loved the pool! It was so nice to have space for our four families!

Looking forward to a repeat visit

This house exceeded our expectations and it was great to have all our extended family (10 adults & 10 children) together in one place. The layout with 2 bedrooms each on 3 different floors worked well and we never felt crowded. The grandchildren loved the pool each day after our morning and afternoon beach excursions, and being close to the marsh made for some fun crab and clam hunting expeditions to go along with our beach time every day. Fantastic place and trip !!

Very nice home with ocean views

We loved the house and all bedrooms. Mattresses were cheap and springy. Living area and kitchen are somewhat small. But we had a wonderful time.

Great Rental Vacation Home

We stayed here the first week of April with our children and their 5 children 4 and under. It was a great home for 3 families to live together as each floor housed a family so we all had our own space if we needed it. We heated the pool and the kids were in it if they weren’t at the beach. Renting a house that looks out at the marsh and ocean was awesome. The beach was not hard to get to and tennis courts were right around the corner. The house is on a dead end with only 4 houses on it so riding bikes on the street was doable for the kids. We would definitely rent this house again.

Family trip!

All the bathrooms were fantastic and we loved the pool and hot tub. You could see the ocean from the house which was totally unexpected. We rented bikes for everyone in the house and rode to the beach daily. It worked out perfectly. The beach is beautiful! We would rent this house again! Thanks for a great week!

September 2018 Stay

Get vacation insurance. We had our trip scheduled in Sept. The rental agency called us and encouraged us for I cancel due hurricane coming. We did not get the insurance and were unable to get a refund. They offered to reschedule but it was only in 2018 oct - dec. The hurricane did not hit Hilton Head and we came with no issues. The place is really nice for 5 couples. It has great beach access. The outdoor living space is great. We will be coming back !

Why Us?

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We lived in the beautiful home for the weekend. The second day we started to notice the neighbors starting to continue to stalk us, and start to take pictures everyday. The stalking continue until the last morning we were there. Racism is real! If you are African American, I don’t advise you to rent. Also, we basically stayed in the home the whole time because it was nice. We cooked, and ate in everyday. We bought around $800 worth of groceries. We had so much unopened food to where we wanted to bless the person(s) who was coming to get the place back together, because we didn’t want to throw the food away. These role are charging me for leaving brand new food on the counter stocked up like it was at a grocery store. There was no food left in the refrigerators because you have two. Overall we feel that we were discriminated from day two, but the home was nice and spacious.

A View to "die for"

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 14 Singleton Shores Manor for 106 days. Lets start with the positives. Keahna the property manager was outstanding. Every email and every request was promptly and professionally addressed. The location and the view are simply unbeatable. The space is ideal for large groups.Now to the less than positive. The house while having "great bones" is in serious need of repair. Holes in the wall, the. crown molding is separating. Mold in the showers. Buy lots of drain cleaner if you stay as clogging is persistent throughout the house. Buy lots of light bulbs as ones we didn't replace will need replacement soon. The living room furniture is not worthy of goodwill. Most of the outdoor furniture is rusted and unusable. The kitchen although functional is very small. Construction going on under the pool which I understand is going to be renovated.The home recently came under contract, it was for sale during our stay so we dealt with the showings. Difficult to tell what changes, assuming deal goes to closure, the new owners might make. There may not be better view on HHI but there are far better homes.

January 2018 Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was rescheduled two days before our scheduled arrival because of hurricane Irma. The mayor issued a mandatory evacuation on the island. The property management office wouldn't refund and refused to let us reschedule and visit during the upcoming summer so we were left with a winter vacation. It snowed on the island, the police closed the bridge, and almost every single business on the island closed for business for the majority of the week. As a result, we were not able to book any of our free activities included with our stay. One of my family members fell down the stairs due to ice. I emailed management and requested maintenance to come service the ice and was completely ignored. The following day, I fell down the same stairs, and still no response from the property management office.As far as the house goes, it was clean but needed a lot of updates and repairs. There is only one water heater that doesn't efficiently supply a house of this size with hot water; so you're guaranteed to take a cold shower daily. There are some maintenance issues that need attention: the microwave doesn't work well, the oven door handle is broken, the bar stools and kitchen chairs are on their last leg, there are no additional linens for the sofa sleepers, the golf cart in the garage doesn't work at all, three out of the six bathrooms had plumbing issues and the box spring in the master suite keeps falling through the frame and the bed collapses.

Beautiful home with Quirks

Home is beautiful but showing wear and tear from all the use. Parking is constant shuffle for 4 cars, bushes limit ability to side of cars getting in and out.Electric to hot water to frst floor and elevator are inexplicably linked together so you can only use 1 option! We had no hot water to two showers for 2 days! Service time to repair was not prompt. Cleanliness of unit questionable with dirty clothes and rag left from cleaners and previous guests. Location was amazing. Third floor bedrooms are good for someone who likes to wake at dawn due to lack of window coverings. All in all we did have an amazing family vacation!
