Savannah Beach & Racquet Club är ett gated bay front komplex beläget på tyst norra änden av Tybee Island. Bayen är där Savannah River möter Atlanten. Det finns en underbar strandområde bara några steg från lägenheten. Detta område av stranden är känt för att vara mycket familjevänligt eftersom det är mindre trångt. Platsen är utmärkt för att se delfiner, titta på stora skeppsbehållare reser till savannah porten. Om du gillar att promenera längs stranden kan du gå hela vägen till södra änden av ön, utan att lämna sanden. Beach & Racquet Club är ett utmärkt alternativ för att bo på hotellrum på ön. Bay View Condo

The condo smelled like stale cigarette smoke and sweat. We only stayed 2 of the 3 nights because the smell was so bad. I even cleaned and it still smelled horrible. It is advertised as non smoking but clearly the condo had been smoked in.

Just Lovely

Our stay was fantastic! Just as described in the advertisement. Right on the water, we saw dolphins jumping as we sat on the balcony. Enjoyed the large container ships going into the port. The large and smaller shrimp boats go by... The beach... just down the boardwalk. The pool was very clean and comfortable. The condo itself was very clean and restful. Beach getaway

Just as described! Owner was easy to contact and reply! Very peaceful, Dolphins up and down everyday! Beautiful sunsets! Great food nearby the crab shack and the sunrise grill to name a few.

So enjoyable!

The unit had ample kitchen supplies for cooking from scratch. The view was great! The unit was clean (and we tipped the cleaning person in the envelope she left in order to let her know she did a good job with the living space.) If there were any issues it’s that the fan in the bathroom does not work so it gets really steamy in there. Under the sink there was a lot of dirt. We would have liked more than three pillows because they were not fluffy and supportive. I wish there was more dish soap and a scrub sponge provided. I had to buy soap pads. Overall a great unit to stay in at SBRC despite these smallish issues.

Access to the beach was fabulous with younger children. The balcony was perfect to watch ships, shrimp boats and of course the dolphins!

Best place for viewing dolphins

Area of condo was quaint and not overly commercial. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle. The condo itself hasn’t been updated since it was built so it’s probably 1980’s with wood paneling and old oak cabinets. It was very clean though and made me feel like I was at my mom’s house. Don’t waste your money on a dolphin cruise, you won’t need it here. We enjoyed watching the dolphins on a daily basis and were sad to leave.

First trip to Tybee Island

Views were great. Bed was comfortable. Condo was very outdated, but we spent most of our time on the beach, and only slept in the condo so it was okay for just the two of us.

Great location! Wonderful view!!

The property is in a convenient location close to shipping and restaurants, very close to lighthouse and marine science center. The balcony has a great view of the beach, we saw fishing boats, dolphins, large cargo ships. It was a quiet, more laid back area which I really appreciated. The bed was comfy...bonus! I used my pillows from home, so not sure about those.

Condo experience

Issue with receptacle at the lavatory in bathroom not working. Told the lady at the office about it when we returned the keys to the office at check out. Our stay was very relaxing which was what we needed. Hopefully we will get to come back soon.

Restful Beachfront, Great Location

Had a great time at Tybee Island. This property is definitely on a quieter part of the island away from the crowds and congestion. Super convenient beach access, nice pool, convenient tennis and pickleball facilities onsite, and easy biking and even walking distance from a handful of shops and restaurants. The unit is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Great for families and we'd definitely stay there again.

Great beach stay

Great location, view etc as advertised. Close to shops etc but not crowded. We stayed in same place for our anniversary in Sept. and decided to return for Christmas.
