Häpnadsväckande ICW visningar! Uppvärmd pool, privat brygga, badtunna, eldstaden, kajaker!

Vilken bättre plats att koppla av och njuta av en välförtjänt paus!

"Paradise Point" är den perfekta tillflyktsorten för en familj, en vän eller ett par semester. Vid "punkten" kommer du att njuta av Panaramic Views av både Shallotte-floden och de vackra vattenstrålarna. Paradise Point har en vacker Pier för att fiska, umgås eller bara titta på båtarna som går. Vi installerade en pool 2017 och vi är glada att ha möjlighet att värma poolen från och med mars 2019! Paradise Point har också en flytande brygga perfekt för att lagra din båt, ta en tur i kajaken eller njuta av när du spelar i vattnet. Tillbringa dagen i hängmatta och en kväll i badtunnan eller runt eldstaden! Det är en kort bilresa till antingen Ocean Isle Beach eller Holden Beach. Vid den punkten kommer du att vara nära stranden, men ändå på en privat, lugn tillflyktsort. Paradise Point har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum nere. På övervåningen hittar du 2 sovrum och ett badrum plus en våningssäng och loft med en TV, bekväma sittplatser och en Wii. Gratis wifi i hela huset. På huvudnivån finns ett fullt utrustat kök med alla nya tallrikar, redskap och glasögon. 4 personer kan sitta på ön och det finns ett bord med två löv att sitta upp till 10 personer. Familjerummet har liggande stolar och en 55 "TV monterad över eldstaden. Men den mest hisnande delen av huset går ut till det stora däcket. Däcket har ett matplats, en propan eldstaden med kapten stolar och en veranda. Under verandan har vi nyligen lagt till ett underdeck med en badtunna, tiki bar, kolgrill, tv och sittgrupp. Ännu nyligen har vi lagt till ett bordtennisbord !! Inom gångavstånd finns en fantastisk restaurang, The Inlet View Bar and Grill. Barnen kan njuta av oändliga timmar som leker i poolen, letar efter havsskal eller eremitkrabba, fånga stenkrabbor i krabbsfången eller leka i sandområdet ner vid vattnet. Paradise Point är ett utmärkt läge med mycket att göra för barn och vuxna i alla åldrar!

Family Wedding

The stay was great! Even though it was cold, the place was great. The kids loved the sand beach. Dolphins came by and the kids were amazed. The house was clean, well stacked, beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

Whether you want a heated pool, hot tub, screened in porch to read, dock to fish and or watch ships and dolphins, this property doesn’t disappoint. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Summer Getaway

The property was beautiful and had a great view of the inter coastal waterway. Plenty of space for a family with lots of gathering spots inside and out. Our host Gretchen was always available to answer a question and was a joy to work with. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Paradise Pointe has everything you need if you just want to chill out for a few days. It is also close to beach if you want to beach-it and close enough to Myrtle Beach For a day trip to do all of the touristy things. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Great Place to stay!

We had a great time here during our spring break with family. We were able to fish, swim in the pool and relax in the hot tub. Gretchen was great at communicating with us and was quick to respond. Unfortunately our weather wasn’t the warmest while we were there but we made the best of it and lots of memories were made!

Mother-Daughter trip

Just what we needed, a relaxing long weekend on the water. The house is the perfect coastal cottage, from the comfy beds and sheets to all the decor and touches which make it so special. We loved watching the boats from all the multiple decks, walked to nearby restaurant, enjoyed hot tub and heated pool. Great trip.

My husband, Matt, and I have been married for 22 years. We have 2 children ages 20 and 18, a boy and a girl. We enjoy playing sports, hanging out with friends and family, attending Church, and most of all, going to Paradise Point!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This property has been in my husband's family since the 1930's. This house was built by his Aunt and Uncle and we had the opportunity to buy it in the summer of 2015. My husband grew up fishing and playing on this property and waterways and we have been coming here since we started dating. He even proposed to me on the pier of our new house over the 3rd of July, 2002. When we had the opportunity to buy the house, we just could not pass it up. It is a secret spot that is truly paradise!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The Views at Paradise Point are like no others. We frequently see yachts, barges, sailboats and shrimp boats go by. When fishing we have caught various fish, sting rays, eels, flounder, trout, and even an octopus! It is so much fun to leave the crab trap out and see what you get or to put out the minnow trap and use fresh minnow for bait. If you enjoy fishing, this is the place for you. And, if you don't fish, you will have so much fun watching (and may enjoy fishing after this experience). There is a man-made beach beside the water but the actual waterfront is located on an oyster shell bank. While this requires swimmers to wear water shoes, it also allows for entertaining sea shell and crab hunting. We also have a beautiful pool with a fire pit seating area beside it and an underdeck with a hot tub, tiki bar, tv and more! The most relaxing thing about Paradise Point to me is watching the sunset. It is just a breathtaking time of day. We have several different outdoor sitting areas so you can see if from a slightly different spot every day! We love to eat in so there is a fully stocked kitchen and a grill for your use. However, if you choose to eat out, the Inlet View Bar and grill is within walking distance (.1 miles). If you enjoy site seeing, historical areas, or touristy events; Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are 45 minutes away. The beach is an easy 10 minute drive but nothing beats coming back to Paradise Point!
