The owner/operators are great, the breakfasts are good, and it is walkable to downtown Yelm. For me, I like the proximity to kids and grandkids, and even with breakfast it's less than the hotel option. We've stayed several times already and will be back in 2024.

Everything about the place itself is great. It's walking distance to Yelm Ave and some shopping, but I gave the area 5 stars because my daughter and family are close by.

Charming and romantic

We stayed here on our wedding night. It was charming, quiet, and romantic. The owners put fresh flowers in our room and even made Swans out of towels with roses. We had everything we needed including a jacuzzi jet tub that we both fit in comfortably. The next morning we were served a delicious breakfast, and had a great conversation with the owners who are awesome and friendly. We are definitely going back for another stay.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I stayed the night after a Jeep meet up at the local tap room. The hosts were very kind and friendly. The house is beautifully decorated with antique furniture, in a quiet neighborhood añd very comfortable. We chose what time we would like breakfast and the next morning enjoyed a delicious meal. We are very early risers and were pleased that coffee and tea were made available to us at any hour. We will definitely stay again!

Cute place and great location

Owners and property managers were very friendly. Super cute house right in the middle of town. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Best breakfast ever the next morning!

Comfortable Stay in Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Conley Suites. This is a well kept B&B with nice rooms, pleasant common areas and friendly hosts. The location was perfect being so close in town. Very comfortable bed was a bonus!

Nice option in Yelm

There are not a lot of lodging options in Yelm so I am thankful for this VRBO. We have stayed here in the past but in a different room. We attempted to book the room we were accustom to but we were switched to the Icart room which had the same sized bed. It was fine, however the decor was definitely not my style. Overall the suites are nice and the property manager is accommodating. Thank you.
